They now make you prepay in full to even schedule. I will definitely not pay in full for a service I have scheduled in 3 months in advanced. I get having no shows but like paying in full is not okay. I refuse to pay for a service I haven't even received. I have no problem paying a deposit to hold my spot but definitely not the full amount. Have gone here for years they do a good job and used to be better priced than around town.

Pro: Staff was friendly and the grooming was fast.Con: the shop is very cluttered/dirty and looks very unprofessional. My dogs cut was uneven and much shorter than I anticipated. The back of his head looks especially off. The groomer also stood over my shoulder and watched me pay/tip, which was strange. I came here off a recommendation from a dog park friend but won’t be coming back.

This place is great! I got my parents standard poodle groomed here. He was done quickly and the salon had great communication. They listened to every detail that I wanted and he came back looking better than anywhere else he has been. He’s a very shy dog and they were able to work with him. Highly recommend this dog groomer in the downriver area!

My dog Malone went for his 1st grooming experience. He looked really cute when I picked him up. His nails were clipped & they said he did really good for 1st time. They really know how to take care of my big and little guys. We have 4! 2 large boys and 1 toy chihuahua and 1 very tiny tea cup chihuahua. 3 only need to be bathed brush and nails clipped. The teacup always need extra care because he's along haired fella. I LOVE this place and so do the boys. I'll update and take pictures next time. *Highly recommend*

I called here to make a grooming appointment and got in the very next day. They did an amazing job with my husky. His nails were trimmed, ears cleaned and a wash and brush all for $45 which is alot cheaper than most places. My dog was very happy with the results. The appointment took about 3 hours, so i did drop my dog off and they called me when he was ready. I definitely recommend trying this place out

We have a Sharpei mix who takes a while to warm up to people. Pam is an amazing groomer! She has worked with our pup for 4 years and he loves her! I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. She's a wealth of information about all things dog and not just grooming.

Shampoodles is a great small business that really cares about the customers. The woman did an excellent job shampooing and cutting my moms female and male toy poodles. They both got the works done in a reasonable amount of time! Definitely will continue to go here for future grooming.

Very friendly, but wouldn’t recommend for longer hair dogs. The areas that we had his hair trimmed were done in a straight line that we could’ve done at home in 5 minutes.

I have three small dogs, a Yorkie, a Chorkie, and a senior Pomeranian. My Yorkie, Lily, is our first dog, she had very sensitive skin. We had tried several groomers, and she would come home with razor burn on her tummy or scared. When we adopted Max, our Chorkie, I wanted to be sure to find a permanent groomer. I’m thankful for Shampoodles. Thankful that their nails are always perfectly cut, they never come home scared, never have razor burn, and the care and love that is given to my little family members is immeasurable.Thank you for being the best of the best, professional, courteous, and an outstanding business - in my own little town!! 👍👍👍👍👍
