Dr. Lisa and the vet Techs are absolutely wonderful. I have a dog that is extremely difficult and is a nightmare at the vets. They are so good with him despite his ultimate change into a Hell Hound at the vet. They are patient and willing to do whatever makes both the dog and it's owners comfortable. Wouldn't trade them for the anything!

The staff is absolutely wonderful! The care provided to both of my pets was amazing. The technicians and doctor explained all of the steps of the well visit, preventative medications, and follow up care. It is obvious that the staff cares about their clients and patients. We followed Kathy Crooks when she started her own practice at this location many years ago. We moved to Florida for 6 years, then moved back this year, and we learned that the practice was renamed, but Kathy is still here practicing! We took our Chorkie (Chihuahua and Yorkshire Terrier mix) to FPHC on March 19th of 2024, when he got sick, and he received excellent care from Dr. Lisa and the vet technician. I highly recommend this veterinarian clinic. They are accepting new patients, so hurry before they fill up again!

Very helpful when our cat began having seizures. Fit us into their schedule, got labs done and prescribed neducine to begin helping right away. They have stayed in tough to be sure our cat is properly treated and doing well.

I brought my little female feline to be spayed and was a little nervous. The staff was fantastic from start to finish! All questions were answered and explained. Truly the best Vet experience I have ever had! Our Dr Kathy treated myself and my 3 cats like we were family. She didn’t rush through our visit. She made sure I understood every step she went through, she handled my cats with care, she was sensitive to my feelings with my cats, she is amazing! I didn’t leave there feeling like I had unanswered questions as I have at other Vet offices in the area. She also made sure to set up their procedures and testing in the best way possible to save me the most money! I can’t say enough good things about this Clinic and Kathy! Even the technician who came in before Kathy was extremely thorough and I didn’t feel I was being rushed while explaining my concerns! The front desk staff was equally as professional and helpful! I would hands down recommend anyone to this clinic!

I think the doctors do care, HOWEVER, when you question services, or prices, or opt out of certain shots, etc. They say "you're not a good fit for us and they will send your records". I get there is a vet shortage, but when you have a fixed income, and you can only afford certain things for your pet, and YES I have in the past spent a lot of money at this clinic THOUSANDS. but now I can't and they aren't willing to work with you. I believe this is a franchise now and wealthy people won't question their prices. UNFAIR

I will never take my Kitty's back to this place. I took my car in because he couldn't urinate. Dr. Lisa told me it was a UTI/trama like he had been hit by a car or something. Only problem with that is he's NEVER been outside. She emptied and layered his bladder and sent him home. Two weeks later I had to rush him to the emergency vet where he was later put down because he had urinary tract blockage due to a growth which this place should have caught of they actually did the x-ray they charged me for. Their lucky I have to give them one star to post my review cuz they honestly don't deserve any.

Dr.Kathy and her staff are incredible! We adopted a feral cat of unknown age or condition. She is now a healthy,happy pampered cat. I can't thank them enough for their care and compassion, their follow up is excellent.
