I can’t say enough amazing things about Club Pet, Milford. You just feel as if everyone loves working there and LOVES animals, which is the most important. Our pup, is a large goldendoodle, and Jenny grooms her and does an amazing job.

We have been using Club Pet for Boarding & Grooming for many years. They are great! The staff really cares, & they always try to help when we are in a jam last minute. We have 2 big dogs & they can't wait to get in the door at Club Pet. Grooming is also great.

I've boarded my dachshunds at Club Pet -Milford for more than a decade. They have been well cared for, with administration of dietary supplements and medications performed properly. When I picked up my miniature long haired dachshund recently he was hanging out on a stairwell with others in his size group. When I called to check-up on him, the staff member who answered the phone sounded like she had been happily playing with him.

Our dog loves his groomer, Dawn, and the staff at Club Pet. They do a great job and are always friendly. We do not utilize daycare or boarding services but they offer this as well.

My dog is normally a bit shy so I was questionable putting her in a daycare but she loves this one and even pulls me towards the door when we’re walking in bc she’s so excited. Girls at the front desk are always helpful and sweet towards my dog. Love this daycare wouldn’t go anywhere else

this place took such good care of my dog!! i really recommend bringing your dog here for day care, or just to board them here! they took such good care of my dog polly and she was so pooped when i came to pick her up later in the day. every time i come to drop her off she instantly knows where she’s at and she is always so eager to come in and play with all the other doggy’s there! i am just so appreciative of what the employees do there to take care of my dog!

I’ve had three dogs I’ve taken here over the years and I am always impressed with the grooming results. They are very thorough and friendly with the dogs. Prices are reasonable. They also do boarding and daycare. Check it out!

Club Pet is BY FAR the VERY BEST place I have ever taken our beloved golden retriever. He started going when Club Pet was recommended by a trainer for doggy daycare to run off some of his puppy energy when he was about six months old. We faithfully used their grooming, daycare and even kennel services a couple times. We moved about 45 minutes away from Milford when our golden turned 5 - and we tried places closer to our new home - but we always ended up back at Club Pet - no one and no place has ever compared. It is more than worth the drive. We continued using Club Pet services right up until our sweet boy passed away and received the sweetest condolence card that I still keep. We are likely getting a new pup this spring and without hesitation we will be making the drive to Club Pet and feel completely comfortable in knowing he will get the best care.PS - Our dog would get so excited coming in for grooming and daycare he would whine and cry to get out of the car and pretty much bolt for the door to get in and behind the counter to the girls. So it's definitely doggy approved too!

I love that the staff is properly trained on dog/animal behavior and is very professional. They don’t mix big dogs and little dogs together in play groups like other companies do because they know the dangers of that. Very clean and organized facility along with friendly and informative staff. If there’s an issue with your pet they’re very good at updating you. My dog comes home exhausted and ready for bed. What I think makes this company stand out from the rest that are in the industry is the way they train their staff and overall family atmosphere also that they have housing for not only dogs but also cats. Would 10/10 recommend. All the other companies are owned by people who have other companies. Club Pet and Club Pet Too are family owned and their main focus is this business so you know that their all is going into it.

Club Pet has been the best place for us to leave our dogs while we travel. We have used them for many years and they have always taken good care of the dogs even when they needed special medicines, treats or anything extra. My dogs actually recognize the place when we pull in the parking lot and the dogs are excited to get out of the car - that proves to us that its a great place.

I take my Pomeranians, and Pit bull mix to them. My dogs love it there! The staff does such a great job with nail trims, and giving out medications. The staff is ALWAYS friendly. You can really tell how much they care about the pups :) Highly recommend!

I have loved this place since I was a kid. My childhood dog, Freeway, loved it here and now I bring my own dog here for grooming. Staff is always lovely and they even remembered my other dog Molly even though she hasn’t been there for over two years (she’s an old & grumpy little 15 year old girl). They do the best nail trims in Milford and I always recommend their services!

The staff here truly care about each and every dog that comes through the door. They did a wonderful job looking after my dog and were even able to accommodate a last second grooming request before we picked him up.

I brought my dog in for a 3 day stay, on day 2 I received a voicemail which I saved, saying that my dog was targeted and humped by another dog for being "new" and was involved in an altercation (that he didn't start) that resulted in small puncture near the base of the ear and was nothing to worry about or treat. When I picked him up nobody mentioned the bite, when I got home I realized he had a 1/4 inch gash between his eyes and a 3rd puncture wound on his skull. So this dog bit his entire face and head. I know things happen but the way it was described was not accurate. It's been 2 weeks now and the bite mark near his eyes on his snout is still very noticeable and will likely be a scar he has forever, right on his face. I would have just appreciated a more honest description of the wounds instead of downplaying it.

Do NOT take your pet here nearly killed my service dog and chose to lie and slander rather than to right their wrongs. They ruined my dog and it was a very tragic experience. Horrible unethical people who refuse to do whats right! I wish i could post a photo of his injury but this site doesnt have that option.
