Miss Joni has made grooming our dogs so simple! She helped us overcome a massive obstacle of two German Shepherds anxious about their nails. She is friendly, confident, patient and so sweet to ours dogs even when they’re being buttheads. She was very Efficient and nice, great with all types of dogs; even with my dog Lucy that has Anxiety and temperament issues. I have been to five other groomers in the past year and I always end up having problems. Plus This time I waited two months passed my normal groomer appointment time and Lucy was extremely matted. Joni is some kind of Magician because my dog came out perfect and there was no issues . I Will be going back to this business for as long as I have pets. Thanks again Joni!! 😀

Miss Joni has been grooming our dogs for a couple years now, we drive 45 mins just for her to be the one to give our fur babies a bath!! We just love her!She does great with our French bulldog! He always looks handsome with a gift on his way out!She has knowledge of the dogs and informs me of things to watch for. Or if an ear infection is brewing; to make a vet appointment ….. very comfortable with leaving my fur baby with her!(I wish she did pet sitting for vacations!)

Miss Joni is excellent. I've been taking my German Shepard to her since he was 4 months old and I cannot be any happier with my services. Her prices are great value and she does fantastic job grooming my boy. My dog can be very bossy and protective to work with but Joni knows exactly how to work with him, handle him, and make him feel comfortable. I would not feel comfortable going to any other dog groomer but her, I highly recommend.

We’ve been with Joni for a few years, and have followed her wherever she worked. She was so amazing and gentle with our two late poodles. Darla was super anxious and Joni let me watch so Darla could see me. She was so sweet with Darla.My current puppies are not as anxious. Gertie loves to play with Miss Joni’s puppy. She and her sister, Dottie always come home looking so spiffy and cute!Highly recommended!!

Miss Joni has been grooming my dogs for a couple of years. She was great with my geriatric Newfoundland. He was not cooperative at the start but she won him over and all I had to say was "Miss Joni "and he ran to the truck. She also groomed our Cairn Terrier, who is also geriatric and has medical issues. She handled both wonderfully. Joni is experienced and knowledgeable. Her new location on Main Street in downtown Milan is convenient and tidy. I look forward to starting my new Newfoundland puppy with her as soon as he arrives.

I’ve taken my chihuahua to Miss Joni several times. She gives him a very good bath, nail trim, and gets the eye area very clean. (He always feels so soft and smells really good!) Shes reasonably priced, and located about 15 minutes outside of Ann Arbor. I won’t take my fur baby anywhere else, as Miss Joni deals well with my chihuahua and he’s a bit on the feisty side.

Miss Joni took my boy King in on super short notice for an emergency nail trim after he broke a nail because I'd been so busy I hadn't noticed how long they had gotten. She fixed him right up and took good care of him, he's typically nervous around new people and he warmed right up to her with no problem. Very happy with the job she did and would recommend her to anyone looking for a very patient and professional groomer.

Joni is the absolute best with our Little Leonidas. He gets the works, a full puppy spa day including nail trim at Miss Jonis and he looks so handsome when he comes home. Please go see her, she is the best groomer in town and I love her new bright location.

my dog had major anxiety surrounding strangers/groomers/vets. we have had to stop going to prior groomers due to unprofessional comments other places have had towards my dogs anxieties. miss joni handled my scared pup with professionalism and class- not only did she work quickly to get us in and out but she showed true compassion towards a situation that was clearly stressful towards me and my dog. aside from the quickness it was also an extremely affordable experience. we have found our new favorite groomer for our dog! :)

Unfortunately, we will not be returning. Joni plucked our dog's ears when we specifically asked her not to. Our dog had a traumatic plucking experience at a different groomer and nearly died from a resulting infection. We thoroughly explained the situation when we started going to Joni and repeatedly told her that we only wanted plucking to be done by our vet. At our last appointment, I told her the vet had just recently plucked our dog's ears and told her again not to do it, but she proceeded to do it anyway. Prior to that point, we trusted her fully and felt confident she would respect our instructions. Clearly, that is no longer the case. We are incredibly disappointed and certainly will not entrust our dog's care to her again.
