We have taken our pets to Crystal for many years and she and her staff have always treated them like family!! They take time to cater to each animals specific needs when visiting. Whether it's their first trip as a puppy to get groomed and nails trimmed or a senior dog that needs a bit more care they have always treated my four legged kids like their own!! We can't say enough great things about Crystals Country Cuts and wouldn't trust anyone else!! You shouldn't go anywhere but to these wonderfully patient and kind talented people!!!

We had a wonderful experience here! We were visiting over the holiday from out of state and they got both of my large dogs in right away. They smelled great, were very soft, and their nails were shorter than our regular vet tech can normally get them! They’re also very reasonably priced(which leaves room for a nice tip for a job well done). I highly recommend this place!

Crystal's country cuts is the place to go! I've been taking my pets to Crystal's since she opened her doors many years ago. She always get my terriers cuts just right, she is fast, friendly and she is beyond knowledgeable and amazing with my fur babies. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

Being new to the area, I called with an "emergency" grooming need for my 3 large dogs. To my surprise Andrea was able to get all 3 of my boys in same day. She was very nice and did a wonderful job! If you are in the Vassar area, Crystals is clearly the only choice out of the competition. Very impressed!!! Surprisingly low prices from what I'm used to. They have earned a loyal customer.

Crystal and Andrea are AMAZING! They do such wonderful work, and really take care of my 5 month old doberman, especially since she's such a scaredy cat! They always treat us like family, and I'll never take my babies anywhere else. Delilah is rocking her mani-pedi today, ladies, thanks so much!
