They had just what I needed. The price seems a bit high for the item, but when I opened it the quality was great. Clean and well organized as usual.I only issue that I had, when I returned home my Beagle was upset that he didn't go with me. Rookie mistake by me.

This is a shout out to the groomers at PetSmart on West Main. They are a great bunch of people who always give Mr Bear a great bath and nail trim. But don’t ask Mr Bear what he thinks.

I took my dog into get a hair trim and a bath. We normally keep hair hair at a longer length. We took him in to get some of his mats out. They not only shaved his hair way too short. But didn’t even consult with us on how short they were going to do it. On top of that they charged us a rediclous brushing fee for the mats when they shaved it all off. Our total went from 56$ to 76$ when we didn’t even ask for that or get consultation for the hair length. They also didn’t use the doggy colone or get his rear eye duct color out like we were charged for. I am never taking my dog back here again. I wouldn’t be mad about the price if they were just honest from the beginning and they consulted with me and asked my permission on his hair length. I used to love Emily do his hair but I will never take my dogs back here again. And my family won’t be taking any of their animals here either.

Drove here from Mt. Pleasant because they had a tank in stock here at Midland and not there. I tried to do an online order to pick up the store but it wasn't working, so I ended up calling and they pulled the tank aside for me. They also priced matched what I was going to pay online versus at the store. Super excited to get it set up for my boys for Christmas, their first pet!

Took my pupp in for her first bath (that wasn’t done by me) and got the spring special. First of all the pricing was absolutely mind blowing for how cheap it came to with everything she got included. Second off the wonderful lady who took care of her while she was there was so amazing! Her name is Makayla and I’d recommend her to anyone although all the staff was so sweet she was above and beyond amazing! Very very impressed and will be returning!! My Millie girl has never felt so soft and smells amazing even got an adorable Easter bandana and cookie!

Staff say hello as soon as you walk through the door. Staff are more than willing to help if you have any questions. I go for bird supplies and I find the south end Pet Smart is 100% better than the North end. Don't waste your time going to the North end one if you are needing bird supplies...Laura

I love going here to shop. Never had a problem. I decided to try the grooming salon for my two Shih Tzu's after a bad experience with my puppy at a previous salon. They were amazing with my dogs! Both of my dogs were only recently adopted, and were not going to be ideal customers, as they hadn't been regularly groomed before. Plus my older dog is going blind. They were so patient and kind and didn't force my dogs to do anything (a problem I had at the previous grooming salon). 10/10 recommend!!

It's been awhile since I was at our local PetSmart. I recently adopted a new fur baby after our last boy crossed over 12/26/2020. Been spoiling our new boy. He was at the spa for grooming this week so I stopped in to see what toys were available. Such a great selection! Excellent prices! The gal at the register was super nice.

The employee clearly didn't know how to handle the parakeets. When I adopted my parakeet she grabbed him by his wing and clearly had no expierience with any kind of bird. I would suggest adopting animals from somewhere else.

My dog had split her dew claw and was bleeding. I called the store 15 minutes before closing and spoke to Brian to see if they carried the septic powder. Told him what had happened, and I was on my way. I made it just as they were closing up for the night. The door was locked. I knocked on the door and told them why I was there and that I had spoken to Brian. They hadn't closed out all the registers yet. They allowed me to run in get what I needed and got me out quickly.Thank you to the 3 guys working last night!My dog is doing great now BTW.

Nice place if you have a dog. Cat owners might be surprised at the lack of new or interesting products. For the most part everything is set up well however, back to cats and it's all over the place. Instead of having the cat isles back to back they are broken up and scattered in-between with items for birds, guinea pigs, hamsters, snakes and other caged animals.Prices are always a bit high but hopefully the quality is too. I only purchased 2 items and luckily there was a very nice woman behind me in line that gave me a coupon for $3 off one of them. Thank you!!The store is clean except for a brown cricket here and there... It happens. They just wanted to stretch their legs.The grooming shop in the back is excellent for dogs and they do an amazing job, but if you have a cat that doesn't care for actual water in their bath, the auto scrubber could give your cat an even stronger reason to hate it. But I think the compliments and attention she received from everyone in store was a saving grace.Overall it's a good place to shop and as you are always welcome to bring your best friend, furry or otherwise, it makes for a nice outing.

Midland petsmart is great! The workers there are helpful and friendly. They remember you and your animals. They also tell you how to get coupons for your food! If you use the hills science diet go to hills website for $5 off every-time. Great customer service!
