I love our grocery store in Mio Michigan. A great selection, but most importantly, the personnel that work there. They are so friendly and hard workers.I even met the head company guy in there once, to my surprise. A great grocery store. 5 stars!

Prices here are insanely high compared to downstate prices at places like Meijer or Kroge. Staff is extremely friendly and the store is clean, which is why this place doesn’t get fewer stars. But I highly recommend a Yes! Card to help with prices. It’s really convenient that they have the aisle directory listed on the shopping carts. They also sell some non grocery items, as well as beer, wine, and some liquors.

I was looking for a veggie tray but I could only find a fruit tray or meat . With all the fresh vegetables it seems like you could put one together.

Not as big as other Family Fares, but clean. Nice personnel.*I’ve seen other reviews mentioning prices? I agree & they’ve always had higher prices. It’s not this particular store, it’s all of them & it is angering. You’d think in our rural communities they’d do us right but they don’t! That’s why I’ve been saying for years they need to get rid of family fare & bring in a Walmart! I swear every time I come out of a family fare I feel like I’ve been ripped off. I know there’s Walmarts around like in West branch, Gaylord, but a lot of people around here don’t even have a vehicle & it’s obviously been worse since Covid. If family fare really wanted to do right by its loyal (have no choice) customers? They’d lower prices smh…

Way to expensive of a grocery store. I have come across one employee that is always so rude to me when I am in her lane (mostly only always has one lane open)! Not sure what or where all the other employees are, but they sure aren't checking out customers.

I've only been in here one time just to get one thing everything was nice and clean looking found what I need fast but the girl at checkout was rude and just had that attitude like she didn't wanna be there and she showed that well

I think it should help customer with groceries into the car.,my handicap is hidden, they just push your groceries to the end, then start on next customer, was very good this time ,1,2 ,23.was there on Jan.4 ,24 .was helped by employees to get water and was put in my truck.

Employees dont scan everything and when you leave with the items they placed in the bag they come to your place of work and say you're a thief because they got in trouble for not scanning it.

Black heavy woman in the deli isn't willing to drop chicken tenders where there are literally none. She told me I had to wait 17 minutes to drop some. So I said okay then come to find out she tells me a few minutes later that in 17 minutes is the next batch of chicken and I'd have to wait for that to finish. Uh no thanks.

There prices for food is way higher then a lot of other stores. Plus there service for the registers is horrible. They need more employees so they can have more then one register open. Sometimes I wait 15-20 mins before I'm able to pay and leave.

Employees tend to be more rude than they are enjoyable. I really don't enjoy having my stuff thrown in the bag. On the other than there are a less than a handful of Employees that enjoy there job but they are rarely on the schedule.

Always a good stop when I pull into Mio. Quick trip to the restroom (always clean and stocked) and a chance to pick up veggie snacks.

This is not a bad place to go by any means. Food has always been fresh and they have a descent selection of groceries no matter what you're looking for, but my only gripe is that they are so darn expensive compared to other small markets I've shopped at across the state. It's not just a few things here and there, but rather that everything is so much higher than I'm used to paying. They're one of very few options for miles so you'll pay more but they're not bad.

The deli staff is kind and helpful while I figure out what I want. The cashiers always seem to have a smile to share while checking out. Yes, the prices are a bit higher than the big box stores, but there is also great value is supporting the local community that works there.

It's a grocery store. If you live in mio, go here. It's the only one. Worst part is the SS tattoos you might see on fellow customers. Workers are nice and helpful.

Pretty much only shop here when I really need something. It's expensive. Has sad produce. Employees don't seem to earn enough to smile. I don't think I've ever felt like I've gotten a deal on anything. It's sad because it has a lot of potential and could serve the people of Mio so much better.
