Very happy with the experience our dog received! Michelle was very concerned with making sure our dog got exactly what we wanted. Love how clean it is inside her new St. Clair location! I have two dogs one of which is a 12 year old German Shepherd who is arthritic and slowing down a little. We didn’t want to have to load her up in the car and drive her to the groomers so Groomingtales came to us! And after being groomed they smelled so good, looked fabulous and my geriatric dog was bouncing all around because she felt great. What was important to me was that the groomer was gentle with her. Please call you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend!

So happy I found a groomer that has three shops right near me. The owner was so nice and very helpful when I asked what brush would be best for my husky. Can’t wait to go back and have him groomed and he is one happy pup to have his nails and pads cleaned up so he isn’t sliding around my wooden floor. Thank you again for all the wonderful advice I can’t wait to try that furminator.

Grooming tales pet salon is the only groomers i will take my dog.. Peanut loves Michelle and I trust her with my dog. Not only does my dog come out smelling and looking great but they also have very good prices. They are very educated about all breeds of dogs and they best way to maintain their coats. So thanks Michelle!

Michelle treated our dog like it was her own. At other groomers', our dog was in a hurry to get out of there. This time she was still content on being petted by Michelle. She did a great job grooming and took the time to explain the best way to take care of the dog's coat in between visits.

When I walked in I was pleasantly surprised by the smell, it's wonderful. They came around the desk to meet my lab mix, who can be intimidating, but before I handed over her leash she was comfortable and so was I. When we came back to pick her up she did not cower between my legs like she did when she had gone to a different groomers. She walked out happy and proud. I could not be happier with Groomingtales and have already referenced two other families to try them out. I won't take my girl anywhere else.

I had such a wonderful experience at Groomingtales. When I called to make an appointment Michelle was so friendly and took the time to answer my questions. She was also able to get me in that day. She was very professional, and you can tell she has a true passion for what she does. I felt 100% comfortable leaving my pet in her care. When I picked up my dog Sophie she looked AWESOME!! Michelle again took the time to explain what she did and how the visit went. She is very knowledgeable in her field and is so courteous. I was so impressed with Groomingtales that I called the next day to have my other dog groomed...that visit went just as great!! Thank you Groomingtales.

Took my Pomeranian here today for the first time. 100% happy with the cleanliness of the place, and the welcoming smiles from the girls, and most important (to me) my Pom was happy there. She looked and smelled amazing when I picked her up! Will definitely be going back.

We have a rescue dog that is very scared and anxious . Her name is Gabby and she loves to go to Groomingtales!! She had some frost bite and now has nerve damage and very sensitive about her feet being touched. Not only does she get her feet done perfectly she looks amazing all over!! She is always happy and relaxed to go to get her grooming done!! Groomingtales staff show that they love their job and the pets that come to them for grooming. I strongly recommend them for your loved fur baby!

I called on a friday evening and my dog Simba, a labradoodle, had an appointment the next day at 11am! Was very happy with how quick I was able to get my dog in for a hair cut, I have a very hectic schedule thats constantly changing. This was the first time I have ever gotten my dogs hair cut, and he is almost 3. They did a wonderful job! I have no complaints, and I will definitely be bringing my dog back for future cuts!

My Shorkie loves going to see the ladies here. He pulls me to the door. I've never had a problem with nicks or cuts even before he was used to being trimmed. And since they're on snapchat, I can send pics of what I may not have liked, and ask them to change it next time - and they actually remember even if I come in two months later.
