The store didn't have what we were looking for, but he tried to help and asked when he saw us again in another section if we found our item.

I LOVE THIS MEIJER!!. they always are curtious, the store is amazingly clean. Well stocked, everything is always fresh.The deli is one of my favorites. Always greeted and helpful by the employees.I always enjoy shopping here, not just because it's well managed. But because the layout is great and easily accessible.You can tell they take care to make sure the things you need are in stock and the prices are good.

This meijer is a horrible meijer! Every time I go, they are out of basic things on my shopping list, or they just plain no longer carry items since the remodel. Get different management and turn this meijer around!!

This place is ridiculous. Looking for charcoal, it's not with the grills. it's not with the grilling accessories, nor is it in the outdoor section. Had I not needed trash bags, I wouldn't have found the charcoal in the grocery department in the same ilse as the trash bags.

Went for Mother's Day cards - first time since losing my my mom at the beginning of the year. Bittersweet. But great selection of cards for other moms!Update 6/26/2023 - The Mason Meijer has been remodeling for months, keeping all products available by rearranging their locations in the store.They have handed out a list of the final locations. Apparently the remodel is complete. Overall it is okay, lots of gray as is the current trend. I only had one kind of item to get - took a minute to find it. Staff are still nice!Update 3/13/2024 I recently started using the Meijer app to select items for a pick up order later the same day. I LOVE this option! I have some mobility issues and this saves walking all over the store. I have had no incorrect orders and the process is very efficient. I hope this option stays around forever!

Our go-to store. Very friendly but could do a better job of having sale items stocked.Update: Didn't realize that I have been having the in-stock problem for so many months and according to other reviews, I am not alone in that. This vent is due to the change in their pharmacy rewards program a few weeks ago. It is now a fraction of the savings it used to be. When I asked why, "They wanted to make it more simple," they said. Their simplicity cost me about $70 in already-purchased pharmacy rewards. Seems so wrong to change a program AFTER someone has purchased. Thanks Meijer. They are kind of the only game in town, so I guess I am stuck for now.Update: The last several times visited, the checkout lines that were open were way too long. Today (8/28) they were 5 and 6 deep. I guess we are long past the days of "You're always next in line." This time (3/1/22) while still out of 20% of what was on my list, I was able to zoom through the checkout. The pharmacy was also very accommodating today.

I always shop here.the range of everything is there and at a low price I once had my full week of groceries and it only coast 122$. The produce is delicious and the deli is quick . I also love that thersday morning they have a handicap outting to let those people that don't have an ordinary life a chance to be like all. And there recycling machines don't always work. That it hope I helped.

Well, I'm surmounting plenty of returns,because there are no waiting rooms to try on clothes ,and they've taken out most of the mirrors in the store. I live in Mason Mi. It's hard to shop there, they're always out of half your list.

I like the updates that have been implemented in their remodel.Things are more streamlined now.This has always been my favorite Meijer since they opened....I like the smaller size of this store. Having this Meijer has helped bring some new businesses to the area.

Went to this Meijer thursday, attempted to consume food Thursday and Friday. I drove the whole 7 miles home directly no stops. The sandwich meat I tried to use for a sandwich on Thursday evening was old. It was slimy and like a rats nest. How this made it out of the deli where it had to be cut as I ordered it is beyond me. Then, I bought the everything bagel dip from Tierre brand. It’s delicious. However, when I went to unseal the safety packaging plastic, I see mold on the dip! The best by date: November 27. Yeah, it’s October 21. Anyway, this grocery store is now even More on my ew don’t buy here list. I don’t want to drive to Lansing but I also don’t want rancid food.May 25, 2023 update. Y’all, todays adventure at Meijer saw a 2/9 deal on chips… that cost 4.29 per package. And almost all the Cabot Mac n cheese was expired. Every time…

Meijer is great - not so sure I am LOVING the reno. Don't get me wrong, it is very nice, but I am a creature of habit, so when I go in a store I like to know where things are and right now I can't find some things! It looks very clean, modern, and fresh. Some items are still more expensive than other stores I shop at, but that's OK.

Love Meijer! It's always been my favorite one stop shop since I was an infant. Funny story my parents lost me at Meijer when I was 4yrs old and even then I felt comfortable to search the store and find an employee to help me find them. Even back then they where kind and helpful and they found my parents so I'll forever be grateful! 🙏❤

I've been a patron of the Mason Meijer for about 20 years. I've been to every other Meijer in the Lansing/East Lansing Metro area. When it comes to lay out, price and value not every Meijer is equal which I found surprising. I found Mason to be superior to every other Meijer in the Lansing/East Lansing Metro area in all areas. The one area that is hit or miss is customer service. Thankfully, it's very rare that I need customer service so, it's not a big deal. The pharmacy is great as well. I don't use it frequently but the times I have interacted with pharmacy personnel it has always been a positive experience.Update 6/24/23The Mason Meijer has just undergone a complete renovation. The updated store is very nice. It has a lot of signage that makes finding what you are looking for very easy. I would say much easier than before the renovation. The only drawback is that if you have memorized the previous layout you will be a bit put off, they have rearranged where some things are in the store. It's not a problem finding the new location because of the improved signage.

Wonderful help I bought my anniversary flowers checked out the store it was clean until I saw the bathrooms with dripping faucet and towels on the floor but other than that great experience

HATE the remodel! Forced to do self check out now because the 5 lanes they have set up for human cashiers are never open but maybe 1 or 2 with 5 to 8 people deep every time, nothing makes sense in the layout of the store anymore, and don't even get me started on the lack of customer service! I can never find what I need anymore, constantly having to drive to other stores for simple things like hairspray etc etc so forget it, I'll start shopping at other stores to start with and save myself the wasted trip to this location anymore.

I love Meyer they are doing much better on their organic produce section I actually find clothes in my size there concerning jeans I need a size 30-30s really hard to find anywhere else but Myers has it of course I'm comparing it to Walmart their prices are a little bit higher

This is my favorite Meijer. I would say easily 80% of the household and grocery items i buy come from this store. It is always clean and the customer service reps are always friendly, but i was disappointed in the bakery selection today. I have been looking at their cakes for a few weeks because my sisters birthday was approaching. Several i saw were cute and i would choose one when ready. Today i was ready. Every cake in the showcase was still there, meaning the same cakes were there. I thought i would get a fresh cake. There was 1 cake fresh made today. Guess which one i bought. Wasn’t even-a Birthday cake, but it is now. So Disappointing !!!

The absolute worst Meijer of all time. Prices are higher than other Meijers. Nothing ever in stock. Limited choices in just about every department. The pick up feature is a joke, didn’t even get the groceries I ordered. We drive all the way to Okemos to grocery shop.
