Extremely affordable, staff is pleasant and helpful! They are definitely busy that’s why I always make sure to schedule my dog’s follow up before I leave her appointment. Lyric can be a handful plus she’s a poodle but they always do such a great job with her!

Just took my Belgian Malinois in for a walk in nail trim. He was very nervous ,but they handled him so well and were quick and it was painless for him. You can tell they’re very experienced. The price was great too! Most definitely will be back ! Thank you Ruff cuts !

We have an older dog that needed extra care. They were extremely wonderful with him. He looks so much better and took great care of him. When we came back he was relaxed and just enjoying himself walking around. Highly recommend ruffcutts

Was very happy with the service. Sorry I forgot my dogs groomers name. She did a really good job we gave my dog on sat sept 26 2020 at 230pm. Her names Ariel. She gave her a nice hair clean up. She smelled very good and I love love love the little.flower bow she put on her collar.that stuck out so much and makes Ariel look 1000000x even more adorable!!! Will definitely go back:)))

I absolutely LOVE Ruff Cuts. They do an amazing job and they don’t try to rip you off. I have separation anxiety from my pup but when I leave him here I know he is in great hands. The workers are good people inside and outside of the workplace.10/10 recommend.

I absolutely love Ruff Cuts and the staff. We have had 2 different people groom my siberian husky and they are so caring towards him and his needs. They even told me when they found abnormalities with his skin and fur so I could get him checked by our vet. Highly recommend!!

I've been a customer for about 3 or 4 years. I have had an up and down kind of experience. I know a business is only as good as the people that are in it, and while the owner seems friendly enough, the Personnel changeover and lack of consistency have lowered my ratings over time. I gave them four stars because they are trying, I truly believe they are. I am just looking forward to having the same groomer from month to month so that my dog can become more comfortable with this anxiety-enducing process.

Mr. HuggerRuff Cutts is and has been a very professional salon for our fur babies for years now. They have maintained a compassionate understanding, empathetic and professionalism toward not only their clients(our fur babies) but their owners(parents) like no other. All you have to do is look at their reviews. Talk to other parents(owners) they will testify that if they are stating that you were verbally aggressive,abusive or inappropriate in any way then you should probably look in the mirror and check yourself as Lauren, Carrie, Elizabeth and the other staff members main priority and concern have always been what is in the best interest of their clients(again our fur babies). They have been nothing but professional, informative and helpful. So one would assume that if you were demonstrating aggressive behavior and using rude, vulgar and inappropriate language and behavior it would be you that would be the "weiner" sir. Side note very professional by the way. NOT!!!!! Thank you to Ruff Cuts and their staff for exceptional and great service. We appreciate all you do for our babies.

Awesome place! I have never had them groom a pup but they cut nails for me once a month (especially the black ones I usually mess up) without issue. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

I love this place! They do an awesome job on my dog and cat,but today I took my cat to get shaved because she is to old to clean herself so she needed to be cut all the way down. I sat in the parking lot the whole time. When I paid my bill it was 65$ 76$ with tip (I feel abligated to give) I never asked for her to get a bath! I can do that when I got home because she did a great job shaving her.

Omg we (my dog ”Ghost” and myself) absolutely recommend this place! We LOVE them! Elizabeth and Rachel are charming! They have the best vibe, so lovely, professional, attentive... they are super kind.I have a Husky puppy, he hated it when I tried to bathe him, but he LOVED it with them!At Ruff Cuts, they are super detail oriented. Ghost was smelling really good, his fur was looking great, his nails were perfect... and they even put a bow on his collar. I’m very pleased and the pricing is very good.Definitely booking my next appointments with them.

I've been taking my shepherd mix here for years without incident. His last appointment was another story. First, I got 2 messages verifying his appointment, but when I called to be sure of the time I was told someone should have contacted me to cancel and reschedule because his groomer had been in contact with covid. They rescheduled for Monday August 29th at 12:30. When I dropped him off for what is usually a 2 hour bath, shave, blow dry and nail trim, I was told they were all trying to get out of there by 3 so they could pick their kids up from school. Their hours are until 5. When I picked my dog up, he was clearly distressed, wet, and the girl proceeded to tell me he was awful, she couldn't blow dry him, couldn't touch him in the front and had to muzzle him. When I got him home and calmed down, I noticed that not only was he wet, he had huge mats of fur coming out around his neck that clearly hadn't been brushed, still had mats behind his ears and still has, almost 2 weeks later, shave lines where he wasn't clipped evenly. I've called and left messages asking to speak to a manager or owner and still haven't received a return call, and no one answers the phone when I call. I'll be going in person when I can, but I'll never use them again.

These groomers are terrific! They genuinely love our pups and do a great job with them. Even after one had major surgery they were gentle and careful. Highly recommend Lauren and the entire staff!!

I originally made this post two years ago, and since then I've moved to Southern California AND DC area, and I haven't found anyone remotely close to Laurens standard. Its been tough going anywhere else. I never ever have to worry about how my dog is treated and loved on while shes at RuffCuts. I also never have to worry about the quality of the cut. Since moving Im truly so fricken excited when my dog can see Lauren because I know that we will both have a lovely experience. Thank you Lauren :)Lauren is always so kind. I started going to Ruff Cuff cause my dog needed a good haircut I stayed because the groomers are so caring towards my dog. Even thro I know my dog can be a brat, she likes going! They must be angels to the dogs for my dog to be that excited to see Lauren every time.

We live in the adjacent town but come to this one because it's such a wonderful store my wife loves how they take care of our dog and I came with her last time and I totally agree and our dog seems very happy and is ultra beautiful too in part because of the Great grooming she received

We brought our almost 16 year old dog for a haircut. We gave them advice on how to work with her, which they ignored. They would not answer our calls when we called to check on her, and she could not walk when we picked her up. There were marks on her face from the muzzle being too tight. On top of all that, she barely got a haircut and they charged us full price! They abused our elderly dog to the point of not being able to walk! Disgusting!

Ruff Cuts has always done an excellent job Grooming my dogs, for several years now. Staff is friendly and they all have a noticable love and appreciation for canines, so you leave knowing they will take great care of you pet. They do good quality cuts, too.
