The owner was so nice about getting us a last minute room so we wouldn’t have to camp out in the cold rain again. She also accommodated us having a dog. Convenient coded entry into the room. The room had a lovely kitchen inside. Plenty of hot water. Nice complimentary toiletries. Fluffy towels. Good wifi. Nice warm bedding. The building is old which comes with loud noises from plumbing and neighbors but that’s expected when staying at a small town motel. Everything functioned as needed. Great service overall, thank you Nora!

An excellent location for what we wanted to do. Room was clean, neat, and affordable. Some of the furnishings are dated but that adds to the charm. Everything still works even if it's old. The hosts are interesting people too. What's not available at the gas station next door is probably available at the store a couple of blocks north. If I'm in the area I'll stay again.Nearby activities: We were hiking the North Country Trail between M-64 and US-41. It was close to the middle of that and saved us from dealing with the bloodthirsty insects that dominated the USFS campground at Bob Lake.

This place was adorable. Owners/staff were super friendly. They left a birthday party for a bit because we wanted to rent the UTV. We even got a discount on the rental because we were staying at their hotel.Definitely going to be coming back at some point. I can't wait to see all the updates they're doing.

I have gone to the Adventure Motel for years, many years before the current owners. In my experience the first room we stayed in did have a smoke smell, which bothers me. The second room though did not have that odor, and the owner made me aware that they are updating every room slowly. Nora was incredibly friendly, a super hard worker, and shows passion for the career she’s chosen. She made every opportunity for us to rent side by sides, and update our room. I would highly suggest rentals and motel stays here!

The owner of this place is doing a good job fixing it up and returning the place to life. We've stayed 2 times now and would go again just based on how accommodating the owner is. Fair prices and they rent SxS off-road vehicles for hitting the local trails.Nearby activities: Many off-road, hiking, biking trails in the area to visit and the hotel rents side by sides if you don't have a 4wd vehicle.

I cannot thank Nora enough for going above and beyond to accommodate our reservations. She and her partner purchased the motel after we had made reservations and did not get the information for us. She called me the day before our arrival stating she only could give us 4 of the 5 rooms we reserved. We were ok with that, however, the night of arrival she could only give us 3 rooms which would not work. She booked an AirB&B 2 miles away, paid for it and allowed us to use her CanAm to help ease the mix-up, which was no fault of hers. The previous owner did not give Nora all the previous information. Nora went above and beyond to make a rough situation into one of gratitude. I highly recommend Adventure Motel. It's a bed, shower, fun in the woods and best customer service I have encountered in a long time, you know, those small town folks that stick together.Rooms: Clean and stocked with all your needs.Nearby activities: Rentals of side by sides, fun on the trails.Safety: Very safe!Noteworthy details: Best customer service by awesome hosts!

I travel for work and stay in lots of hotels and motels all summer long, this is the best service I’ve ever received. The owner is the best. Will go above and beyond to satisfy stay.All new beds and bedding. It’s got lots of character. Everything you need. No cell reception in the area but fantastic WiFi.

We were worried that we wouldn't be able to find a place because we were coming in kind of late but thankfully, the owners were flexible. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Our room was very fairly priced, spacious and clean, and even had a kitchen. Renee is a very genuine and personal person who was willing to help us with anything we needed. We'll be coming back for sure!

Very friendly and helpful! Saved us after previous reservations where lost at the resort we booked. Immediately, put us in a room, that was very clean and comfortable. Went above and beyond what they had tp, to make sure our week long vacation was still wonderful. Everything from recommending good restaurants, good fishing lakes, and letting the kids have bon fire for Smores! Made us feel at home and saved our vacation! Cannot thank them enough for everything!

A wonderful stay! Warm rooms and super HOT water! Great rates and great location for snowmobiling with a gas station just a block away. There is no longer breakfast at the motel but we stayed in a kitchenette-style room and we were able to prepare our own meals. There are a couple places to eat and drink in town too so that was nice. We look forward to staying again! Thank you!

The owners were awesome very friendly and made great food. The only reason for a four star is that the rooms are getting old. They need updated, water and plumbing need some work. Worth the price you pay for them though. I would stay again, even if it's just to set and talk to the owners again.

This is a cash only establishment, so be prepared on arrival. Nancy (the owner) was so kind. She greeted us at the office and have us our room key. The room was small but comfortable. Slightly outdated, but it only added to the feel of the whole place. Cell service is pretty poor in the area, but Nancy kindly provided us with the wifi password and it allowed us to at least contact the outside world. The shower was hot with good pressure, but it did have a hellacious sound like screaming people. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic and very affordable. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Nice family owned motel with good prices. Clean rooms with a little kitchen to make some simple meals. Also has a cafe attached where you can get a good home cooked breakfast from 7am to 12pm.

Friendly and welcoming owners. Right off the trials for you riders. Clean Double full size rooms with bathroom. I noticed some renovations taking place to update rooms.
