I cannot express how much I enjoy going to this store.First of all, Kevin, Autumn, and Shayna give excellent customer service. I tend to ask a lot of questions and I'm impressed by how educated the staff is about their products.Today Shayna helped me, educating me regarding a new product in the store. She was very personable and has been everytime I enter the store. That's definitely an employee you want to hold onto.Kevin is very professional, and I have never been more impressed with how he can peacefully approach a touchy customer, and have them leave feeling satisfied. He has a passion for this company without a doubt.I hear Autumn is leaving but she will be missed!! She's such a positive person and has taken the time to listen to me ramble, and honestly give me really awesome advice.The crew here can get 15 people checked out in minutes, it's impressive. Overall just a great store, great people!

I feel so welcomed whenever I go into the store. I always look forward to seeing Shayna! She doesn’t even have to ask what I need. She just walks right over to get it. She remembers things we’ve chatted about like a friend! She’s truly an asset to the business.

Not a fan of this location, prices are higher than any other wild bills around. When i mentioned it to the staff their reply was " yeah we dont have any competition in this area so we price ours a little more". So I will go to lansing before going here again and will let others know to do the same

Employees are friendly and more than willing to help you out. The reason why I am giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because of the prices. If you purchase any particular item there frequently don't be surprised when the price increases. This has happened multiple times to me.

Been there quite a few times and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Great stock in the humidor decent prices and supplies. Always quick with a match or to cut your cigars if you forget yours. Top notch business and people.

Nice place just wish they opened a little earlier. 3rd shift goes past them at 10pm and comes home before they open at 9am. Always 3 or 4 of us waiting in the parking lot in the morning and countless others just drive up and drive away

I'm alittle disappointed, I use 18% nicotine and it's hard to count on the Mason store as well as the Jackson store on Ganson to properly keep the MEL in stock, I love the juice, but since I hv so much trouble getting it on a regular basis, I've had to go to the internet to purchase my menthol juice, even though ya'll charge more in the store, I still would like to shop locally, if only I could rely, depend and count on you hving the 18% menthol MEL....??????CAN I COUNT ON YOU TO RECTIFY THIS SITUATION?????
