Absolutely thrilled with the grooming services provided by Bark Avenue! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure to address all of my pup’s needs. The grooming itself was impeccable – my girl looks and smells fantastic! She loved him as well! His attention to detail and genuine love for animals truly sets them apart. I highly recommend Bark Avenue to anyone seeking exceptional care for their pet. We'll definitely be returning for future grooming sessions!

Took my boxer to bark avenue boutique called in the morning got in right away very friendly and welcoming. my dog usually don’t do well with people she don’t know went right up to the guy and let him pet her she got her nails done and a bath and ears cleaned. My dog is so fresh smelling and her toes are perfectly clipped. Definitely will be going back

Top notch dog grooming. Gary doesn't even need a review from me with this 25plus years of experience with all breeds and types of dogs. Credit goes where credit's due and he did a great job with my dogs. He was kind and caring with my senior dog and patient with my younger dog.

I scheduled an appointment for my small dog about a couple of days ago, and here I am the day of. Now for context, I will run the fire underneath myself for being about five to ten minutes late to my appointment and should've made a phone call in; but I don't think that gives the guy the right to be rude about it. My dog and I weren't even a step into the establishment when the groomer rudely stated that, "he was not doing my dog" and that he wasn't going to because "he didn't wanna get behind schedule." No Hello, no good morning, no nothing!! I couldn't even utter at least an apology for being late without him talking over me! On top of that, there was not one car outside in the parking lot besides my own and I'm assuming, the groomer's. I was assuming we were the earliest of appointments because no one else was there and expected such a nice, smooth transition for my little dog since it's only our second time visiting. I will not be returning if the atmosphere is horrible and the customer service is unwelcoming.

I just Love how Gary is with my nieces dogs he does a wonderful job on Teddy and Zoe. Even after Teddy had burs and didn’t know he got sprayed when he got out of the yard. Smells and looks GREAT. Thank you so much.

Our little Maltese is undergoing chemo, and required a one on one grooming experience, rather than mixing with other dogs and a lot of people. I called Gary at Bark Avenue, and he was so understanding and accommodating, and set up an appointment for our little guy. What a delightful experience. Gary had our little, Buddy, in and out in half the time he used to be at the groomers, and did a wonderful job of grooming him. He even changed his muzzle cut to accommodate his particular needs, as he has very few teeth, and his tongue hangs out. His face is adorable with the new cut. We love it. Gary's personality is engaging, and he is knowledgeable and cares about your pet. We will definitely return.

Abby has never looked better she looks beautiful Gary is good with her he’s so friendly such a kind and carding souls I’ll be back again for any animal I have he played with her kept her occupied and she was so happy when we saw her she never been so happy with getting her hair done! Horrible customer service. Called to set up an appointment for my 2 dogs, it would've been their first time ever being professionally groomed. One is an 8 month old Australian shepherd puppy, the other is a rescue we had just brought home. He was so rude on the phone, then said 'no thanks, I'll pass'. I guess he didn't want my money?

Very nice, clean, and much more reasonable pricing to ban any others. The owner, Greg, was really great with our 14 year old lab/Italian Greyhound girl. She was really comfortable with him. Glad to have found Bark Avenue !!!!!!

Love love love Bark Avenue! Gary has a very upbeat, happy, fun personality with great energy, loved him! He did a great job on my golden. Her nails were trimmed perfectly (a huge worry for me) she looked fresh, clean, polished and smelled amazing!

Thank you so much Gary for grooming Marley! I called on Thursday to book an appointment ASAP, as all the other groomers were booked... Gary was flexible and able to fit my puppy in the next day! This is my first time getting Marley groomed in Monroe, and I am very pleased. He is perfectly shaven, and still smells wonderful! Looking forward to coming back!

He is knowledgeable and passionate about his care for your pet. I learned more in the 30 minutes that we spoke about proper grooming of my dogs than I have in the 15 years I have had them done by others. My dogs look great and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I have an appointment for my doodle very soon. I already love this groomer. He took time to discuss wellness of my puppy that he didn't have to. I will update after appointmentADDED: The groomer was fantastic and did a great job. Very good prices, my boy was very happy and even wanted to hang out with him some more. I love he staggers appointments so there aren't a lot of of dogs there at once which makes it less stressful.

Honestly he does such good work. My dogs have always had a really hard time going to their hair appointments. They would pull and tug and freak out. Since they’ve gone here they’ve calmed down a lot and are so much less anxious. I can tell they are having a much better experience and they always look super cute when they leave !

Gary is awesome. I have an older dog that seizures and he is so good with him my baby boy can be trying but Gary is so good with him that and he has ALWAYS had a great hair cut. him Very clean facility.I also have a small mixed bred and he is crazy. Gary does a fantastic job with him. My dogs love Gary and I never ever have had ANY ISSUE with Gary doing a great job as well as being accommodating in emergencies.PetSmart treated my dogs so badly I am so blessed to have found Gary. You don't stay in business 20+ years and not be AWESOME!!!!!

10/10 recommend. Gary really knows what he is doing and is super knowledgeable. Took our 5 month old bernedoodle in today to get groomed and he looks like a brand new dog. SO. MUCH. BETTER. He did a GREAT job!!! Our puppy looks so handsome now. And Gary has a great sense of humor!

I dropped my Nadine off for her grooming. Gary took her and she was so comfortable with him, that puts me at ease, knowing my little fur baby is in good hands. I just had Nadine groomed today. On the way in her tail was wagging, he took her from me she was excited and tail wagging. If you're looking for a great grooming service, you need to try Bark Avenue. Both my pup and I love Gary! He does such an amazing job every time. My Yorkie is 2 1/2 years old and he has been going to Gary since he was 8 weeks old. We are going to miss him when we move to Florida. Hopefully we find someone just as good as him! You and your dog will love him!

Today was my first time trying a new place & i ❤️ love it.Bark Avenue is great! The owner was so nice & very knowledgeable about animals. Wonderful!!! Gary did such a wonderful job on my dog Alvin! Alvin isn't the easiest dog to groom yet Gary made him look so cute and clean and even helped clear his little eye that doesn't produce tear ducks. I have found my new permanent dog groomer for sure! Gary was super welcoming and is excellent at his work!

We have been to Gary in the past, we had been told he had closed last year so we started having a neighbor do his nails. The girl left him traumatized the last time, in which it has been a trying time to get his nails done again. Finding out that Gary is still open will not only make mommy and daddy happy but our little man happy and walking right again. I know he will take great care of our little guy with all the wonderful reviews I've read.

I moved to the area almost 2 years ago and was worried about finding a groomer that would care for my boys as much as the groomer back home. This is by far the very best place I've ever used for grooming, in this state and others where I've lived. I feel comfortable leaving both of them there and I know they will look fantastic when I pick them up again! You seriously can't find another groomer that compares. Great customer service as well!!! I love calling and hearing a pleasant voice on the phone and he's just as great in person!

Gary came highly recommend and I'm so glad I called him. My pup is not easy to work with and Gary had him looking amazing and was as calm as can be when I went I pick him up. We will be using him going forward.
