How burgers are made at McDonald's, not only is it “legally” 2% meat but it's 98% filler, nothing nutritional about thisAs you can see the metal is degraded and rusted, therefore causing food poisoning, imagine a chip of rust falling into your food, their equipment is not up to code and even worst someone from a crack pipe in their food bag, I will never come here again

I went inside to make an order, the woman their at 7:30am on the cashier was so lost, seemed like she was on drugs and never trained to punch in orders, I asked for egg and cheese biscuit, she kept telling me I hate when they put Me up here, I don't know what I am doing, she did not no how to punch in my order, the worst custumer service, one of the worst mcdonalds I have ever been too, I will never come back, this one should be closed down, one of the most important things in mcdonalds is to have a cashier person to know what they are doing not a person who is on cloud 9, just totally unaware👎

Large Fries less than halfway filled up. Long lines I assume the lack of quality in this place starts at the top and trickles down. Some of them are friendly but quality or quantity for what you paid for don't get better. Personally I eat mcdonalds 2 or 3 times a year. (Get a better burger across the street cheaper at the white rhino) but I literally go to different McDonald's every m-f for company break. This is the worst one I've ever been to. Hands down

This is one of the nicer locations to be sure. And the staff has always been polite and helpful. But this last visit, everything was over salted. The fries were covered to the point it felt like sand coating them. And my burger wasn't much better. To be fair, this is abnormal for this location, they're usually very good. I'd still recommend this location over most. I guess just be aware they might try to salt you to death. :)

Yikes. The drive through line was wrapped around the store so I went inside. My order took 17 minutes and they still missed two sandwiches. The bathroom was wrecked, the lobby wasn’t clean, and they were only accepting orders through the kiosks.There is clearly a serious management problem.

Always check your order!! Almost every time we go to McDonald's, something is missing. Or you might end up with the wrong size drink or fry. (Even if you're told to pull up to yellow line a wait)That doesn't mean you won't be shorted the 20 piece nuggets that were paid for. The crew, on the other hand, is really nice and will remedy the situation. It is still frustrating to make it home before knowing someone's food missing. If worker walks back in building before u notice somethings missing your best to go in and let them know because no one will answer phone so no matter what you gotta go in and get assistance or chalk whatever off as lost. Lastly, the new app. I love using and is probably the main reason I continue dining at McDonald's. The $ I save makes up for what's lost to the cause of not cooking dinner myself, lol sorry for the rant

Like so many people have said, this is one of the bad locations. I understand that service will never be 100% at a fast food place. However when your sign is blinking Open 24 hrs and I pull in and you tell me "we are only open thurs fri sat for 24 hrs" well then don't have your sign say "Open 24 hrs" cause as a vehicle passing by we dont stop in the middle of the street to wait for all your messages to pop up, then when I do stop by on Thursday you better well be open 24 hrs, I just waited with 5 other cars in drive thru and we all wound up driving away AND ITS THURSDAY. and 3 out of the 5 times I went for lunch orders were wrong. I am done with this location.

Oh... My.. wow. So we've been having trouble trying to order the adult happy meals here. Anytime we try to order them they're out, which is to be expected, which we'll usually ask for their shipment date so we can order when the shipment comes in. So yesterday my husband calls up and he's told they're out again. We ask for when there will be a restock and we were told they would not be getting the shipment for adult happy meals anymore. I'm pretty sure they weren't a limited time item, but I guess we'll just start eating at a different location. Today I called again about five minutes ago just to test it out and see if they lied (which we have been lied to many times over the phone at this location. A man picked up, I asked if they had the adult happy meals. I was then told with a very snippy and short "no" and met with an ended call. Before I could even ask about their shipment day or if they'd be ordering them again, he hung up on me. Now I've had many bad experiences here but this one personally hurt a bit more, as we've been so excited to get the happy meal for adults as a piece of nostalgia. In all, I wouldn't waste your time calling this location for accurate or polite results.
