I never got my 7 year old cat Luci spayed, and she ended up getting a horrible infection in her uterus which became so swollen we were afraid it was going to rupture and kill her. The emergency clinic in Flint said she needed immediate surgery and Fox Run was the only place that could get her in on short notice.Everybody who works there are absolute rockstars. They treated her as if she was one of their own, and its quite clear the entire staff has a lot of love for animals. They pulled about 1 lb of puss, organ, and tissue out of her abdomen and kept her overnight. Once we got home they called to check in on her multiple times throughout the week until we went back to get the sutures out. Its been about 6 weeks and she is back to 100%. Would absolutely recommend these guys in a pinch.

I highly recommend Fox Run Animal Hospital for your pet’s care! When my senior dog needed urgent surgery, they quickly accommodated her. Both Dr. AJ and Dr. Feliciano were incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely cared for my dog’s wellbeing. The support staff was equally as great, and communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Great place to receive quality care for your fur-babies!

All of the staff at Fox Run is simply amazing! Dr AJ and Tracy handled my cat, Mittens, with great care and gentleness. She had a few flea bites and Fox Run was able to get her an appointment for treatment the same day I called. I recently moved to the area and will definitely be coming back for all future annual visits.

they were able to get me in way sooner than i thought. The receptionists were very nice when making the appointment and when i came in the building. The technician was also nice and actually acknowledged Suede in the room which made him very happy. Dr. Findora was very professional, full of information. she answered all my questions that i had. i would go back if needed.

Well our experience was terrible, our mastiff needed his tail amputated, and he passed on the table😢 however when our vet came in to tell us he was crying, so what does that say for that man? He’s a hero and a true animal lover in my book. He comforted us to the best of his ability and we will never forget that.

I have been to a lot of different vets. I have been faithful to them until they get too big and don’t give you personal care and time. This clinic is a wonderful size and Dr AJ spent time with me and my difficult dog. You now have me for life. Just don’t get to big please.

I’d love to give Chris the Vet Tech 5 stars because was incredible, personable, friendly, and explained things to me in away I could understand. He has excellent bed doggy bedside manners.I’m giving the Vet Doctor a 1 star because she was incredibly rude. It came to the point where I wanted to do the bare minimum work “required” for my dog just so I can get her medication and take her elsewhere! I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a room talking about my dogs health to a person that obviously didn’t care nor read up on why we were there initially. There was no comfort and no nice conversation about my dog, she just strictly told me when we were there last and what am I doing there today. I had blood work done did receive good news on her vitals, heart murmur, and overall sound of her heart beat but this was such an uncomfortable visit.I left this place feeling stressed out and uneasy. It’s so hard to find a vet that doesn’t just want your money.

Absolutely rude. I simply asked for price on a rabie shot and x-rays. The receptionist kept beating around the Bush and eventually hung up on me when she couldn't give me an explanation for why she wouldn't give me prices. They successfully pushed me away as a potential customer. Nothing bad to say just sharing my experience.----- response--- no thank you, not necessary. I'm not mad, just disappointed in the professionalism of the receptionist. I made a vet visit elsewhere already. Just please handle the receptionist.

The team at Fox Run Animal Hospital has been great! Everyone is so friendly and compassionate, and went above and beyond in fitting in a last minute appointment that came with some difficult news. Dr. Findora was very thorough in her exam, testing, and explanations. I’m very grateful it was a pleasant experience despite the devastating news for our pet.

The doctor and the staff are easy to get along with and always friendly. The vet techs are very caring when dealing with our pets. They take great care in making sure the "kids" are comfortable. The doctor has a wonderful "bed-side" manner. And the front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. They are always happy to answer questions, or at least get the answer in a timely manner! Love this place!

I was able to schedule an appointment right away for the next day. Everyone was so nice and friendly! The doctor was so patient and my dog who normally is afraid warmed up to her! She was so intuitive and knowledgeable. I was impressed.

I got a puppy over the weekend that was having some pretty concerning symptoms. Called them at noon on Monday, and he was able to be seen by 2 the same day. 2 Days later, he needed to be seen again for an emergency appointment and again, I was able to get him in the same day. There was a possibility that he had parvo, so they made sure that he was quarantined in an area away from all other animals. The technicians did a great job of keeping him calm while blood was drawn and fluids were administered. Staff is very attentive and friendly. They have answered all of my questions and really have helped to put my mind at ease.

All veterinarians are super busy right now. I called like 7 different vets including my own and no one could get me in within a week even. My 15 week old puppy had a bladder infection and could not hold her urine more than 15-30 minutes. This office was so nice on the phone and they squeezed me in. I imagine that makes things so much more difficult for them to do but I’m so appreciative for it. They were so kind at the office. They did labs and sent labs out as well. Gave me 2 medicines for my puppy. Called me the next day to see how my puppy was feeling! I wished I lived closer so I could them all the time. But they are a great animal hospital.

My 15 month old bernedoodle had a never ending eye infection. After treating with another vet since November of 2020 with no relief, and getting extremely frustrated, I was referred to Fox Run Animal Hospital by our trainer. I called and got an appointment within 2 days. Wilson (my doodle) was greeted with care, and you could tell right away the tech was a genuine dog lover. The doctor explained what she was doing, and we had a diagnosis within an hour. They unblocked his tear duct and he hasn't had an eye infection since! Thank you Fox Run Animal Hospital. You have no idea how much it means to have healthy eyes for the first time in MONTHS!

I was not impressed with the way the Dr handled my German Shepherd puppy. Our first time ever going to this vet and will not be returning. The Dr was not personable and or professional. The Dr never once asked any questions to get to know my baby and jumped right in and started saying things that was wrong with my puppy with out asking questions and then asked me if I still wanted her to give my puppy the vaccinations. I explained to the Dr why not and she came back to me with while I did not know if you were planning on giving her back to the breeder. Really.... not professional at all. Think twice is all I am going to say. For the record took my puppy to another vet and she is 100% healthy and nothing is wrong with her like this vet said.

This is literally the best vet I have ever been to.. I have been looking for the last two months for a vet who could get my puppies in to be fixed since they are brother and sister everybody has a waiting list until March or April. I finally came across them they got us in to be seen within four days ! They are an hour drive from my house but totally worth it!! They are so friendly and compassionate and really love your animals.I went to pick up medicine for my boy dog and on the way home (on a Friday) I was in a car accident the meds were lost with the car … I called them so I could go get replacement meds which I figured would not happen until at least Monday . They were so amazing to us which these circumstances . ..Replaced my meds for no charge and made accommodations for me to be able to pick it up while they were not open.. they also called me the next day to Check on us .I can not say enough good things about them !! Highly recommend if you want to deal with people who not only treat your animals amazing but also yourself

On vacation and camping, one of our dogs began acting strange and had apparently gotten bitten multiple times by some kind of insect. Our vet suggested taking her to an area vet or animal hospital, but due to the coronavirus nobody could get her in until we called Fox Run. They got her in that afternoon and took great care of her. Got her back to new within a day or so. Great service, very professional and friendly, very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend Fox Run! 👍🏼👍🏼

Dr. Findora is a brilliant vet and the staff are wonderful. Having come to them to treat and euthanize our dog after her cancer diagnosis to basic vaccines and care for a new puppy and 3 cats, Fox Run has been a Godsend.

I was raising 2 abandoned 4 day old kittens. From the beginning, the staff were so helpful and pleasant! Dr Alicia is very informative and knowledgeable. At 2 weeks old one of the kittens, Alex, began to fail due to physical problems. After a very informative and honest conversation, the decision was made to euthanize him. They helped me through that more than they will ever know! I'd recommend this clinic to anyone! Thanks so much to everyone there! ❤❤

I brought my dog here after he was bit by another dog and his own vet wasn't able to see him for 2 weeks. Fox Run saw him the next day. They were very responsive and helpful and even called to check on him the day after. Highly recommend, they were amazing!

I went there to have my chicken looked at after finding a wound on her head - the whole staff was so kind and knowledgeable, taking their time with me and our baby girl. As a new chicken owner I really appreciated their patience with me, they put me right at ease answering all my questions and concerns including just some general chicken care questions. They treated my chicken like she was a queen. They are A+ in my book, thank you for the excellent care!
