Every time I go into get two litter of orange crush they never have them in ,,they are on sale this week and they still don't have any,,,I have complained to the store but still you don't carrier any ,,,,it's not like they don't have crush they just never have two litters,,,,,,,,

Never anybody at the register, you can be sure to find the cashiers outside smoking cigarettes instead of stocking the shelves. Don’t shop here unless you want to move carts full of stuff to get through an isle.

A year ago the store used to be one of the nicer Dollar generals I had ever been in. Over the last few months it has turned into a bare shelved trash pit. boxes and racks everywhere you can't move down any aisle. The shelves are dirty and uncapped everything in there looks like a hoarders nightmare

This is my go to store for quick items I may have forgotten at Walmarts or for certain things I know they sell. Good deals.

This place is a mess. Nothing is ever stocked. There is product waiting to be put away all over the floor, but nothing seems to be getting done. The fridges and freezers have been broken for over a month, with no plan, it seems, to be fixed. Sometimes they close at 9, sometimes 10. It's a gamble either way when you go in. No one takes pride in their work. I really like the cashier cassy, she works hard and should be acknowledged for it.

Has two large stuffed dinosaurs behind the counter for three weeks. Ask to buy them. Response they are being saved for an employee. 4 days later still there. Today still there. So how come a customer isnt first priority.

The register system froze up and crashed when I put my phone number in for my digital coupons, but the cashier was super friendly and patient about it. I believe her name was Gloria? I'm not positive on that though. Anyway she was working on Christmas eve, dealing with wonkey equipment, and still super friendly about it. I really appreciated it after the way I've been treated in the past by a certain other employee!

Reporting this store to Michigan attorney GeneralNew visit again today and I was overcharged. Pretzel rods were advertised as 2.25 the employee said they are 2.50 then said I will go look. I watched her take a bag of popcorn to the left of the pretzel rods and put the popcorn in front of the pretzel rods. This is the 3rd time they have failed to adjust the price and over charged me. Yes it's only a quarter but it's the principal of stores not practicing laws put in place to protect the consumer. I took a pic because I knew she would do such a thing. She looked like she signed up for a marathon to get to those pretzel before me but I already had the picture.Lol nice try employee number sorry can't make out your number because I can barely read my receipt but I can see that I was charged 25 cents more for the price advertised on the shelf. Get some employees dollar general one person cannot do it allThe store is understaffed and employees are doing their best but prices on the shelf are not matching prices at the register. Yesterday I went to purchase a loaf of bread for $2.00 and 2 bags of chips priced 2 for $5.50.

I had surgery today and had to stop for a couple items and the cashier had her mask on her mouth but not her nose. I politely told her I had just had surgery and asked her to please put her mask over her nose properly. She immediately wanted to argue the fact that I was lucky she had one on at all due to the “medical note” saying she doesn’t have to wear one. I said well I’m just asking you to put your mask on properly while I step to the counter. I have medical conditions as well but I also am aware of what I don’t know so I wear the mask. If employees decline to wear them properly they should be provided with face shields!The trick is to “know what you don’t know” and care about others as well while trying to make it out of this pandemic alive!

Instead of walking back and getting the sku number off the shelf and letting make my purchase, I was told it had to be thrown in the garbage because there is no sku number. I have worked in retail over 30 years never heard of such b.s.

Nice clean store, but never a cashier at the counter when you're ready to checkout. You literally have to go and look for them in the aisles just to checkout. Ridiculous!
