Nice store, LOTS of selection. I buy our poultry & their care needs here as well as many other "around the farm" things, there's always something. I also always end up with something extra in the cart that I didn't know I needed because they just have a lot of fun stuff 😆 Nice staff, clean store. Would recommend 👍

Great place to stop for a variety of needs. They seem to have a little of everything and their staff is great including Jason who seems to be on top of it all. The store is always neat and well organized.

Let the line build and build. Cashier called for help 5 times with no one coming to help. They were way more concerned with standing around. Waited in line for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to come help this poor cashier.

Great customer service ! Love this place . The local foods , sauces & snacks that are sold here are phenomenal. Highly recommend. Love the staff here. Selection is vast for all sorts of stuff!

Our go-to place for horse supplies and other basic items for the farm. They have a good selection and are in a convenient location. We have had some issues with items not being available, sometimes for long periods, but the employees are always willing to check on items for us and there's usually an alternative available if we need something urgently.

Best place for rabbit food and snacks. Always great to see the little chicks too. Everyone is so nice even when you have a naughty (shy) dog lol. Also nice the leashed dogs can come say hi

Whenever I go in, I usually have to speak with someone about a purchase I'm looking to make, and even though Personnel may be hard to come by, once I do find someone to help me, they stick with me until all my questions are answered, and I feel confident making the purchase or not. I really appreciate some of the guys here who go above and beyond to help this single Mama figure out how to do life on her own with scary things like generators and chainsaws! Love my local Family Farm and Home people!

Good selection and great people. This is a little farm shop like you would expect 30 years ago. They have a WIDE selection of things from work and hunting clothes to wood pellets by the pallet to parts to fix the hydro live on your tractor. Not to mention the old fashioned candy at the checkouts 👍

I was looking for a mesh metal wagon and had to ask an associate. I was helped very quickly and actually got the last 1! I have never had a problem with them since I moved to ingham county 11yrs ago.

Really glad they are here and available when I need them. Sometimes they don't have what I need though. I wish they were just a little more focused on rural small farming needs instead of apparel

The only reason that this store gets 4/5 instead of 5/5 stars is that it's small. I've been to stores that are 3x larger and wish we had that here! That said, the staff is always friendly and it's easy to ship to store for the stuff they don't have on site - just tough when you've got that small, really specific mower part that's 15 years old and needs fixing today! That said, FFH is still my first stop for every farm/ranch need.

The employees were helpful and answered all my questions. I found some really good deals on tools, tie-downs, and picked up a dozen packages of seeds to prepare for spring gardening. Under Armour was on sale which is always nice to not have to pay full price on.I have to make a mental note to keep Family Farm and Home in mind when I need specifics, especially pet food and accessories. They are located in a huge strip with an enormous parking lot on the east side of cedar street as you go around the main curve heading into Mason.... .( It would be nice to add a Walmart in this big empty area, I'm pretty sure others would agree that their needs could be taken care of in one stop with both stores)

I've been going here for years and have never had any issues. They are friendly and they know their stuff. They keep it clean and they have all sorts of things. I like to get my kiln dried pine bedding here. They have it for a great price.

Great variety of products. I was looking for plumbing parts and wound up with a lot more. Also looked at Kayaks, grills, patio furniture, tools and clothes. Going back for landscaping supplies too!

I love this store, it's got everything I'm looking for usually. And even when I'm just browsing it's a fun place just to look around and find things you didn't even know you needed. I also appreciate that it's clean, bright and well stocked.
