This place was extremely neat, for a Veterinarian for dogs and cats, it’s a little noisy when customers come in with bigger dogs. But the cool thing is that they care, the staff is who you’ll meet when you first walk into the Veterinarian Center to meet them, and let me tell you; they are so supportive, and super friendly and amazing people. You wanna know why: because they know they’re stuff about any type of animal you want to be seen by the Doctors, which can’t be ignored because the first thing they will tell you is how- why - when - and what they expect for to do for your pets health. Your pet will have an immediate explanation and diagnosis. And if you like for your pets to have full services, that’s a good choice for you to make if your pets need more help when sick. It’s not a question of whether they have the knowledge, because they don’t play around, it’s about how they handle their work as experts.

My go to for bird seed and all things critters!I can always count on getting help with placing the big bags into my cart and out to my vehicle! It might not seen like much but it's HUGE to me. Always low key. Always greeted upon entering! What's not to like?! #TYTSC

Curb side was a dream since I ordered dog food and treats for a family member. Decent selection and good help when you can find it. Though employees are easier to round up than in my Walmart or Meijer

Employees for the most part are courteous. It is easy to order items to the store if they aren't in stock at the store. There is a great selection of items other stores do not have. I enjoy going into the store and looking around as well. The kids like the toys.

Amazing staff. We arrived minutes from closing needing supplies to help some orphaned newborn kittens since they were the one closest to my sister's place. They stayed open later, helped us find all we needed, and gave us great advice so we can nurse these babies until we can get them to a animal rescue.

Store associate demanded I wear a mask she attempted to provide an unwrapped mask from their stock at the door she followed me around maintaining only 3 feet at best only 1 week ago the policy was 3 people no masks at a time. I asked her to point to their updated corporate policy she only directed me to the printed off sheet on the door that anyone with Microsoft word could accomplish seeing that she was not any kind of official security guard with any training and she herself didn't care about the CDC recommendations for keeping 6 feet apart I told her contact the authorities she continued to refuse I will not be back till this is over please keep in mind Home Depot and Lumber Jack sell most of the products you can find in TSC and don't require a mask

Marysville location. I Really wish that the store has other choices for ferret food like wysong. Marshall is not good for ferrets or any small animal. Other than that very nice service

Carefully picked out the items I needed, but when I went to check out, my items did not ring up correctly. It turns out that my items were incorrectly stocked and the prices were wrong. THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME I SHOP HERE!! The employees apparently put stuff wherever it fits, correct prices or not. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

Awesome prices! Always get my hay and bedding here for my guinea pigs and you can get a big bag of Timothy hay for cheap along with pine bedding. They also have guinea pig hides, bowls, etc. love!!!

My kids wanted some ducks and the staff here was amazing in assisting us do just that. They educated my kids and I on the proper care of the ducklings as well as get us set up to care for them at home. I go back often for feed and other items.

Went here and had a bunch of price matches when I got to the register they told me they only price match places within 25 miles of the place and not online. Manager showed me a letter they got from the district manager telling them to not price match online. Weird that the district manager doesn't think company policy applies to him. 0 stars.

I bought some birdseed (very good for the price), sunflower seeds and a couple of t-shirts on sale. Two for $12.00 size was just right and the quality was very good for the price. The cashier was very pleasant and helpful.

Great store for all your needs. Nice that if you have a question about horses, someone working there owns a horse. Awesome when each department is like that. You get informative information, not just a best guess.
