This is, Aja. She's a 2024 Triumph Tiger 900 Rally Pro, with 0.2-miles. By November, I'm hoping to add at least 12,000 more.Last August I visited Lakeside for the first time to price a rear tire for my last bike. Parts and Service gave me a great price for the tire and install, and treated me like I'd bought every bike I've ever owned from Lakeside. Waiting for the install, sales talked with me as if I was a long-term customer, with zero pressure to buy, or move along.Because I was treated so well, I returned to buy this year's bike.I received a very fair trade amount for last year's bike, and the overall deal was better than expected. Again, I was treated as if I was a long-term customer.It's easy to tell they're amily owned and operated. I've no plans to look anywhere else for bikes or service.

Great buying experience for a side-by-side!! I visited another dealer first which was not a good experience and I ended up walking because they couldn't 'make the numbers work'. It's not that difficult unless you are trying stick it to people!I called Lakeside and asked if they had the Can-Am model I was looking for. They did and they gave me a straightforward price with as they say, no hidden fees. Price of the unit plus tax and $11 for title. The other dealer was charging $130 for title! WTH!When we picked up the unit we asked about a manufacturer rebate we saw online. They found it and took the rebate off no questions asked.Will definitely be going back to Lakeside if I need something they sell!

DJ was out salesman. They had a leftover 2023 that we were looking for and DJ dealt with my GF. We were in a rush and we were delayed in prepping the bike but we did get home in time to ride a little. The waiting was the only reason for 4 stars. I would recommend this dealership anyway.

Bought this Turbo S4 from them a little over year ago. Only dealership that had one in stock near me (drove 6 hours) they took my word that i would be there that weekend and held it for me and didn’t require a deposit. got there about 10-15 minutes after they closed and they stayed opened. had great service from them. machine has been running amazing. paid with cashiers check so everything was quick and easy. was in & out within 30 minutes. highly recommend !

One employee was rude but most of the staff was helpful. They told me 2 weeks and took more than 3 weeks for a simple repair but that is the industry these days. Overall it was a good experience with fair prices and I would definitely do business again.

Sale person was very on professional went over to store drove 2 hours. I called be for I went and they said they had a generator for my travel trailer. When I got there ask for a sale person he said no we don't have one tried to ask questions he started to help some one else and walked away. This place is a joke

I purchased my first Indian from here. The customer service was untouchable. The people friendly and funny. No pressure and made mefeel at home. I absolutely love the bike and look forward to doing business with them again. If your looking at Indian, Call and ask for Bruce, he is down to earth and one of the nicest people you'll ever deal with. As far as inventory goes; this place is gigantic!!! Came here because they said they had a generator that would run my camper in both a Yamaha and Honda. When I arrived, I had to ask for a salesperson and when he finally came over there he said he didn't have one and just started helping another person. We had more questions and wanted to talk to ask about other merchandise and machines.

Bought 2 snowmobiles here. Top notch salesman and staff. No hidden fees, they way it should be. The price he gave me was the out the door price I paid. I would recommend them to anyone! I live 2 hours away and will hopefully be going back there soon for a boat. Beautiful new showroom for the off road vehicles and building a new showroom for the boats across the street.

We had a great experience at Lakeside. Jeff is a hell of a sales guy, not pushy but informative and straight to the point. Took great care of us and even included our little one in the process. We went in to order a unit and they had one in stock and we left with it that day. Gale in finance was great too. We had a small issue that Jeff and Mitch resolved quickly and fairly. They even got our doors on while we finished the paperwork. We will be back.

I would never go here. I called politely to get just an axle knocked out of a carrier for an Atv. They told me November 16fh. And to set an appointment up today is October 16th. The job would literally take 2 seconds with a shop press. Service guy refused to give his name over this. I really wouldn’t spend a dime here. Can’t help someone out for 5 min. Really got to be kidding me. There poor reviews are real people- I would not trust the service department here one bit. Literally turned down money today for trying to make someone wait- shows your true passion, and couldnt even give your name. Shouldn’t be working there, I even asked to talk with a manager and he refused.I bet they won’t like this review over the most simple service. Yes all I needed was an axle knocked out of a carrier. And I have axle in hand bare- their machine would do the work in 2 seconds roughly- if they even have one.

I have purchased many ATV's, Snowmobiles, boats and side by side from many different companies in my day but the last few years I have stayed with Lakeside because of their prices and especially their staff ( I can't tell you enough good things about their staff they have always went over and beyond to help me ). I have also had a few issues while under warranty and they handled the full process for me, which is just amazing BUT recently I have had issues with a Kawasaki clutch. Lakeside has helped me from the get go with this issue and has reached out to Kawasaki many times trying to get this sorted out. Kawasaki has done nothing but give us a run around over and over. Finally Kawasaki reached out and pretty much told us that they will be doing nothing to rectify this issues ( I am not the only person with this clutch issue, it seems to be a common issue with this model ). So at this point with no help from the manufacturer you would think I am screwed and will be paying out of pocket...….. OH, NO!!!!! Lakeside is taking care of it for me, on their dime!!!!! They are going to fix an issue that has nothing to do with them, they did not manufacture the machine and should not have to pay for something they did not do but that just shows how much Lakeside respects their customers. Most companies would tell you sorry warranty is up and if the the manufacture cant help your on your own but hey we can sell you the parts and have you pay to install it. This just makes Lakeside stand out among its competitors, I will not being going anywhere else from here on out. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LAKESIDE MOTORSPORTS WITH ANYTHING YOU HAVE, THERE STAFF IS BEYONG AMAZING AND WILL GO OVER AND BEYOND TO HELP YOU NO MATTER THE SITUATION!!!!

Lakeside Motor Sports is a top shelf establishment! They had the new bike I was after in stock and DJ provided an excellent sales experience from my first call to pulling out of the lot with my new bike. DJ answered all my questions and put me in touch with Gail in finance and Jason in parts to complete the sales process and ordering accessories.Gail was great to work with. She was able to get me a competitive finance rate to what I researched prior to coming in and also got me approved while on the phone with her on a Saturday morning. Gail didn't push on any unwanted services and treated me as if I had buying from them for years.Jason took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in accessories for my new bike. He walked me through his in-store inventory and then through the online catalog for what they didn't have. The accessories that needed to be ordered are being shipped to my house at no charge.If you like working with down to earth people and don't like hidden fees, doc fees, dealer prep fees, freight fees, dealer markups, etc., this is the place.

I recently bought a Starcraft Tritoon boat from Lakeside Motor Sports and had a very good experience. I am not located in Michigan, so worked with Kara in sales remotely to find the boat that I wanted. She made it very easy and was understanding of all my questions since I couldn't be there to look at the boat in person. I later went to pick it up and loved the experience in getting it quickly and smoothly. When I left, I drove several hundred miles away to put it in the water and found that there were a couple problems with it that were manufacturer issues. I called Kara on a Sunday (her day off) and she had a technician travel to my location several hundred miles away the next day to fix the issue that was not even their fault. What was also nice about this is that they never told me to bring it back and have them look at it. The boat is fantastic and I'm very appreciative of the way Lakeside handled my situation. Five Stars.

The staff here was soooo amazing! Brian was our salesman and he was great! Jason at the service counter was so helpful and kind and very patient as we navigated through what we wanted. And Gail! She was such a great person! So personable and friendly! We laughed so much! She felt like an old friend. We won’t ever go back to any other dealership. This one is ours for life!And as far as equipment, I’ve never so more at any other dealership. They are the whole package!

Purchased my first new motorcycle from here recently. I've owned a lot of bikes in the past but finally decided I wanted a brand new one.Everything about this place is fantastic. The sales staff are incredibly helpful and go out their way to help the customer. They have a massive selection of motorcycles on the floor for each brand they carry. They allow test rides for any motorcycle in inventory. Which is an absolute must in my opinion when contemplating buying new or even used. Finally, as far as I could tell they charge less then MSRP on everything they have. The prices on last year model motorcycles were better than anywhere else I looked.This is easily the best dealership I've been to. Great staff, prices, huge inventory and allows test rides.

Took my ranger to a closer dealer to have a problem fixed, got it home and had the same problem. Took it back and told them I needed it for a up coming ride in a week, and was told they probably couldn’t get to it by then. Left there immediately called Lakeside told them the situation except the part of taking it to another dealer. They said to get it there as quick as possible and they will look at it. Got there and dropped it off in the morning and got a call late that afternoon and said they found the problem and did a temporary fix until they could get the part. We are going to make our trip to DA UP and when we get back it will get fixed right. Personally I have always had good luck with them and not so much when I stray.

Our ATV was dropped off on 4/6/23 for service because of the engine cutting out when warm. A couple days later they contacted us with their diagnostics. Said it would take maybe a couple weeks to get parts. We are still waiting! Three weeks of phone calls inquiring about progress were answered with “I’ll look into it.” No return calls with updates. Went to the service desk in person and demanded to have an update and was told it might be done that day (Saturday) but more likely it wouldn’t be until Monday. Well, it’s Monday night and no word from Lakeside. Their customer service is horrible! Be honest and care about your customers! We’ll think twice about ever using them again.

Over the years I've had two Harely Davidson's, when I was looking for a new bike I felt like I should have disscized myself as a man. The salesman talked to my husband but didn't want to hear what I had to say. We left of course, asked my husband if there were any Indian dealerships close by and that's how I found my "Indian Chief vintage" the experience was 100% difference. I've always liked Indian Motorcycles, they are centered and easier to handle. The salesman-Bruce at Lakeside was the best, he knew everything and answered all our questions. The service department was excellant.

I don’t understand?? I have a mechanical problem on my Ranger NSTR I purchased from Lakeside along with an extended warranty, that needs looking into by your service department and I’m told that they can get me an appointment for service in 6 WEEKS??This seems very unreasonable I need and use the Ranger daily.On a brighter note thumbs up to your sales department, Brian Walsh , Bob and Michelle in service.

There was a motorcycle I was interested in, I had seen it there almost a year ago and to my surprise it was still there. I remember asking about it then, because there was no sale tags on it, well, there still wasn’t. The salesman got it out from the corner for me easy enough I asked him why this bike and many others were neither tagged nor information available on their website. He replied it’s because it’s from Nelson speed shop which is their partner shop, I said well it’s not on Nelson’s website either. Not that it was the salesman’s fault, but there were bees nest out front making any kind of transaction uncomfortable. Anyways, I pushed on as I liked the bike, I had a trade-in Mitch the sales manager just threw me a lowball offer absolutely refusing to budge off their price for a bike they have been sitting on for a year. I just get the feeling that they don’t care about anything other than their new stuff and you ain’t getting a deal on that either, take it ir leave it…

Not only was this sale pretty seamless, but I needed service on my boat and it was at my dock and they came right to my house and fixed it and they were done in no time. I haven’t had a problem since. I know I can count on them in the future if something else comes up
