Great staff. Fair pricing. Took great care of my dog. Biggest point yet, they NEVER closed their doors, unlike the lies the TOOL over at Bark Avenue was spreading. Sheri does a PHENOMENAL job. Will be returning. Recommend highly!

Sheri was wonderful and super sweet with my very nervous boy today who needed his nails trimmed. She was tender and held him while another groomer trimmed him quickly and efficiently!! She held him just the right way to ease his nerves and make him comfortable. It’s so important to find a caring and compassionate groomer who isn’t just out for money and doesn’t care about hurting your pets. I will definitely be returning here for all of his nail treatments. I highly recommend Sheri’s Dog Grooming.

We have been with Sheri and her team for approximately 7 years. We started going after monroes large box store groomers, allowed our puppy not once but twice to get injured which the manager and I both witnessed the last time .I can’t say enough about the care, thoughtfulness and experience that Sheri’s has. They are warm and welcoming every single time we arrive and pick up. I love the new interior design that makes your pets comfortable while awaiting pickup.

I would highly recommended Sheri's! My pup is very protective of her paws and HATES when people touch them, and he gets very excited around other dogs, so getting her nails trimmed can be a challenge.I called ahead to see if they'd take sensitive dogs and was met with a determined "absolutely!"Because they were busy, they warned that I may want to come in a bit later, which I appreciated.When I got there they were still relatively busy, so they brought their tools to the lobby. One woman held Juno's body in a tight hug while I got to pet her face to keep her calm.They used the dremmel nail grinder on her and they trimmed in less than 5 minutes, and Juno didn't even know!I love how accommodating they were for my dog and myself! For only $8 (bigger dog price) it was worth every penny!I've had problems with the big chain pet stores either trimming too close, and they don't allow owners back with their pet which makes me uneasy. But not Sheri's! I will definitely be back!

Sheris was great with my dogs for our first visit this afternoon. Recently adopted my pups and was unsure how they would do with groomers. The staff Went above and beyond to accommodate their needs and the pups look better than ever. Highly recommend. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

They take very good care of your dog. Our current dog is a rescue, so she has her own set of issues, but they love her like our last dog. Always a pleasure to see the wonderful work they do.

Very Professional...After a brief disagreement regarding hair around my dog Maize's eyes, I was quite impressed by the way Sheri held her composure. After further discussion, she communicated that trimming my wiggly dog near his eyes was just too dangerous. She did offer for me to hold the dog so she could do such, hoping familiarity would comfort my pet. Despite sleepiness from sedatives prior to the visit, Maize can still be quite the temperamental sissy.I would have loved to take Sherry up on her offer, but my daughter's eyes were bothering her due to allergies. Still... much gratitude for attempting to remedy the situation. After a year and a half of service, I am quite satisfied. Furthermore, her receptionist Kayla is amazing!

Have taken our dog here a few times both for overnight care and for grooming. Loved meeting the owner and seeing how enthusiastic she is about what she does! so thankful to have a business like this so close to home and where I feel comfortable taking my dog while I am away.

I brought my puppy there for the first time today because of the good reviews I've read online. I dropped her off, picked her back up. After I got home I'd noticed blood all over her paw. They clipped her nail too short & didn't bother to tell me. Not too happy. Will not be returning.

My standard poodle has gone to sherri's since she was a baby, i've been pretty happy up until her last groom there were several missed spots and her top knot was way longer in the back then the front. I figured she just had a bad day. Today my girl has an appointment for the first time since the whole covid thing. I'll give you she had a couple matt's but nothing that couldn't be worked out. As soon as i got there she said she was going to have to take her down completely, she has a natural tail and it was so pretty but because it would have taken alittle brushing sherri just shaved it all off😠 i can't tell you how mad i am. On top of that i get a call saying she was being unruly and i would have to bring her back tomorrow 😠😠 so i picked her up and was totally appalled at what was done to her. I called Angel's pet grooming in Luna pier and she told me to bring her right in. I did and she had to re-bathe her because at sherri's they didn't do a good job and the she had to try and fix the mess that was left by sherri. I WILL NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND SHERRI'S GROOMING TO ANYONE. THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB AND I TRULY FEEL THEY MISTREATED MY PUPPY.😠😠😠😠😠

Extremely saddened after being with sheri for years. Have English bulldog with numerous issues. Sheri pretended she cared. Found out today, definitely not the case. Yes, he has skin issues. Spend hundreds of dollars and get vets seal of approval. Sheri has chosen to over ride vet, who has many years formal education, to let us go. Will miss her but guess she and her company are two faced. How do i relinquish my top fan badge? Will probably be blocked now.

Went in today FOR Dr. Hermann and was met at the door by an employee of Sheri to move my car I had forgot something at home and had to leave only to return(mind you I parked in a different spot when I came back) and the SAME employee told me to move.. AGAIN so I asked where do she think I should park since the 2 spots where I parked recently were a problem she didn't have an answer I ASKED AGAIN.. NO RESPONSE as to where I should park my car but she DID say I was being RUDE.. HOW??? So she calls Sheri over and she was RUDE to me so I did not SPEND my MONEY there and left But it is what it is I just WANTED to see the VET NOT the GROOMER LOL couldn't even do that smh never will I step foot in there AGAIN!

If you can get someone to answer the phone, call before going to make sure they are there. Plus they won't let you be with your pup while they do scarey things to her
