Rite Aid pharmacy located @ 600 Cedar St in Mason,Mi.48854 is the BEST Pharmacy I have ever used The Pharmacy staff are very friendly & helpful. When I had a issue with the insurance co, Pharmacist Chris & Shannon went above the required steps to get the issue solved. I have tried all the other pharmacys and found, Rite Aid is absolutely the Best of them all.5 stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 &5 thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍

After having some extensive work done on an extraction on a tooth that had infected my gums my dentist wrote me a prescription for norco. I do have a prescription for norco for back pain but this was a little stronger because of my extreme pain. They refused to fill and I called the pharmacy and talked to a guy about the problem. He hung up on me. This is not the first experience I’ve had with this man. He is rude and should not work there.

Went to Lansing Urgent Care right down the street from this Rite-Aid in Mason, MI and since it was so close I figured I should give this place a shot for my prescription (I normally go to CVS in Holt, MI). When I arrived it was their lunch time when no one is at the pharmacy which I can understand(1:30PM-2:00PM). When one of the pharmacists arrived at the window of the pharmacy at 2:05PM they were very rude/unprofessional and not helpful whatsoever, he had said that they do not have my prescription and it has been on back order for months and also stated that I am the one who has to go check with other pharmacies to see if they have my prescription. Poor way of conducting business and thought I should take a minute or two of my time to write this review in their parking lot before I go search for a prescription that Rite-Aid advertises that they have when they actually do not, thanks!

I could have died! They never filled my inhaler even after it being called in twice. When I finally got ahold of someone in the pharmacy 5 days later, the only explanation they gave was that it cost $450. I then asked why no one bothered to contact me. They had no answer.

I had my daughter's prescription sent here recently so I could use the drive thru. It was quick and simple with no wait, and the service was fast and helpful.I don't know anything about the inside but I'll be making this our default pharmacy from here on out.

Have asked for months to get all my RX at the same time. For months U have had ti go in about 5 times per month to get them all. I work in Mason 3 days a week and changed to this pharnacy because I thought it would be convienant. Sorry, now I am changing again because I don't want to spend 5 or 6 lunch hours per month picking up RX. Crappy customer service and very bad attitudes at this place.

Terrible service and attitude. Try to use a coupon and you have to sit and wait to reprocess the entire rx. Told I should have called and told them I had a good RX coupon! Suggested they should let the customer know that they will have to wait for them to change the amount for the coupon price, before deleting the previous. Received an indifferent blank stare. On the positive, I did save about $2, thank you good RX.

I have been satisfied with this pharmacy for several years. Yesterday, the pharmacist refused to give me my COVID booster because he had medicines to put away. Today they refused because they had people at lunch. I scheduled an appointment for 3:00. I have now been waiting for twenty minutes. There are no other customers waiting. No one has returnes from lunch yet.

Service in the pharmacy is excellent. Went there yestarday to see if there was a way to fill my scripts for two months as our insurance doesn't allow it. Not only did he find a way the cost was about the same as my own insurance.Logan went way and above the normal services you would receive from other pharmacies.I am retired now but was a retail store manager for 37 years including over pharmacies and can recognize when someone goes above and beyond. He also did the same for my wife so neither one of us has to transfer scripts when we are in Florida. Thank You Logan

I went there around 7pm tonight and was told that the wait time for my prescription eye drop was going to be over an hour--- there was nobody in line and nobody waiting in the waiting area. Heck! There wasn't even anybody in the store! The pace of work was extremely lax and it took the tech 5 minutes just to even greet me. I have worked in a pharmacy before and know first hand that all the pharmacist had to do was basically throw it in a bag and call it good. I called my doctor's office and asked if they could send the script over to the Mason Meijer Pharmacy instead. (They had it done by the time I drove over there (roughly 10 minutes)). When I went to tell the pharmacist to cancel the request, he immediately responded with a smirk on his face, "I can start working on it right now." I declined, since apparently three minutes before that it was over an hour wait! They need to wait on the customers that are standing in front of them rather than customers that haven't even arrived yet!! I will NOT be going back.

I was given my 5 year old daughters antibiotic not mixed and just a powder! I had to mix it myself! Very unprofessional! Would not recommend this pharmacy to ANYONE!

Always a little out of order. Also, they don't have a huge selection of snacks other than potato chips. I work close by, so i stop in sometimes to grab a snack, but i always find myself leaving disappointed. Decent prices on most items though.

This Rite Aid has made an effort in training its floor staff however the pharmacy remains lacking. The staff interrupt, sigh with irritation and argue with you if you have questions about your refills or medications and display as much interest in customer service as a cat has in following directions. They do auto refill even if you have opted out of that service and harass you to death with text messages when you don't pick up the Rx. Other people behind the counter insert themselves into transactions with strange comments out of left field. Using this pharmacy only because they are in-network and close by. Don't recommend.
