Went in today decided I wanted a hot dog worker saw that we walked in and walk to the taco rolling things grabbed 2 of those got a bun out put it in my container then walk to grab it so the employee can stop me and say no that’s mine I paid for it was the last one I said okay I left the container there and proceeded to go pay for my 2 taquitos since they were 2 for 2.49 or 3 for 3.95 no specifications on which ones I can grab I tell cashier I have two taquitos he said in the rudest way posible two of what like why do you care which ones I’m getting unless your charging me differently for a steak and chicken taquito like that makes a difference get better employees honestly I would be ashamed of being that old and being that rude never going back .

I see the fake reply like they actually "care" about your experience with their company. They could care less! You have rude employees talking on their phones or outside smoking constantly. The slurpee & pop machines are always FILTHY & most times not working right. I would rather go next door to Kelly's where I'm acknowledged & spoken to politely & they have everything I need!!

The night time workers are racist at this location. Tonight the police was called on my bf for taking too long shopping. He always shops here. We spend too much money here for something like this too happen. Stay away from this location if you're black.

I would avoid this place like the plague if I were you. I have only visited twice and every time it's an older white lady with a rude attitude. A simple question about a hamburger was asked and she snapped back with an unnecessary attitude. I saw the same review from a year ago and she still work there. This company needs better employees to represent their brand otherwise.

The Honey hot chicken chili boneless tenders are awesome!! Both women were very helpful helping me pick out a nice lunch! Thank u enjoyed it!

Worse 7 11 I ever been. Past 3 days now around 2:40 am every time this same lady always saying she resetting the computer but she sits outside smoking cigarettes and chillen with one of her friends. I do not recommend going here. Avoid this place go to speed way or another 7 11

Went into the 7-11 to buy a coke. The sign on the fridge said buy one get one free and the price each was 1.59. Got to the register and it rang up $3 and some change. I told the clerk the sign said buy one get one free and she replied that’s what it rang up as. I replied I don’t care what it rang up as I’m telling you what’s on the fridge. She said I believe you but I can’t do anything about the price. I said why would you attempt to charge me one price when you clearly have a different price posted. She said I can’t do anything about the price. I went to the gas station next door and got the same deal. And it was a young Caucasian girl that helped me that looked dirty and unkept.

Stay away from this place. The lady that works there is rude. She does not know how to talk polite to people. They're slushy machines are always melting and a waste of money. They need to teach these people to treat everyone the same not just who looks like you. You know what I mean.

There is often a mentally disabled individual that hangs around there who has behavioral issues. He makes people uncomfortable, invading personal space, yelling, and pretending to cough really hard (and not covering his mouth) "just to get attention," according to an employee there. The staff are so nonchalant about this when people voice their concerns to them about this guy.And here's the kicker: they say they like to keep him around to empty the trash cans and they give him $20 cash to do that. That's probably breaking a lot of laws in itself, too.

Complete waste of time. There is an older blonde woman who works there. She is the rudest, most unhelpful sole on this planet. I will avoid this place from now on, and will no longer support it with my business. I used to be very loyal to this location until this woman ruined the experience with her unhelpful demeanor. Very poor customer service.

Customer service is always good and the store is clean but the parking lot is always a mess when it snows or is icy. I have never seen this parking lot plowed or salted and I am in this store several times a week.

There is a very rude white man there and Raj is so unqualified to work with the public. He does not know how to use the lottery machine and is ALWAYS on his cell phone and REFUSES TO STOCK and leaves it for the other employees to do all his work.
