We've been taking our min poodle here since he was a puppy. Another groomer caused an ear injury and made him nervous. However, with Paws patience and time, he now loves going to the groomer - and we love him coming home clean and trimmed! Paws is the only place we would trust to clean and groom our very good boy!

We love Paws Pet Spa! Kristina does a wonderful job on our 95 lb English Cream Golden Retriever. He can be really naughty but he’s a good boy for her because she speaks his language. She is patient and gentle and transforms my stinky dirty moose into a handsome fresh moose ☺️.

Christina is awesome! My dogs love her as she is a kind and compassionate person. She treat my fur babies as if they were her own! My dogs also always look amazing! She listens to what I want and makes my two Standard Poodles look amazing - and that isn't easy with all the curly hair that they have - a ton of work!Great prices, friendly and compassionate service is impressive! I also appreciate all the safety measures Christina takes! Locking the door so she controls when it opens helps e sure my crazy, energetic dog won't bolt out the doorThank You for caring!!!

The place was fine. The girls cut our dogs nails WAY to short and even after bringing her back in because it was bleeding all over my car , by the time we got home her nails were shooting blood. We live 30 minutes away and called to tell them and they were not sorry by any means. Her foot had to be bandaged and she was in so much pain. The picture below is of her dirty paws that they “cleaned” when they gave her a bath,(she was not put down she was carried to the car) and another cut that didn’t bleed as bad . Will not be back ever again.

Christine is the best groomer we've met in our 40+ years of dog ownership! She is kind, talented, organized and personable. We lost our beautiful sheltie in March and Christine reached out to us to offer condolences & encouragement. We can't wait to introduce her to our new 8 week old Sheltie in a few months for her first spa day!💞

Highly recommended. I struggle to even get my Staffordshire terrier to even sit still for a bath. I have never been able to get him to sit still for a nail trim. Without fail he comes home clean, soft, smelling great, and with perfectly trimmed nails after every visit. Service is always fast and friendly. I won't go anywhere else.

Absolutely 100% Wonderful! From simply making an appt for my pup, to taking her home, Christina & Holly really truly left no question unanswered. And made sure I was completely happy before I left, My pup loves Christina & my pup doesn’t love easily! They are a magical blessing, sensitive to her every need! Our dog was very fearful of the other groomers we had previously taken her too. Paws was very welcoming and she is not scared whatsoever when we take her there. We’ve been going for a few years now. When we pick her up she looks beautiful! We’re very Thankful for Paws!

My dogs always look great after visiting here! I like that she puts them in a little play pen in the waiting area instead of locked up in back in a crate like a lot of other places do. Will definitely keep going here! I believe she treats them as well as we do at home... Well at least as close as possible!!

I took both my dogs, who are very difficult to handle, into Paws Pet Spa and Boutique in Metamora for a bath and nails clipped and they handled them perfectly! They smelled great and they even put little bandannas on them to make them look absolutely adorable!!!! I would recommen this place to anyone! They did an awesome job! Great team working there!

I have been taking my Aussie-Border Collie mix to PAWS for grooming for quite some time. He always comes home beautiful. Nails trimmed, coat clean, trimmed and well groomed. The building is clean and personnel friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend PAWS Pet Salon in Metamora for your pets grooming needs.

Just an okay job with the grooming, did not even do nail trim. Had to wait two hours for my small dog to be finished, even after booking an appointment. And did not tell me until after the grooming that “her prices have gone up.” The owner was very unprofessional.
