This company has great choices for our cat. She’s a fussy eater and it’s great to rotate her favorites. If she has the same food daily, she turns her nose up. I’ve ordered delivery from a couple different locations due to moving and each store is fantastic. Always deliver the same day ordered. Their personal notes included with each order is thoughtful and makes me feel like a valued customer. We’ve had several cats over the years and know good pet stores when we find them. We highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus.

I haven’t been here in years, but I received a coupon in the mail and thought I’d take advantage of it. The items I wanted were in stock, the price was great even without the coupon and the friendly cashier took my heavy bag of dog food to the car for me. I’ll be buying my pet supplies here from now on.

Our dogs and myself love this store. We shopped at Petsmart for so long. We finally tried Pet Supplies and was surprised to see how much cheaper they are. They have good products. The staff in Monroe are friendly. I definitely recommend.

This is one of the greatest Cat treats I’ve ever used. It’s great if you have a picky cat and won’t eat it’s food put this on there and they’ll eat it for sure. This is nothing but pure 100% chicken nothing added nothing taken away And this is the only place that I’ve been able to buy it. Pet Supplies Plus could do alittle better with their prices and give more coupons or deals that’s why I gave 4 stars they probably would never have any out dated or ready to expire food. If you’re prices are too high and then you put up a deal that’s not even worth using that’s bad business. Just saying!!

Always there to help. Good return policy if your dog don't like some food you bought. Fish are healthy. Did buy a aquatic plant and it had snails so I'm dealing with that now. But over all I enjoy this place. The cashiers are fun and adorable. Will continue to shop there.Update: You asked what you could do to bump it up to a 5 star review: Get rid of the snails in your aquatic plants. Carry the dog food I originally bought from you for months that you no longer carry. I wish I could just do all my pet needs with you, but since you no longer carry his food, that won't be possible just yet. I'm trying to find different food for him, which is why I appreciate your return policy. But the snails in your aquarium plants was an unwanted problem I have to deal with now. It would have been nice to know, I wouldn't have purchased them and contaminated my nice clean snail-free aquarium. It's not a knock against your store, I appreciate the store and especially the staff, very very much. Jenny your sales associate is simply the best!

I shop here constantly as I have more then one dog and cat. The other day I went in the store and found cases of wet food that were half off and I saw that they were marked on clearance as well so I thought sweet my danes will love this. I delt with Tiffany and she was extremely rude, she wouldn't mark the wet food any less then what the additional 50% off sticker said when the item was full price even though when they were on clearance and the sticker price was almost already half off. An additional 50% off is supposed to be taken off the sticker price even if the item is on sale (I'm aware of this since I used to work here). I asked about the price, and I brought it up to her that I've always gotten 50% off the sticker price she gave a snotty remark saying well I dont know who been doing that but it needs to stop cause it's wrong. My husband went into the store today and got the dog food half off the clearance sticker price and she was standing there while it was being marked down with a pissy look on her face and her arms crossed. Her additude about things needs to be addressed especially when I was just asking her a question about it and she got pissy and defensive about it with me when she realized she was wrong.

This is my go to place for my pet supplies, particularly cat litter (non clumping). They have the best price in town for a 40 pound bag and the staff is always very polite and friendly

My children and I visited last week after we had just purchased rabbits. The team lady was extremely helpful. She spent a fair amount of time with us and answered all of our questions. She was also very nice and friendly. The same can be said of the cashier working. It was a nice introduction to the store. I only wish I could remember their names.

I have shipped around town and out of town for my dog the one here in monroe I have come to learn has gave me the up most over the top help in every way i have needed or asked about every clean well keep up in side and out side allways has every thing in stock very friendly worker are we present they greet you with a smile if you have your pet with you and play with your pet and give it to God and give you every time my dog is with me at checkout they give her a treat my dog loves going there

Always enjoy stopping in...My Brother is considering a turtle for his kids and my service dog actually wound up being able to see me interact with a ferret. It was an EXCELLENT opportunity for us to work on his appropriate interaction and obedience.Sarge was absolutely great in the store (as always)

I was not really impressed when I went here. They had a small selection of the aquatic supplies that I was looking for, and the selection of fish was very small as well. I had never been here before, so I didn't know what to expect, but I definitely expected more than they had. The Employees were very friendly and helpful so that was a plus. I left without purchasing anything, because they didn't have anything more than I could have found in the Walmart pet department. In all honesty, Walmart had more of a selection

We love this place!! Every time we go come to get dog food, the staff is exceptional!! Josh offered to take my dog food out to my car, and Natalie greeted us with a smile and took us right to our food and put it on our basket!! Today, we have some many choices, and we keep choosing PSP because of the staff and competitive pricing!!!
