0 stars they are rude. I recommend anywhere but here. They said they'll do my cats nails then we get there and she says we would have to hold them while she cuts them very unprofessional and very very rude.

Went to the mobile vet walkin clinic here for our puppy. It was great, not sure what the business is in general, as the only 2 times we've been there have been for the walkin clinic.

I met a man in Lowes with 2 puppies in a cart. I asked him where he got them he told me DTH so I immediately called right from the store. The gentleman who answered was very polite and accomodating. I went right over. A woman named Sherry waited on me and was very informative and helpful. I purchased a Shih Tzu. About an hour after I left she called to see if we got home okay. I am happy with the service I received and adore my new fur baby.

Took my dog there. $40 Trim is very very choppy. Called to say my dog was ready and that she was only charging $35 not $40. Thought she was just being nice. Realized why when I got there that it was because the trim wasn't good.

This is no longer a full service pet store. Fish,hamsters,birds,reptiles etc. are no longer for sale at this store. We carry quality puppies,kittens and turtles and set ups. It is also a full service grooming shop. The lady that handled my dog was very good with my dog. My dog tuck to her with in mins. Very clean. All around. Has got the best prices in town on stuff for dog all most half price of any where I have been in town and out of town

Nice people that have patience with our dogs. Just let me say, even though I tell him He's a good boy. Please never put hands, face, ears and more near him, unless you really want nubs for fingers

I have taken my dog to a few groomers in monroe and found that downtown hound does a fantastic job with her, she never has a problem with going and always is happy when I pick her up, I get the full grooming and they do a great job I prefer them over any other pet grooming place in monroe

Everytime we've been in, the main lady is always rude. They sold us a puppy with a condition, then blamed it on us. They don't listen and are just out for more money.

Great with our dog, only one around to take care of hom after being sprayed by a skunk. Very friendly and offer great advise with my dogs health.

There good w the dogs but hard to get a hold off iv called a couple times to make appointment but no call backs.. And I dont think they have hours . I guess call and pray they call back..✌

I went for the mobile vet clinic. This place has no parking and is super tiny. Not a good location for a mobile vet clinic.
