Oh my! Talk about an expert! We went in today to get feed, told her we were seeing so many "common grackles." She told us to fill our feeder at 5pm and not again until the next day. She was SPOT ON.... best place ever!

called to ask if this business sold hay feed for goats/horses and from the second the lady answered the phone she was extremely rude and complaining to me about it being busy, her response was "no I don't I stopped 10 years ago thank you bye" and immediately hung up. Obnoxious horrible customer service. I get people have bad days but I did nothing to deserve that rude interaction, especially as an inquiring customer. I will definitely never be going there for anything live stock-related ever, congratulations on losing a customer. god bless

I have been shopping at Milford Feed for 16 years. Cathy has a great selection of healthy pet foods, treats and supplements. She also carries nice dog/cat beds, collars, leashes and toys. It is always enjoyable to see Cathy and the chickens walking through the store and the store cat on the counter. She is more than helpful anytime you have a pet question about pets or landscape supplies. I bought some great Milford Mix grass seed and other products for the yard and flower beds last summer and they did very well. Milford feed has everything you need for your pets and yard and the knowledge and experience to make the right choices.

Just found Milford Feed Company today. I wish I would have found it earlier. If I could give ratings above Excellent I would. As previous reviews have stated Kathy is the greatest. Very personalized service. She is excited, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable.If you need food for pets, wild birds, or other critters this is the place to go in Milford. Love this place.Oh and there are chickens running around in the store. So awesome!!!!
