First time visiting this place and it was surprisingly well stocked with a large variety of, well everything! Came in for a fire pit ring, started looking at them out front and within minutes a super helpful and friendly guy just appeared and had things squared up in minutes. Almost even bought a gas powered generator as the pricing was great! I'll absolutely be back again.

A great store for the small farmer or home gardening enthusiast. The store is fully stocked with a wide variety of merchandise. The prices are competitive and the staf are very helpful

The store is a good sock selection, and a Uber friendly staff. The staff was very helpful and accommodating also. The only thing that was missing was their curbside pickup process seemed broken. I don't know if they're retracting that service or if they're in the process of revamping it? Overall great experience. Would recommend the store.

The jeans we were looking at were kind of expensive compared to other stores, which surprised us. We didn't mind that, but a lady who was shopping just pushed her way in front of us and never excused herself or anything. Very rude.

This is the only place we come to get our dog food. Love seeing the specials on clothing. My husband bought his zero turn lawn mower here. Nice store great employees.

Different option to Tractor Supply but the item that we stopped in to buy was damaged and when we asked the manager if they had another one he said they did not, when we asked if they would compensate the damage with a discount to cover the cost for us to fix it he said no its only $40 and we dont do discounts.

Nice place. Didn't go into it until about a year or two after opening. But nice. Has pet stuff, farming stuff, and outdoorsy stuff. And I always love to see the baby chick's when they bring them out to sell them! Really want to pet then but can't of course. But nice! I can still remember the old food town that was in there before.

Cheaper than Tractor supply. Generally has a better selection and better quality items than other locations in this area. We drive about 15 minutes to get here versus 5 minutes to the Tractor supply. The team members are super nice and friendly and the store is always clean and organized. They also have adoptable kitties!

Large store with easy to navigate aisles to bring large items to checkout. Competitive prices with similar agricultural supply stores; not always the lowest prices, but often worth comparing with competitors for price/availability for a particular item. Store seems clean and well stocked with an experienced staff.

My family and I go here very often. The employees are very helpful and friendly. They sell chickens and sometimes cats that are up for adoption. The atmosphere seems welcoming and a calm place to shop for your animals.

I am very impressed with Flat Rock's Family Farm & Home!I've mostly shopped at the Tractor Supply stores, but I will be shopping at Family Farm & Home from now on! They were the only place I could find all three of my mower blades in one pack. Every other store is now making you by the two blades of the same size in one pack and the shorter blade is sold separately. The blades are less expensive and they have a great selection! I also bought some "Rocker" chairs and my friend told me he paid much more for his elsewhere, so he went there and bought two more. He is now an avid customer of Family Farm & Home, especially since he owns a farm. The customer service is outstanding too! Thank you Family Farm & Home for making Flat Rock, MI your home too!

It was great. Had one of the employees helping me get supplies together to bring home young chicks. He was amazing. Everyone in the store was friendly and helpful. Not to mention how clean and well kept the store was. Definitely going back! These are the chicks I bought.

2 clerks at the register, could hear several people in back laughing and cutting up while half a dozen customers stumbled around looking for someone to help them. Worst customer service I have seen in a long time.
