Went here this afternoon on a whim because we lost two betta fish in the last 24 hours, I loved this experience. The gentleman were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and made it a very welcoming experience. And the dog was the perfect addition to making it even better. My son was very happy to leave with his new fishes, can’t wait to go back.

This must be a new business, or needs to advertise more? I didn't know this business was in Monroe, until now. The owner was so friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining what he has in his store.

In March 2022 I came here for a fish and other supplies, the owner took care of me, super nice guy. Nine months later this is him today. All of the other fish were healthy and the place didnt smell like a pond when you walk in (if you know fish you know what I mean) huge selection of filters and foods and pads and everything you could want to run a freshwater/saltwater tank setup. (Besides the saltwater fish themselves) I reccomend this place over the bigger guys!

Today we visited "Clean Aquariums" for the first time. I didn't need anything in particular, but am a very much into the hobby. The shop was very clean, the staff were very nice, and the fish available were beautiful. I made a small purchase today of some stone for my aquarium. We will be back though!

I am now only purchasing fish from this store! The inside is set up so beautifully and efficiently! There is always a variety of fish available- so much so that every time I'm in there I spend 45 mins minimum!! Love the plant variety and accessories available too it's a must see lil store in my opinion, did I mention the owner also brings his dog?!! Stop in you won't regret it ( :I added a pic of the neon gourami and German black ram I picked up

Clean Aquariums is a great fish and aquarium supply place. The owner is super kind and knowledgeable, and there is always a nice variety of fish and tons of aquatic plants available. He takes great care of the fish in the store so they are as healthy as possible when taking them home. Highly recommended!

Our first visit to this awesome store. The aquariums are all labeled, well stocked, and each one looked great. I purchased a lot of fish due to the selection and his recommendations on neons too. Thank you for helping me stock my 480g.

Wow the tanks are so clean and all the fish were healthy! I also saw they had two different types of bristlenose plecos. They had red ones and albino ones. They also had ammano, cherries, blue ones and yellow shrimp. They also had plants for sale, and planting tools such as tweezers and scissors. They also had rocks and drift wood. Lastly, we chatted with the owners a bit and they seemed very nice.

Fantastic. Personal experience when shopping lots of healthy looking animals and plants. The store and all tanks were very clean. Best greeter in the business. And no pressure to purchase. Went for a return trip to get a full tank setup that was very fairly priced and had high quality products with it. Will definitely be going back very soon.

I recently got into the aquarium hobby, and this is one of my favorite fish stores. I have been to many different fish stores in the Michigan area. This is store TOP Tier! Clean Aquariums holds up to their name! All of the tanks are clean and well kept. The guy is always nice and very informative. He has fish supplies (filters, tanks as small as 5 gallons, nets) and good food options for fish. He has a great selection of fish and very reasonable prices! This will now be my go to store :)

Love going here. The chap who runs it is a nice guy. Prices are pretty fair and reasonable, and it's worth supporting a locally run fish store where the tanks and fish are cared for.Also, there's an amazing variety of sand, rocks, and driftwood here. I never can get what I want for decor at most big stores.

Started going here recently, have had nothing but good experiences so far. They have a great assortment of very healthy-looking, well-cared for fish. The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable also. You’ll get WAY better advice here than at any big box store. Also they have just the most fabulous stickers. They had a red racer nerite snail sticker that looks just like my little shell dude. I expected the typical zebra nerite or something as a sticker so it was a super pleasant surprise to see a red racer. Very fun store

So this might make me a little biased but I know the owners and they're great people, the wealth of knowledge that they have is worth the trip alone. Great selection of freshwater fish, pretty decent selection of tank equipment and aquatic food. They stock everything I can think of to help you maintain your water including the water both fresh and salt are available ready to use. If you own a fish tank I definitely recommend you stop in and see what they have to offer.
