I have been taking my dog Sugar to Greenwood Vet for the last several years. I love the vet , receptionist and vet tech staff. They’re are all wonderful with my dog. Staff is friendly and professional. The vet is kind and knowledgeable. My dog has a lot of anxiety going to vet and the staff knows just how to handle her and make her visits as comfortable as possible for her. The cost of services is reasonable and the vet always offers me different treatment options and provides explanation of what she is treating which I greatly appreciate. - Meredith Ambrosiewicz

Recently moving to the area I needed to find a vet clinic for my two fur babies. As I typed in vet clinic Greenwood veterinary Associate’s came up. I figured let’s give it a go. My appointment was yesterday and the moment I walked in I was greeted by the nicest gentleman who took my doodles into the back for their shots and vaccines. After that he brought them back to the lobby where the vet also came with him. All I can say is wow!!!! In the best of ways. Dr. Stacy is one of the most down to earth sweetest ppl I have met. She talked to me like a human and not like she was reading from a book. She informed me on prevention for the upcoming summer bugs as well as diets for them. If I could rate them more then 5 stars I could. My dogs are everything to me and I know when I bring them to Greenwood Vet they are in the best hands possible.

I have lived in more towns/ cities in Michigan than I can count on both hands - & I have always had animals. No veterinarian that I’ve tried has ever compared to Greenwood! The entire staff are all just real down to earth human beings who very clearly care about animals.

This Veterinarian is very unprofessional screaming and yelling threating the health of my dog. She had been spayed by her and had a suture reaction that she allows her receptionist to diagnose if surgical site is infected and should have a recheck. This should only be done by a licensed technician or the Veterinarian. The after care was terrible 😪 and my dog was so good through it all. She had to have another surgery. She was wide open and infected on a Saturday and she treated me that she may not do surgery until Monday or Tuesday, then walked out and left the clinic. I sat on the floor and cried with my dog. The staff asked me to leave my dog and that they would get her back to the clinic to do the surgery, I did had to she was wide open. After all that she is refusing to give me my records for my pets. I am sick over all of this no one or pet should have to go through this. If I could give no stars I would.

The minute you walk in the guy behind the counter Spencer makes you feel comfortable Dr Schramm is exceptional at what she does and also her nurse Lindsay is very amazing as well they are very caring people and very good at what they do

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!! We found some feral kittens.. approximately 4 weeks old. We gave them KMR, started them on Royal Canin wet food, and set an alarm around the clock to make sure they ate (We have dachshunds which are not a fan of cats AT ALL.) (Juggling and separating them at all times was a huge struggle.) For 2 solid weeks, I called every local vet, rescue, humane society.. no to avail. We were sure of worms ect. Because they had massive stinky diarrhea intermittently. My daughter told me about Greenwood and I called. They got me in within 24 hours!! The Vet was SOOO nice as was her staff. It just so happened that one of them helped rescue kittens and offered to take them in for us!! I am forever grateful and will be transferring all 3 of our dogs records there!! Worth the drive, reasonable pricing, and people who really care! Thank You Guys!!

We needed to get our dog his shots before kenneling and it was getting closer and closer to our vacation date, due to Covid-19 all the vets were booked I called 4 places none could get us in. I called Greenwood told the girl my situation and she was able to get him in just in time! They were Very friendly and very quick and reasonably priced. They came out to the car to get him and brought him back out. Dr. Robert's was great! Thank you Greenwood staff! 🐶💗

Dr Schramm is the best❣️ She takes as much time as you need, answers all your questions…even about a pet that is not in the clinic being seen…she is so very kind and gentle with the animals. You can tell that she loves them all❣️ She is a brilliant clinician and the absolute best veterinarian I have ever taken my pets to. So glad I was referred to her when my previous vet retired 💕

I would strongly recommend this vet. I have giant Alaskan Malamutes (175 pounds) and a local vet requested I find another vet because they were too big. Greenwood had no problem with them. Note that they are gentle giants and have never been aggressive toward anyone. Greenwood had no problem with them. When to tome came when one of the dogs were sick they came to the house to ease his suffering.

I took my cat back here in 2019 and the service was great. The vet was really awesome and really took care of my fur baby. They really took good care of my cat and do great work. However, I was calling into regards for end of care treatment and the person who answered the phone was super rude. Especially, because I was out of state now she seemed to not take me very seriously.

Love them! My dog chewed her toes off, ugh, and the whole team did such an amazing job taking care of her. I followed all their recommendations with appointments, and it was healing up so fast and nice. Then my dog did it again even with a cone on, they took care of her again with such care as if she were their own. Once we get past this, Dr. Schramm even is going to set up a holistic approach to keeping her relaxed. My husband and I are super happy with this clinic, I won't be going anywhere else to care for my dog.

Had to take my sick cat to be examined. At 17 years old he was nearing the end of his life and losing weight. I wanted to make sure he wasn't in pain or suffering. The curbside wait was not long at all and they took my boy in. Dr. Roach came out a little bit later and told me that the bloodwork and everything looked good. She spent some time with me giving me suggestions on what I could try and answering all my questions. I could tell she really cares about the animals she sees.My sweet boy passed away 5 days later. But thankfully, he was able to do so peacefully and painlessly at home in his warm cat bed with me by his side. Thanks to Dr. Roach and Greenwood Veterinary I was able to help him be comfortable for the few days he had left.I highly recommend this Veterinary clinic and the staff. If I ever get anymore pets I will definitely use them for any Vet services needed.

We are newer to the area so we haven't established a vet. My elderly dog was in trouble... The local animal Hospital's refused to see her because they were to full. I went to Greenwood, they took us right in & jumped into action to help my poor pup. The vet was very caring & was sure to explain everything. The entire staff was great. They will definitely be our vet from know on!!

Next day appointment. Curb side services. Took kitty inside for us from car. Super nice and understanding staff. No wait time. Evaluated kitty who showed up in barn - able to tell us she was spayed - gave her vaccinations in just a few minutes. Excellent experience overall.

First time calling there today and they were booked. They receptionist on the phone was very pleasant and asked the vet to get my cat in right away. My baby boy has an appt at 11am for tomorrow, he had a laceration on his foot and went to the emergency on Friday and needs his bandages changed and the wound looked at. Thank you for getting him very quickly. I hope the care you will give my pet is the same quality as your reception. Look forward to meeting you all.

Dr. Stacy was SO incredibly rude on the phone. I called their main line for vaccine history- not for advice, not for an urgent appointment, simply for a rabies vaccine expiration date- and got transferred to her cell phone- on her day off, which she VERY clearly let me know (not my fault you set your phone system up that way and it gets transferred to your cell phone?) I hope your day gets better!! :)

Dr. Schramm is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, kind and gentle with the animals. She was able to determine that my Pomeranian, Missy has serious allergies.. Dr Schramm had her blood screened for allergies then put us on a plan of Serum injections. Missy. Now is growing back her hair, she no longer paces constantly and isn't always itching. Dr Schramm also takes care of my other Pomeranian, Orion who has thyroid issues, and my horse and miniature horse.Dr Schramms staff is awesome also. Very professional, kind and caring.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Greenwood vet has been amazing to my family and I. Where do I start?Dr. Stacy Schramm is more than just a vet. She treats your animals like her own. I have five dachshunds, all of which have had their own issues. I have never once been in a predicament where she was not readily available to either talk me through the issue, personally see/treat my dogs or reccomend a solution. She puts her heart and soul into what she does and it is so evident that this is not just her livelihood but more so her passion.I could go on with examples forever but the best one has to do with one of my females. She was laboring with three pups. The first one came out and Stacy specifically told me no more than an hour between pups or call her. Well, an hour passed without a second pup. I called her and she asked me to call again in an hour or immediately if labor seemed heavy. This persisted for four hours starting at 10pm. By 2am, several worried phone calls later, she was ready to make an emergency vet visit to my house with her ultrasound machine. Luckily my female had her 2nd baby a few minutes before Stacy left out the door. The third came 15 mins after that. She was amazing and such a huge help through this labor because I was very worried my pups health was at risk.Like I said, this is only one of MANY examples of what makes her more than just a vet.Lastly, her staff is OUTSTANDING. They are the greatest group of people. They all love animals AND they have never been anything but kind to me. I have gotten to know them over the last few years and they represent Dr. Schramm very well by being kind and passionate just as she is.You will not be disappointed if you choose this veterinarian office. Prices are lower and any city vet I've taken my dogs to and the quality of care you will not find elsewhere.

Had a feral cat show up that was very sick.coughing ultra skinny with digestive issues.After an exam and a shot for worms and a weeks supply of antibiotics WOW I now have a super friendly happy cat.Can't thank you enough. You all did a great jobat a reasonable price.Cheddar says Thank You.

I took my two Golden Retrievers to Dr. Schramm with high hopes of quality holistic care. The initial visit was encouraging and she promised to get back with me later in the week with a "plan". My dogs were on medication from our regular vet and Dr. Schramm told me to wean them off and she would give me further instructions later that week. Two weeks passed and I'd not heard anything and my attempts to contact were not answered. After over two weeks, I received an email telling me two things had been prescribed for my dogs and I could pick them up. There was no mention of what the stuff was supposed to do and never any further discussion about the meds my dogs were to be weaned off. I made two attempts to find out what the stuff was for, why they were supposed to take it and never heard any response. A week after my last attempt to find out why my dogs were being prescribed what they were, I received an email telling me they no longer were going to try and provide holistic care, that it was too time-consuming. So, apparently, I wasted $70 for the initial visits. I'm disappointed and just wanted to share my experience. If I had seen someone had had this kind of experience before I took my dogs there, I never would have gone. As far as I can see, they should refund my money for the initial office visits if they choose to not provide the kind of care I went there to get. Not a good deal...

Dr Schramm became upset and used very vulgar and aggressive words in front of my children because my dog ran into their yard. She threatened to shoot my dog if it comes back. I would think a veterinarian would have advice for how to better control a puppy that is energetic other than harm. Any veterinarian that wants to kill animals because of a nuisance event should be reconsidered.

These people are the best. I drive all the way from Port Huron to go to them. Last Year when my cat was sick, they got us in right away and showed some much compassion to us. It is the only place I take all my animals to now.

I am very disappointed in Greenwood , I had an emergency on a sunday and called the office the message said to call a different number or call Advanced animal emergency and their number.... I trust what Dr Stacy Schramm says so I called the number given BUT I don't know anyone at the Advance animal emergency place. I called the alt number waiting for a call back after I left a detailed message, You know because "The difference is they Care" as it reads on their business card. I ended up going to a past vet because I never heard back from the message i left !and several hours later still no return call. I trusted that when I needed Dr. Stacy she would have at least checked to be sure we got the help we needed. So much for "they care"If I could Give No stars I would have!!!

Had my dogs cherry eye "fixed" but it wasn't done right, but they insisted it was a suture reaction and it would correct itself, it never did correct itself so then they told me it was allergies ( which it wasn't ) had another procedure done and they still didn't fix the eye that they did not do correctly the first time ( still was charged full price ) I have had my dog rechecked by two other vets in which both have said the eye was done incorrectly. I will no longer take any of my dogs here.

not a good place to take horses . This place is right next to a busy road and lots of loud noises. Veterinarian treated my anxious horse horrible and insulted me and my ability to control my horse . i would think that someone who chose to work with horses as a full time job would love the animal and be more understanding when they might be frightened. Absolutely horrible experience for me , will never go back and if I could i would give a 0 stars.
