If you value cleanliness, fair prices, costumer and employee safetyness don’t shop hereAs an employee I’ve noticed mice, deli workers breaking out in hives from how unsanitary the deli is, undercooked deli food as a result of broken fryers and the food aften somehow ends up being served to customers, slippery floors that get left without proper solutions causing workers to slip and fall, and the worst part of all this is that it has been going on for the 4 month I’ve been working here with no proper solutions from our supervisors or the store owner; they don’t care. if you value yourself don’t work here; if you value your health don’t eat from here. i also have photos to back up some of this tho idk if all of it is still an issue tho knowing their past actions they probably are.

I wouldn't do a mass amount of my grocery shopping here, but it's close to my kids school and we go there often. I love that they carry Dog and Suds root beer. Their hot case s great and often we grab items there for quick dinners. The staff is great, I think my only complaint is that prices are what you would come to expect from a smaller local market. They're not able to mirror the deals you'd get from the bigger stores.

Wagoners is a terrific small town grocery store. They do a good job of trying to provide the freshest products and biggest selection for a very small community. The store has improved significantly over the years.

Convenient hometown grocery store that l like to support frequently. I often stop there on the way home and pick up dinner in the deli. They have excellent fried chicken as well as various other entre that that changes throughout the week. Our small town wouldn't be the same without Wagner's!

Friendly, inviting, very helpful staff. A little bit pricey but they are located in small towns. Meat department is nice. Organic food is available. EBT. New tanks and refills of propane and bags of ice are also available there. Christmas trees during the holidays. Overall a really nice place to shop.

While it is a smaller scale of grocery store, they have just about everything you need. But I do love their Deli and they have excellent Fried Chicken and let you choose from all kinds of salads with your dinner.

Poor organization, employees do help here. Selection is small and so is the store, possibly okay if local. Organic section is tiny and kind of okay. Pricy especially if you have a baby or need to feed a family here. Better quality than a dollar store but overpriced and mostly high fructose, bad oils for you and cheap processed food. There's not a lot of personality or happy faces here either, not that I see that many places I go anymore.

You can find the coolest new treats here. Yummy bakery items and candy items that are hard to find other places, like strawberry Charleston Chews, Fruit Stripe gummies and more. Convenient location and easy to just run in, grab what you need, and go.

I bought 2 chicken breast the breast was partially frozen bloody with skin on the breast. After dressing out the meat ( removing the bloody parts skin and large quantity of fat) I had a very small usable breast.

Small town grocery. Great for a quick pick up. AMAZING chicken. Great hot Deli and deli salafs. Prices rather steep which is typical in a small town grocery. Now offer self checkout lanes. Alcohol is reasonable prices. A great selection of unique sodas.

It's absolutely crazy how this little grocery store is beating everybody's fried Chicken in the Southwest part of Michigan hands down compare them to anyone. flavor, texture, smell, perfect level of crispiness. Deli staff might be underpaid or overworked not the friendliest but they get the job done. The chicken Slaps fierce.

I never like going here. I only go if I need just one or two items that the dollar store doesn't have. This store is taking advantage of being the only grocery store in town. Prices are ridiculously high.

I've had Wagoners chicken tenders and other sides many times and its usually really good. Well last night was disgusting. The chicken was stiff and very dry. The onion rings were so old that my husband wouldn't even eat them, stating that they tasted gross. The fries were cold and the girl who packaged it up for me acted like she could care less. Flinging the food into other choices in the food case. Several fries ended up in the sesame chicken. Very disappointed.

Great hometown grocery store. Has good produce, dairy and bakery. They have a good beer and wine selection, and their deli is extensive. Their fried chicken is awesome and makes a good quick answer to "what's for dinner tonight".

Wagoner's has always been one of the highlights of the area. I love the good quality and reasonable prices, especially when it comes to a good sale. The produce rarely falls short of perfect, the meats are of superior quality, and the staff are (usually) very friendly. All in all, Wagoner's is the place to go for most of your grocery needs!

Its the grocery store for the little big town of mattawan. Has excellent fried chicken....as most wagoners do. However, this wagoners also has great staff. So good food, cold beverages and great people....what more could you honestly ask for in a town such as this!!!!!

You have to be careful what you grab in this store as milk usually expires within a day or two, bread is usually already expired, even found canned and frozen food that was expired. Most of the product in the store is becoming off brand or way over priced. Luckily wagoner has a friendly staff that will replace expired items that slipped by and a decent deli chicken to fall back on.
