I just have to say the staff they have working now is absolutely marvelous. The guys and gals are all very knowledgeable. I had a few bad interactions with employees who no longer seem to be tainting the business, and one I haven’t seen in a while. Barbie is so incredibly helpful as well as Tyler (I think is his name..) I appreciate the easy going environment I’m greeted with being most places are super loud and bombard you. Thanks for running such a clean inviting business with employees who show love to their job.

They have pretty friendly staff that's willing to talk and find the perfect match for what you had in mind. And they have a quality selection of products at a good price. This is definitely my favorite spot.

If you’re not at Botanical, then you’re at the wrong place! These folks know what’s up and they’re skilled at growing and procuring the best product. Flower is legitimately the best quality and value price in the state (consistently). House brand Franklin Fields is amazing, and they’ve brought in some other great companies like Heavyweight Heads (Detroit Players, Gasleak, Orangutan) and Traphouse (Super Boof Cherry 👍 👍).Thanks to Rocky, Taylor, and Trey for all their help and wishing you all continued success! Go to Botanical and smell “the roses!” What are you waiting for?!

Just exited and I have to say: whatever you expect a marijuana dispensary to be like, this is probably better. Our budtender was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and made the process seem much less overwhelming. Store is clean and well-maintained, staff is friendly and enthusiastic, and the products are SO well-priced. HIGHLY recommended!

I’d first like to start by saying… if a liquor store cashier was wasted drunk, prolly would be an issue right? So why should budtenders at a dispensary get a pass on being stoned and high, not being able to do the job efficiently??? With that being said, I stopped in yesterday at 4pm. Previously looking at the menu online before I came in so I knew exactly what I wanted. Asked the male worker who always seems soooo stoned and awkward when you go in there, for a gram of “Peachy Sundae Driver”, a gram of “Peachy Cadillac Belts” and the last one was “scientific trip Big bag” live rosin grams. He was reassuring and acting like he knew exactly what I was talking about. I didn’t think I needed to watch him do his job so I started to look into the other cases at the products while he grabbed these expensive grams for me. At no point did he say they were out of anything or only had discounted grams left. He did mention right away when I asked for these, they were low but that’s it, he just kept reassuring he’s got me. After he grabs them he says I gotta wait for the female employee to check you out (female was with another customer) for the discounts, she’s gotta do that. I thought: huh? Wonder why I’m getting a discount, but thought it’s prolly just a sale you had on peachy brand rosins for the day. So the male employee as the female is ringing me up says “have you tried this east side alchemy? Customers say it’s prolly better even than your getting! You wanna try that instead?”… I said yeah it’s good, I’ve had it before but I don’t want it now. I prefer the peachy brand. I noticed the total for the 3 grams was about $25-$30 cheaper than what the website said it would be so I thought cool. I scan my card and say thank you and walk out… not even to get to my car and look at the receipt to see I’ve gotten one “peachy sundae driver”, a sales floor model discounted “scientific Tripp big bag and another sales floor model discounted “scientific Tripp tangie burger” rosin. First off, the sales floor models are disgusting and I wouldn’t want them whatsoever… secondly, I specifically don’t want sativa strains. Tangie would never be an option id pick. Why would you not say a word about anything?So I march back inside within 20 seconds and say I didn’t get what I wanted. Explaining what kinds I want and don’t want. They tell me ooops sorry, they got me, no problem! The female after looking around the fridges says… okay we don’t have any peachy Cadillac belts. Ohhh great! That would have been great to know the first time around! I tell her I don’t want this tangie burger rosin and she tells me I have to keep it. They can’t take it back. They can’t do anything for me other than give me a discount on something else I buy… so I now have to pay more money to get what I originally want? And have to pay for something I didn’t want? A nasty discounted gram at that, all because your employee screwed up and can’t ask questions? Just assumes I’m good with buying an inferior ruined discount product? Then hints at getting another brand hoping id switch last second? To cover up the fact he didn’t grab what I wanted and never said a word? It’s not like I’m grabbing $8 carts and $1 pre rolls. These are very expensive!The real cherry on top was when the female employee… when asked what do I do with this gram now I never asked for or wanted? She literally told me to break the law and sell the gram of rosin to a friend to get my money back, even selling it for more to make money off said friend… 🤦🏻‍♂️ lmao I can’t make this stuff up!So I say suuuuuuure. Why not? I’ll spend more money for your error because you’re gonna discount a $40 gram for $23. I gotta get something out of this right? The gram she sells me is another discounted floor sales gram. Horrible quality and would have been discounted anyway… absolute ridiculous!!!This place is sooooooo inefficient and logistically a nightmare… I’ve had problems and issues here besides this one visit. Don’t even get me started on there menu not having half the items they show!!

Everyone in that place is genuinely great people. They have Alot of information about certain strains and also always positive energy. I can always get lost in conversations. If I had to refer some one to a spot I'd pic boco hands down by far the best in Midwest

I have lived in Middleville my whole life. So When boco first opened. I was so happy, and I loved all the workers at first. Everyone usually helps me very good and they usually have really great products to choose from and will help if anything is defected. However, the last three times I have been in I’ve been helped by a girl named Barbie, I ask her just a simple question and she pretty much acts like she has no idea what I’m saying. It honestly seems like she’s either drunk or just doesn’t know her job. I ask her questions about what ones are sativa and Indica and she always says well I don’t know. Really any question I ever ask her she goes and sits down and and says I have to look it up or have to look on her phone or she just says I don’t know and then just starts talking about herself. I have never Been treated this bad at this dispensary before. Or any in general. And I didn’t want to complain but now it’s been the third time. She will also cut me off when I’m speaking and I am a customer. She will Have random conversations with other employees or other customers or just randomly start talking to me about her personal life when I dont even know her and I’m just trying to go get what I need and leave. She is no help and it is just been extremely frustrating. So I’m gonna start going to crafted leaf . I have also had the same experience with my friends, saying the same thing that that Barbie girl should not be there compared to the people that used to be there. I think it’s insane, She still has a job and it honestly makes boco in Middleville look bad. I want to come back, but I don’t know if I will. I would love to give you five stars but I honestly can’t. It’s so frustrating that this happens every time with her. Used to love doing business with you. So this is just a shame. And all my friends are going to start doing the same they said. I would also like to add the whole time I kept asking about different marijuana, products, carts, pre-rolls. She would not stop talking about nicotine and how she loves it and that I should try it and I am not a nicotine smoker and this is a dispensary. I really truly do not think she cares about her job and again makes this place look terrible for Middleville.
