Hi this is Tanya Smith and if anybody is looking to buy dog bowls and cat toys and and dog food and and and different things like that and a pet carriers you can always go to pet supplies and and they even have and I remember I went in there one time and they have fun and they had a children's hospital thing that if you buy a a stuffed animal it is donated to the monies donated to the hospital and you can even donate the animal if you want but anyway so I just wanted to let everybody know that and that's also a place where you can buy pharmacy stuff for your animal

This is the only place as in Petsmarts to get a great deal on puppy pads. Our old sweetie definitely needs the 8-cups pads and she's a Chiweenie. Love her and love Petsmart.

Irritated. The two girls there today one named Desiree were weird with me and totally turned away my dog for a nail trim. For no reason. Ive been taking my dog to this place for nail trims for 10 years now. Nothings changed. Extremely disappointed and will not be coming here anymore.

PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!!!HORRIABLE. Went tonight to get a zebra finch. The employee we had didn't seem confident by no means on catching a bird.Wish she would have told another employee ot maybe we should have caught the bird. Anyhow not putting it into the box before exiting the hallway that's caged. The bird flew away. Just horriable. If you work at pet smart and can't catch a bird. Find someone who can. She didn't even empty the cage of toys before trying to get the poor thing, might as well be dead now.Not impressed at.Would have rather caught it myself as a bird owner and knowing how.

After trying out many groomers with no luck, I am so happy to have a great place I can trust with my nervous senior dog. I had my dogs second grooming appointment booked with Brittany P. and I am so impressed with the communication and the haircut. I am beyond thankful for the great work!

While I only shop here occasionally, mainly because of their prices. I will say the store is clean and well stocked. Again, biggest issue is, I have dogs,cats,reptiles and a pet rat. And I can find everything I need at other local stores for significant savings on virtually every item! Average weekly savings going elsewhere is about $38 a week for me.. If price is no issue, then the store is just fine:)

Great staff, very knowledgeable at this location. I don't usually buy pets from box stores but this location has never given me anything to complain about. If you have questions they will either answer it by experience or find someone who knows the answer. Thank you to the staff in Monroe.

Took my Basset Hound in for a spa day and Our groomer Jes (and her team) did such an amazing job! They made my boy feel comfortable and he came home clean, happy, and seemed like he loved the experience!He received the full Chi spa package which included a bath, nail clipping, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and shaved paws and it was only about $60.Will definitely be back more often to see Jes and the team!

My kids were looking at the small animals and thought it was so cool that the person taking care of them would talk to them! They loved that she cared so much for them.The store was clean and well-stocked. The fish tanks were clean and the fish looked healthy, even the Bettas.When we checked out, the cashier encouraged us to keep our new pet warm as they are susceptible to respiratory infections. It was nice to interact with people who you could tell truly cared for the well-being of the animals.

We went here looking to see if fish would be the right choice for our Family. The staff member who helped me was extremely knowledgeable, and went over all of the details about the different types of fish, and how they interact with each other. He helped us to make a very informed decision on what to get, and how to maintain the fish after we got home. Could not be happier with the service

Worker knew absolutely nothing about Guinea pigs and I gave me horrible information. Said I was wrong when I’ve had them my entire life. Told them I couldn’t buy 2 Guinea pigs due to finances and they then tried to sell me a $200 dollar cage when I already had one, then denied me service. 2nd time going to this store and will never go again. Go to pet supplies plus or petco please!!!!

Went in to get kitten food and had to choose my little guy a different brand kitten food is hard to come by at this location ( maybe a kitten food shortage) in ( kitten science diet, blue Buffalo flaked and royal canin). The store was very clean only reason I gave it 3 stars is due to the fact there were several employees who could have helped the stressed out cashier who did her best to get the customers out of there with a speedy check out. The line was backed up to the last cat isle. She did a great job wish I could remember her name. The other employees should have helped her in that busy moment, hoping management can address this issue.

I get curbside pickup up a lot, the staff that brings the items out are so kind! I shop in the store as well, great customer service. This last order I had a couple things missing, but they were SO quick and incredibly kind to help me get the items missing. Love this location!
