We made the switch about 2 months ago from a big box grocery store pharmacy, and we’ve had a great experience every single time. They are prompt at filling prescriptions, answering questions and deliver top tier customer service. Cannot recommend them enough. My family appreciates their efforts in helping us get better, faster.

The pharmacist Moe was very helpful and made the prescription rapidly. He was also very flexible as he called the hospital to figure out what I need after our conversation. He also took the liberty to ship my prescription overnight. Him and his team are very professional and I would recommend them to everybody.

Wife and I stopped in to get 2nd Covid booster.They were not busy at 11:20 am. We were the only customers. I noticed 3 employees on duty.We approached the "Vaccine counter" and waited. A lady approached and inquired if we wanted the booster. My wife responded "Yes, we both do." She asked to see our vaccination cards. We both retrieved them from our wallets. She began the paperwork for my wife. My wife signed and was asked to sit. I remained at the counter with card in hand. Another employee administered the booster shot for my wife. I continued to wait while the lady did other things. I began to think I was invisible! She continued to totally ignore me! The process completed for my wife when finally the gentleman noticed my vaccination card laying on the counter and began the paperwork. All the while, the original lady looked on when she finally realized her oversight and began apologizing. Sorry, too late, damage done. VERY POOR customer service. I'm 6'2" and 235 lbs and hard to miss and do not accept her late apology. She is there to serve and didn’t do it.

We love this pharmacy, our family gets any prescriptions that we are ever prescribed here. The service is much better than any large chain pharmacy that we had used before Medicine Tree opened.

Before the service was great but now it's just a waste of gas going there. With one of my prescriptions, they said it was in and ready for pickup. So I go there and they said they don't have it so I have to wait a day to pick it up. Well apparently the wifi was down and for some reason and they couldn't pick up the phone to call in the prescription so I had to wait another day to pick it up. Luckily they had it this time but I spent 3 trips to there worth of gas which is pathetic. Don't waste your time with the amateurs that run this pharmacy. Go literally anywhere else.

I found this little gem because my dog needed a compounded Rx. They were so helpful and friendly! First, the lady who took my call looked up several ways they could make the Rx to make it most economically. Second, when I picked it up, the man who checked me out was super nice. Third, it smells lovely in there, and they have some really good gifts and things. I'm glad I found this place.

Unfortunately I had a not so great experience here. Over the phone and in person. I called today after having a dr appt Thursday and for some reason they STILL didn’t have my prescription and said it won’t be there until Monday. Over the phone I felt belittled when they claimed the phone number they had on file would allow them to call me- it was an over 2 year old phone number for my mother, NOT mine. And I have been in there in recent months and had no issue with my current phone number, which is completely different from my mothers, obviously. Then I got a text later in the day saying my prescription was ready, so I figured they were able to figure something out. Well I got there and they didn’t have it, despite the messages they claimed if receive when it was ready. The woman behind the desk who I had talked to on the phone previous said “I talked to her an hour ago and I TOLD HER That it wouldn t be in until Monday.” Overall, they wasted my time, treated me poorly and misinformed me over their text program and on the phone. Very frustrated with how I was treated and how they misinformed me.

Friendly, professional staff here. However, I sometimes have to wait an extra day to get my meds because they have to order them. Today, I had to call the doctor's office back and get my prescription resent. Later on, I was told by the pharmacist my prescription could not be filled until Monday, April 9th because of the insurance company. I am NOT happy with them right now. They say they deliver medicines, but do NOT use this service. I called to have my meds delivered and they told me they would be delivered around 4pm. However, I didn't get them until quarter after five. I also called in another med, but they said they or the insurance couldn't do it until next week, even though I'm out of it and I'm within the time frame when I could call it in. Don't know why they consider it all of a sudden.

I got turned away after only 5 minutes.They looked me up and down and were complete ‘snobs’ after I told them I was on Medicaid. I’m a long Haul covid survivor. I barely survived. With relentless ongoing symptoms. Organ, lung, brain, kidney damage. But the biggest is I have been severely anemic for the for the last 2+ years!!!!I left feeling ashamed of being so sick and I heard them laugh as I left.Horrible horrible people!!!!

This pharmacy is unprofessional and unreliable. I have received several texts in the past including today stating that my medication was ready for pickup, today it was ear infection medication for my daughter, when I arrived at the pharmacy they said that the text was a mistake and that the medication wouldn't be available for another one to two days. Does this happen before and it's a flaw in their system that they are too lazy to fix. The building is dirty, the grounds are on camp, the mat in front has holes in it making it dangerous to walk on especially for elderly patrons, the staff speak abruptly. This is not where you want your medicine called in to!!!!!!

No mask on the male pharmacist and he was helping customers check out and pick up scripts, he was filling medication bottles was even getting ready to give a customer a flu shot and still had no mask on. I stood there for 30 minutes watching him expose customers and workers. Another worker didnt have a mask on covering his nose, just his mouth and they were serving customers that didnt have a mask on. Shouldn't a pharmacy being doing everything possible to stop the spread of covid? Picked up medication for a family member, told them to go somewhere that respects we are in a pandemic. This place is a health risk.

Since it has been sold, the customer service is terrible. I’m done driving 25 minutes to fill my scripts. I can get the same terrible service from one of the big chain pharmacies next door to my doctors office.
