Had to take this down but gonna be posting this on Montrose page due the fact the store manager Monica is getting her feelings hurt over the truth. Sad that people trust her to train there kids I wouldn't. Don't know how they handle her smell 🤮🤢 it is my 1st amendment right to speak public truth knowledge. ( Freedom of press ) Wanting to be a citizen journalist and a journalist this is what I do. Review and give my feedback on what I've seen in almost past 2 years as a customer

If I could give 0 stars I would. Between the district manager and the store manager this sore is awful. The cashier I got was rude and didnt communicate back with me but was talking about things outside of work with her other employee. The store is a mess with boxes piled in the back. Not to mention if you take a peek in that back door, YIKES. There was human feces in the restroom, this store is awful.

Prices are high store is unorganized shelves are not stocked and the cashier I just dealt with not only took 5 minutes to get to the counter but didn't say 2 words to me and gave me 20 singles for change did not count them out in front of me just handed them to me and said here no apology nothing. Smh, I expect better customer service than this. Won't be going back for a while if at all.

Who ever was working today at 11:45 left me standing at the counter for over 5 minutes while out side smoking a cigarette on her phone rang bell for service 3 times to no avail reviews are real so unprofessional here
