This is my first time going. We've passed the place many times and always wanted to go see what they had. We decided to go today. Upon arrival and walking in there were two employees visible and no line. The wife and I stood around for about 15 minutes and not one person said a thing to us. They both definitely seen us. They were just to busy chatting it up with some folks who had already got what they wanted and paid. Literally invisible. What a great way to greet new customers.

It's definitely not the cheapest bird you can buy, but they are running a solid operation. Great parking/traffic management, great in-store service, I'll be back next year for sure. Even at 5:00PM on the Monday before Thanksgiving I don't think I was even parked for 3 minutes. Super fast service, and with a smile.

Otto's has the best turkey around.Turkey is always fresh, family owned business. Awesome turkey jerkey. Lunch meat is also a must try( personally loved the smoked turkey)Deep fried a 25lbs. Turkey last weekend it was amazing😋 in Paradise MI!

They have so many excellent products and the people are wonderful, also make sure you try Otto's Chicken Farm approximately 3 to 5 MI down the road, excellent products there also. These places are family owned

Ready to serve with a smile. Lots of help, very helpful to all. Fresh all natural turkeys, no hormones. Owners are the best and want to give the best to their customers. They have just built a greenhouse to raise herbs and they have fresh herbs herbs available in the future.

The best turkey that I have every Thanksgiving comes from Otto's Turkey Farm. They're local and family owned which I love. Have you tried their jerky or summer sausage? Unbelievable! Great place to grab some meat.

The turkeys are, of course tops. I recently discovered a delicacy I didn't know was available - frozen broth. My husband has had to adjust to a liquid/semi-liquid diet and he misses his old favorites. His comfort food has become mashed potatoes with a healthy topping of Otto's broth made into gravy. It is like Thanksgiving every day of the year. No grocery store product comes even remotely close. Thanks for a great product.

My wife and I moved here from MN, so this was our first visit to Tom Otto's. We've always invested in a fresh turkey since the mid 1990's. Since it was just the two of us this year we got a bone in turkey breast for our Thanksgiving meal - a 9.7 pounder to be exact (my wife make killer soup out of the bones and some left over meat). At any rate we were super impressed with the flavor, the tenderness of the breast. It was exceptional. If you've never tried fresh turkey, or you think there is no difference between farm fresh and grocer turkey, I recommend you visit Tom Otto's and let those fine folks hook you up with a fresh turkey. Simply the best. You won't go back to grocery store turkey ever again.

Their fresh and frozen turkey is wonderful and they have broth and veggies, pies turkey and fruit, and all kinds of yummy stuff! The owners and staff are very helpful and friendly! Great place to go!!!!
