I cannot say enough great things about this vet. I recently took my 8 week old GSD pup in for his first shots. He unexpectedly had a bad reaction and they were able to see him within 15 minutes of my call (they were closed at the time). Great people who care about the animals. I'll forever take my pets here.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Truly the best vet we have ever had. No nonsense or pushy upsells. Very competitive pricing and the feeling like they legitimately care about you and your animals. They truly see all creatures, too. They’ve helped us with cats, dogs, goats and chickens. Never a wait because it’s a small office, your appointment time is your appointment time, and save for a few instances when they’ve had emergency walk-in’s, I’m in and out in 15 minutes for typical visits.They have given us amazing care and help over the years. From newborn animals to end-of-life care for seniors and everything in-between; they have become a very important part of our animals well-being. It’s really comforting to know that no matter what we’ve got a truly caring office we can rely on when things go wrong, or just for yearly preventatives. When you need a vet, you want the best vet - and this is the place.

It’s taken over a year to write this. This was the least compassionate vet we have ever met - he referred to our beloved Newfoundland as needing to be “put down” and it was clear that animals are just that to him - animals. We took our girl there based on positive reviews. My husband left heartbroken at his callous treatment to our already fragile senior dog. If you’re looking for compassion- do NOT go here!

Toni and Doc did an amazing job with surgical casteration on my goat Bash. Toni told me about the process and gave me instructions for after care since I was new to it all. It's been over a month and Bash is healthy and happy little dude! Thank you for calming my nerves as a newbie goat owner and all the in and outs to care for him. Major plus and thank you for getting his twin sister up to date on her shots!Everything you did was greatly appreciated!!!

My parents who are wonderful pet owners brought their pet goat that they rescued from a terrible situation to this vet, they neutered the baby goat and did not provide my parents with aftercare instructions, and less than a week later the baby goat had an infection. My parents brought him back and were met with rude and condescending treatment from the employees for caring about their pet and bringing him back in to get checked out. With all of the other options the public has in regard to veterinary care these places have the audacity to treat anyone this way and should be held accountable. Shameful!

I love this vet. Doc and Toni are great. They’ve treated our goats for years now. They don’t sugarcoat things which is super helpful if you really care about your pet(s). If their bedside manner offends you, it’s likely a problem with you, not with them. They are incredibly busy and don’t have time to read you fairytales and rub your back. They are there to treat your animals. Period. Great vet and tech. Would highly recommend this business.

I cannot say enough positive things about this vet. All other vets were booked but, when I called All Creatures & explained that my 9 yr old rabbit was acting abnormal, they got me in within a matter of minutes - even when they were prepping for a surgery. I unfortunately had to make the hard decision of saying goodbye to my rabbit. The Dr & Toni were SO comforting during this process. Dr explained everything to me and gave me his personal & professional opinion. Never pushed any decisons on me or suggested anything to get more $...it was actually the opposite. The price for the visit was very fair, in my opinion. I cannot thank them enough for how they handled the situation and treated me.

We’ve going to this vet for about a year now, and we have 3 animals, 2 cats and 1 dog, Toni and Dr Gubert have always assured they are well taken care of at a great price. We drive 55 minutes to take our animals here and we don’t complain. 1 cat and the dog got spayed/neutered today and it was a breeze. i was able to text Toni throughout to confirm everything was going good, they let me pay with venmo, and they are straight to the point, no bs! I love them so much, they’ve been incredibly helpful and kind for the past year. We will continue to use them for every/all animals we have!We’ve spayed and neuteredvaccinessick visits for dog and catthey’ve never let us down, and always give great advice. Thank you both so much!

We had our first experience with All Creatures Veterinary Services today. We were looking to get our new kitten spayed and vacinated. Toni was very accomodating in getting us on the calendar. We dropped our kitten off at 9:30am this morning and by 2:30pm she was ready to go. Extemely happy we have found our new veterinary office. Thank you Toni!

They claim that a 9 week old Golden Aussie puppy was so aggressive that they would put it down. Two other vets handled her and never had an issue. The puppy has been with children and handled by adults with no issues. Would never recommend this place to anyone!!

We unfortunately will not be going back. We weren't treated like a customer we were treated more like a problem. We were told my dog needed extensive training. He goes to work everyday with me most customers absolutely love him and praise his good behavior and even invite him into their homes. No bedside manners whatsoever. I brought him to all creatures veterinarian because I have been a resident of the village of Metamora for over 20 years and being a carpenter to the area for the same time try to keep my business local and give back to local businesses. Very disappointed😒my dog is my family and to be completely disrespected by someone that's supposed to help is an absolute insult.With that I would like to say thank you for the opportunity to earn my business.

Bedside manner to be reflected on.My thoughts: He wanted to educate. Acceptable and very much appreciated. Presentation was done poorly.Veternarian made anassumption that I did not have shelter for my horse when he asked where my barn was and I shared I don't have a pole barn. Without clarifying or inquiring more information Veterinarian made a statement to me " If they find out you could be fined". I thought that was an odd statement for him to make then I understood that he is thinking I don't have a shelter for my animals. Sadly it seems he was quick to reprimand and judge without having the information. I clarified that there are shelters available to the horses that are covered and enclosed where they can enter as they like from their paddock in the back of the paddock behind my home to protect from weather. Shelters are visible from all sides of road frontage.

Do your pets a favor and bring them here!! I could not be happier with the service, care and availability this establishment offers. They were a fraction of the cost for the surgery our senior dog required. They were highly responsive on a holiday answering my text within minutes. Our first visit here was very rough as we thought our goat had just injured her leg, instead we found out she had a parasite. I'm so thankful for Dr. Grubert and his staff for taking the time to help us understand and make the tough decision. He then offered to come check out our other goats at our home and immunized I'm here to try to prevent the parasite from getting them as well.

This is the by far the worst vet I have ever been to. They do not care for small pets. I would never go back again. I was rushed from the point when I walked in, and I was told I needed to make a decision quick to euthanize my pet.I will never go back again.

He is by far the best Vet I have ever used, I've been using him for over 20+ years. Let's put it this way, when I was living in Chicago, it was cheaper to take a VaCa back here and take the Dogs to see him then use the services available in Chicago. Pricing's fair, he's always available and he's a great Vet with a great staff can never say enough about them !!!

The only reason I am giving one star is I can't give a negative five stars. We have used All Creatures for years for our horses and dogs. This has ended. Our Shepherd of 12 years was euthanized Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at out home by Dr. Gubert. We wanted her cremated which Dr. Gubert said he could take care of and we would have the remains back in two to three days. Well it's seven days later, no remains. My wife called All Creatures to inquire and it was one lie after another. She contacted the cremation service who informed her they had received the frozen body today. This is totally disgusting and unacceptable. We have been a client of All Creatures for over 15 years. NO MORE! Avoid this Veterinarian.

Didn’t show any compassion for my dog or my fiancée. High prices and not a friendly place to go. I will not be taking my dog here he doesn’t deserve to get treated the way he did and neither did my fiancée. Save your money and go to a more compassionate veterinarian!!
