Did an install right on a Michigan gas right away, where there are main gas lines and dug the holes before miss dig ever came. Got it all on camera. We will be seeing them in court very soon. Not a professional company at all. Would not recommend to anyone. When we called this company to express the concerns they laughed at us. State police are there now.

Called for quote. They were a little slow getting to my house to install (Was supposed to be 2 weeks and ended up being 4 weeks until install). However, once they started it was done in 2 days and looks great. Price was very reasonable.Alot of these reviews are focused on estimates and them calling back. He said he'd be out the next day and never showed, called, or emailed me anything that he couldn't make it or a quote if he just came out and looked and I missed him. The called back the next day and left a message. Haven't heard anything back. That was four days ago...

After a long wait since the storm and the company was slammed with so much business, I am thankful for their quick estimate and follow up on when the fence could be installed. The owner came out and assessed the job. The quote was considerably lower than another contractor. I noticed, on the quote, that he had not measured a length dimension correctly. His measurement was off by 4 feet but since there were seven segments with that length dimension, it amounted to a 28 foot error. I called the owner and let him know about the error and that I did not want to see him shorted on account of underestimating materials. He said that he always orders extra material and that it would not change the quote. I double checked that we were comparing apples to apples in terms of material grade and everything checked out. So I accepted the quote in writing. To make a long story short, I haven’t heard from them since, despite leaving phone messages and sending texts. This is a theme that repeats itself in some of the reviews that I have since read. I am not sure why they lost interest in the job but their communication and professionalism leaves a lot to be desired.

Their prices are reasonable, but we have been waiting since March for our fencing to be put up. We were told at the end of March that it would be 3-4 weeks when they got the material. Now they do not answer my husband's calls, and when they do, he gets put on hold for 20 minutes. They were scheduled today to come to our house to start putting up the fencing, and they never showed. They also are not answering their phones so we can see why they did not show up or to even reschedule. We are not pleased with their services!

We would like to first of all apologize to anybody that we have not gotten into touch with, or did not follow up with. We have been dealing with an overwhelming amount of calls the last few years, especially the last year and a half. That combined with material and laborer shortages has us struggling to keep up. We are working hard to try and get to everybody, but as you can see from all of our negative reviews.... we have not been able to keep up with all of the calls. Please keep calling if you do not get through...... I can 100% promise that our price will be fair and you will be happy with the finished product!

Needed to close off a portion of the yard that was never originally completed and have a gate installed. Sent them a photo of the area, they gave me an extremely reasonable quote, came out the next day and saw that what they thought needed to be done was not what they originally expected. Had to come out the next day with different tools but had the gate/fencing completed in about 2 hrs and they even stuck to their original quote.10/10 would recommend. We choose Allen Brothers for our custom railing work based on the reviews of their workmanship. The only knock against them seemed to be on their responsiveness, but in talking to them, they were overwhelmed with work. With a little patience, our project turned out awesome!! We could not be any happier about the working relationship and workmanship they ultimately provided on this project. Had a representative stop out to quote a fence project. He was on time and was very thorough in calculating a quote. He emailed me his quote a week later. I responded with an approval and to schedule me for spring of 2021 to complete. Still haven't heard anything. I could have chosen another company and had my fence finished if I would have known I was going to be ignored. Would not recommend this company for any follow thru.

We had three guys come out and install our fence. They were very kind, reasonable, and worked so hard. The noticed we had small dogs and they made sure they adjusted our fencing, and added extra poles in so our dogs could not squeeze through any part of the fencing. I highly recommend. I love my new privacy fence! It is January and, despite below-freezing temps and days of drizzle, the installation team did not a short cut on anything. Their work is first class, and my dogs and I truly appreciate it. All this, and the price was fair. I highly recommend this company.

Honest Review: They will build you a really good fence at a really good price, but if clear communication on when and how is something you value in a contractor you may want to look elsewhere. Jonathan came to our home on June 30 to assess the property. He texted my spouse options for aluminum and vinyl fencing options and said he would send over a quote in the coming days. We have reached out multiple times via text, phone calls and voicemails and not one person has returned our messages. We did get in touch with one person at the office and explained the situation, they said they would track down Jonathan to see where the quote was, still haven’t heard back. Good luck getting in touch with the team at Allen Fencing, I’ve given up!

They are professional, reasonably priced and have a great turn around time. Danny and his employees are very personable, they did exactly what I wanted and did it quickly. The quality is great, welded gates to keep my dogs inside the fence. I'm very pleased with the job they did and I would reccomend them to anyone looking for a fence installation.

Made 4 calls in November 2016 for an estimate. Two were left as voice mails and two were answered and we were told someone would get back to us. March 2017 two more voice mail messages were left and an email was sent requesting an estimate. No responses at all from this company in 5 months from 7 attempts. Poor customer response. If this is their response to getting an estimate what type of service would I have gotten if I hired them.

Called for an estimate and they came out when scheduled, however I had to call 1 week later to get the estimate over the phone, and then 1 day later finally recieved the official estimate via email. I felt the estimate was too high but I would say not too bad overall. As of 11/23/19 I am still deciding on the estimate.

We had someone look at our yard to put a new fence up, while they were at my neighbors doing work and we were supposed to have a quote given to us. We have never heard another thing from them. We have tried contacting them multiple times. Not sure why we should have to chase anyone down to have work done. They did great work across the street but do not make good effort at getting back ahold of their potential customers.

Knowing I own a local pet service he left up old fence so I can still have my clients. I was not paid or given a discount for my review or a family member. I would recommend them.

I left a message and later that day received a call back from Danny (I believe). He just asked some questions and set a time for his guys to come out. They were willing to spend an hour or so for a very small job stretching our fence back into place after we moved it. It costs us very little but saved my husband lots of time and energy. They came prepared with the tools needed and knew how to fix the end of the damaged fence too. It looks great and is tight like it should be.My guess is they are just a little business and may not have phones manned at all times. If you don't get an answer when you call like another person mentioned, just leave a message and hopefully you will be happy like we are. Thanks much!

I had these guys do a fence for my uncle in tecumseh because he had a local estimate that seemed high in price. Allen Brothers honored their price over the phone. Came in MUCH more reasonable and installed a perfect black vinyl fence the day they said they would. 5 stars all day!!!

These guys came extremely highly recommended. And yes at times they are hard to get ahold of but I had them install some custom railings and some basic chain link. Both were absolutely flawless finished products and the price was more than fair. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody!!!!
