This pharmacy is horrible. They never have what you need they make you wait for days to get it. I have been going in rounds with this pharmacy for weeks over one script they call for a couple days to say it was ready and I go to pick it up and they tell me they put it back it will30 mins. When I have been a pharmacy tech and I know it don't take 30 mins to slap a labeling abo there wasn't even anything to count. I will be switching pharmacy's this is horrible cause it's easy for us to shop and get scripts.not now

I've been filling my prescriptions here for 3 years now, and it's been a lot of prescriptions from many specialists, and I have no complaints with this pharmacy. Every time I've run into an issue, it's been either because they're so overworked they have to keep hiring new people and the training is HARD or something got confused in the insurance/doctor/pharmacy communication, which is almost always insurance's fault. Sometimes one day or one prescription process goes wrong, but it's not demonstrative of how things usually go. I've been helped by the same 3 people the majority of the past few years and they're always polite and helpful. When things go wrong it's not out of apathy or malice. I've definitely gone to pharmacies before that ran into as many issues with way fewer customers. I dunno, maybe it's because I've worked in healthcare administration so I know what they're dealing with, I just don't get why so many people rate them badly. In my opinion, they're a bit above average.

Some Staff suck! Tell you your stuff is ready boom....not !! NO we can't fill your order but we will split it up in fours and sell it to you more copay . Change your prescription so they can double charge Then call you rude .....meds to get well and had to go thru hell!!! Spent two days trying now new pharmacy.

My doctor's office warned me about this pharmacy and I should have listened.The staff here are incompetent and petty. Today they cancelled a med on me when not 2 hours before I called about it and they told me it was filled and to come pick it up. Made me wait when I got there, then it wasn't even in my bag and they skipped and canceled it on me. Now I get to come back for the third time in one day.Also when I called I initially they picked up the phone and hung up on me immediately SEVEN times in a row.Some of them are genuinely nice but the good ones don't last long here.

Called ahead of arriving, was told 45 minutes before my prescriptions would be ready. When I got there, about an hour later, I had to wait another 20 minutes just to get my medications. Prices were honestly not great even with insurance. I plan on looking elsewhere for my future pharmacy needs. Staff was not great either, acted as though it was my fault my medication wasn't ready? Overall not impressed. Every since the remodel the pharmacy has continued to disappoint me - what happened between before and now?

Will tell you they are ordering something. Then apparently be out of stock despite a note to make sure a prescription gets filled. Wont pass on the message they couldn't fill it so you have time to try to find an alternative...

I called the pharmacy and spoke to someone then was disconnected twice. I called back a third time to be put on hold (at least they didnt disconnect my call). After waiting over twenty five minutes, I finally hung up and called the main line of the store. I was transferred back to the pharmacy and someone answered and took care of my issue. I will call the main number in the future.

Very friendly customer service when I called to see if a prescription for my cat had finally been faxed in by my vet. Yoseph even remembered me when I picked it up and went the extra mile to find me a coupon for $100 off the medication!

Called about a prescription and was told it would be ready in an hour. Drove there an hour and 15 minutes later. Waited in line with 7 ahead of me. When I got to the counter, I was told it was not ready and it would be 15 minutes. Ended up being a total of an hour and 50 minutes to get the order.Please don't tell me it will be an hour and then it is an additional 50 minutes later. Tell me the truth and I will get there with an order waiting for me versus waiting additional time.Other services at this store are great. Most of the time, the pharmacy is also. I could have had a productive time doing other things versus waiting needlessly.

I have had nothing but problems with this pharmacy. The wait times are atrocious & consistently longer than they tell you they will be. I've also had several issues with them filling a prescription incorrectly. Once trying to charge me $100 for a prescription that should cost $15. When I inquired as to why it would cost that much when it never has in the past, I was told my doctor was at fault for writing the script wrong & that were confused when filling it. They did not ask me to clarify the confusion, but instead just tried to give me the wrong medication for my child & blame my doctor. Even after that incident, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt & chalk it up to being human & making an occasional error. However, I tried to fill a new prescription for the same med there again and they refused to fill it stating that I was filling it to early. Even though it was a completely new script. I no longer trust this pharmacy, & will not be going back.

Overall Meijer pharmacy and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.One star rating is specifically for one pharmacist who constantly finds a reason not to dispense medications. I very much respect clinical decisions made by pharmacists, in conjunction with the prescribing provider, to keep patients safe. I do not, however, respect someone who does not carry out physician ordered prescriptions completely independent of physician consultation and with no reason he'll share, or inaccurate reasons such as it being too early when 30 days have elapsed.Meijer pharmacy staff and customers deserve better.

My doctors office sent over a prescription multiple times and the pharmacy stated they never received it. They were very rude and refused told me to go pick up a paper script and bring it in if I was having so many issues.

Worst experience ever they wanted more for a five day supply of meds then I pay for 90 day supply with insurance , when asked why I was told it was because I never filled that prescription there before

My prescription was not ready when they said it was going to be ready so I wasted going to the Meijer store and waiting in line after 7 people in front of me. The prescription won't be ready for another day. So I have to make another trip and wait in a long line again.

If you shop for groceries you probably shop at a Meijer. They have tons of locations and carry everything grocery related and a little of everything else you might want or need for DIY, minor household repairs, tech stuff, office supplies, etc. Reasonable prices on most grocery items, comparable pricing on all the other items, and quality is somewhere in the middle of average. It is always a plus when you can find a store that is open 24 hours a day and most holidays when you need something. I would be happier if they had more check-outs open at high traffic times. Wait times can be extreme at busy shopping times. Most stores are above average for cleanliness. Produce selection is really quite good and higher quality than most grocery stores in this part of mid-Michigan. I do about 95% of my shopping at a Meijer store for food and miscellaneous home items. I also use their pharmacy for all prescriptions/refills. The drive through pharmacy option is nice if the line isn't too long. All in all they do a good job across the board.

I've always had a great experience there. Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. The only negative thing I have to say is there is sometimes a long line to get help. That is not the fault of the staff. If I'm unwilling to wait I return at a different time and usually there is no line or a shorter line.

Alahn was amazing! One prescription was ready and the other being processed. He helped to expedite the last one (probably only took a glance to see I was feeling near death ! Lol)I can not thank him enough. I have always had pleasant experiences here to date.

The meijer staff is extremely rude. They never answer ther phone when I call. I don't even get notified when My prescription are ready to be picked up. There customer service has really gone down hill. I will definitely will be calling the corporate office.

Tends to be very busy, I've waited in line for a half hour in the past. Typically wait times range from 5 to 15 minutes. However, we've always had good service and medications are always correct.

I came in to get Claritin D, everything was fine until my husband went to also buy his monthly box.. pharmists then told me I was over my limit to buy,(even tho I hadn’t bought any in the last two months atleast) she said it was by household or address not person.. which I called another pharmists to confirm and that’s false. it’s by drivers license or per person. She also couldn’t tell me when I would be able to buy more.. which is probably another lie. I don’t appreciate being lied to, especially when I’m simply trying to survive allergy season.

Excellent service. Had a problem w/auto refill system so called and spoke w/Mary Lou (sp?)... during Friday rush hour. She was very helpful and nice as could be.

This place has the worst customer service! When a script is called in that they don't have, they don't call you and let you know this or offer something different, they wait till you show up and then you have to wait another 30+ minutes to fill alternate or smaller amount or go without!

They are out of medicines quite often, and you have to wait 24 hours for your meds. Not enough people to help customers.
