I had a great experience at Monster Motors! I live in TN and found a Jeep Wrangler that I loved at their Michigan dealership. I worked over the phone with Karly and Brooklyn for 4-5 days to secure this vehicle before it was purchased by someone else. They were both extremely patient with my crazy requests. Karly went above and beyond to coordinate getting the vehicle inspected and even shipped to me if necessary. I ended up driving up to Michigan where I met Brooklyn who made the buying process so smooth for someone out of state and I was able to drive off the lot within 2 hours! Couldn’t recommend them enough for how easy they made this for me! They endured the vehicle was safe and a good buy.

Honestly the most painless dealership experience I've ever had. Every one of the team members I had contact with was super nice, the atmosphere was great. There was no high pressure sales tactics, Chynna was great on the phone, and David was an honest straightforward guy. I found the truck I had been looking for at a competitive price and super low miles for the year at Monster Motors. They were a 2 hour drive from my house and we set an appointment to see the truck. I’m so glad we took the trip as the truck was everything they had advertised it to be!The staff was an absolute pleasure to work with from top to bottom. Our salesman was Gage and I would absolutely work with him in future car purchases. The manager Kenny also went above and beyond in ensuring that we were taken care of to the best of his abilities and even hooked us up with some other perks.I walked in with a pre approval for my own financing which was a competitive rate and I challenged them to see if they could beat the rate I had and to my surprise they did beat it!To say the least I was pleased with my experience and will absolutely buy with them again.

The staff here are amazing all the way from Chynna setting up my appointment, having the cars I wanted to check out lined up. She's very timely with email responses too! John was such a nice and sweet man to work with . He even took the car and filled her up , gave it a car wash . He had me out of there so quick in my new car! Rich explained everything simply and quickly to help get me out the door driving my new ride! I highly recommend this place and team if you're in the market for a new vehicle and have a rough credit. Made this transaction pretty much online with John. This guy made my transaction smooth. Had a minor hiccup with another sales person taking truck on a test drive after I was financed but John resolved it before my blood pressure rose. Sales manager Frank also stepped up and resolved a transmission issue and then delivered my vehicle over a 100 miles away. I definitely would recommend to friends. Thanks Monster Motors

The best deals I've found in the state of Michigan. The truck i found i bought for $28,550 and trucks with similar year and mileage are usually goi.g for $35,000 or more. They were super easy to deal with and very friendly. I would definitely recommend buying here to anyone and I will also buy from here in the future.

If anyone is in the market for a vehicle, I strongly recommend Monster Motors. If you find yourself on their a lot, “I know a guy“ so ask for Tom Chapman. Tom was my sales man, he took time to get to know me and made the purchase process super smooth. Smooth was what I needed at the time. I was coming in to make a purchase as a replacement to a vehicle I had just lost in an accident a few days prior. Not only did Tom bring a much desired level of calmness to the purchase process, I never once felt pressured, which is why I ultimately made the decision to make my purchase with them. I was unable to workout a deal with anyone because they wouldn’t do what they said they would or they had unrealistic markup on the vehicle. John was willing to take pictures and videos and answer all my questions and made me feel confident about the quality and condition of the truck. Being from out of state, this was very important. I flew into Detroit, Rodney (also a great guy) gave me a ride to the dealership. John was extremely friendly and professional. He had the truck fully detailed and ready for an inspection and test drive. It was a great experience and I got a killer truck.
