Nice open areas with seasonal displays and items. Their little section with live plants was very cute!!! All the staff I encountered offered a nice greeting and offer to help me find things as I wondered around the store. The cashier was taking the time to help a customer with a machine at the counter and acknowledged me as soon as I approached even though he was helping her. Very nice place and very easy to find what I was looking for and good prices and deals all over the store.

You need to open sooner on Sundays. I arrived at 10:45, thinking you opened at 10am. Sit in your parking lot to wait until 11am. As I sat there I counted 11 other people who walked up thinking you were open. All 11 walked away. As a business owner, I couldn’t fathom letting 11 people just walk away like that.

Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The pharmacist, Kumar, is very kind and thoughtful. He could tell I was in pain and got my scripts quickly, even offering water and crackers so I could take the meds right away. I appreciate everyone there.

The staff at CVS in Montrose are very caring, helpful & knowledgeable. They do not wait to be asked where something is, if they see a question on your face they immediately offer help, suggestions & when buying any type of product have gone out of there way to help find coupons. Each & every staff member ensure you feel important & take care of you.

The ONLY CVS pharmacy I will use!!The staff at the Montrose location is exceptional and other pharmacies should model themselves on how they treat their customers!! It doesn't matter who is working, both pharmacists and the staff are wonderful, they have always treated my husband and I kindly and with respect, it is very much appreciated and rare amongst pharmacies anymore! Thank you!!

I do not write many reviews but I feel like they really deserve one. They have been so helpful everytime I go in with questions about my kiddos. I have never had such great service. I really appreciate this pharmacy. Thank you for being so kind☺️

Gave me the completely wrong prescription without even alerting me. This should be illegal. Had to go to a different pharmacy and pay money for the prescription now since insurance will not pay for a prescription I did not even correctly pick up. Not happy with this place at all.

I was running behind while trying to pick up my medication. Chris in the pharmacy knew I needed this drug, and that I can not miss a dose. She waited for me to get there after 9:00pm on a Friday night. This makes me want to transfer every drug I take to this pharmacy. She does not know me, she was not asked to wait. Then, when I tried to tip her she would not have it. She is a kind woman, a smiling woman, an asset to this store to say the least. I am impressed by you Chris, and will spread the word of your kindness.😬

CVS is a great store. I know the pharmacy has curbside pick-up and home delivery. They have an Extra Care Card for special bargains every month.

They are trying to make things simple when it comes to prescription refill, I know they're still semi new to the area but completely failed for me. I even got a robocall saying my refills were ready. Timing was great too my Dr's office was closed so I couldnt contact them. Last and final visit to CVS.

The people at this CVS are so kind and considerate. I am terrified of shots, so when they saw my distress over getting the vaccine, they were so kind and calming. Thanks for being awesome!

Closing at 6pm on a Saturday. I understand Montrose is a small town, but it is not Mayberry, people do business after 6pm. The customer service is slow, when picking up perscriptions the wait time is often very long. The hours on the website do not meet the actual hours.

Not Happy Cvs took over Sav-on in Montrose Mi, 3 times I've been there this week to be told, they no longer have gifts (toys/games) no fax machine, and no cigarettes. Not happy with your selection or services at all Cvs... Bring back Sav-on!!

Went to pick up a prescription and they couldn't find it so I shopped around a bit.Got up to the counter and because I don't have a CVS card, I couldn't get the sale price.Ridiculous!!! Also have to go back to get the prescription

This is the best Pharmacy around. The staff are great and they have anything you need or want.
