I switched to this vet a few years ago when my dog got very sick. The vet there took the time to answer all my questions and took good care of my dog till he passed. I now have another dog that I take there because I truly trust her. She has most of the latest equipment for health care for our pets so we are at to get a answers right away. I highly recommend. This is my little Carlos who is very comfortable with this vet.

We had an appointment to gage quality of life for our elder dog. At the last minute, I saw a strange swelling on our chihuahua Nana. They got both dogs in together. Haley was okay, but Nana needed emergency surgery for a severe infection. She was going septic. Doc, stopped what she was doing to do the surgery. She saved her life. Nana would have been gone within days.Thank you so much for helping us keep our girls a while longer. Nana is full of energy now.

When you can get ahold of this vet they're are a good but good luck trying!! They do not answer phone calls nor do they call you back when you leave a message. I left 3 voice mails and sent 2 texts asking them to call me back and they fail to do so. When I dropped off my dogs urine sample they didn't try to call me with the results instead they claimed they texted me the results but I didn't receive a text and I had to contact them to get the results. And after failed attempts to call and schedule an appointment for my dog they still sent an invoice for the urine test. Changed vets to one that will actually answer my phone calls.

If the way phone calls are returned is any kind of indication of the service, good place not to go. Message says phone messages are picked up between 7 am and 7 pm. I left a complete message with phone number twice over a week ago and again today. No response. I liked it better when service ment something like it did with, I believe his name was Dr Drysdale.The last 4 are 5815

Great Communication— this vet clinic allows you to communicate via text which is extremely convenient. Absolutely love the Curbside Vaccine prices. Very friendly and professional Veterinarian. I drove over an hour to go to this curbside clinic. I will definitely return for vaccines in the future.

This is the best vet around. My family has been coming here for years. Caring for our cats and dogs. The vet is very considerate and ALL for your animals. She’s very knowledgeable and you can tell she loves her work. The office is very clean and Christina is great. Please give them a try you won’t be disappointed. We've been taking our three dogs (now 2) to Dr. Wernette and Christina for about 10 years now. We been very happy with how they treat our pets and with the communication. All you need to know is that we moved a couple of years ago but continue to take our pets to Mayville. It is now an hour and a half drive, but it is worth it.

This clinic does such a wonderful service to offer discounted spay\neuter clinics a couple times a year. Without this service we would not have been able to afford spay\neuter for several cats we have owned. They do a great job making your pet feel safe taken care of. I have friends who bring their pets here for regular services and they love this clinic.

Dr. Nicole and her assistant (I’m sorry I don’t know her name and I really should!) are absolutely amazing! I love that I can shoot a quick text for literally anything, and the assistant writes back pretty quickly asking questions and gathering more information. Dr. Nicole is great with both my dog who is the biggest chicken ever, and my other dog. She is kind and talks to my dogs while examining them, yet she is confident and gets done what is needed. She explains things to me, and doesn’t make me feel idk dumb(lol) for not knowing something. Instead, she educates me so I can better take care of my pets. The prices she charges are affordable. People have to remember that when you’re taking you pet to a Veterinarian you are paying for their knowledge, and their skill. These people paid an insane amount of money to go to school to take care of YOUR pet in a way you just can’t. They have bills that also need to be paid. Equipment, medicine, and everything it takes to make your pet better, all cost them money. So please try to remember that next time you think they charge too much. They have skills that you, and I just don’t have. The best way to prevent having to pay massive bills for care is to have to have your pet regularly seen and to keep up on their health just like you would your own. This is the absolute best Vet to help you do just that!

They handled our ADHD puppy so well. We were so happy to get her in to have her nails groomed. We tried a groomer, but Paddy was to much to handle and they did a poor job.
