I like the location, it's convenient but both self checkouts were not working correctly so the 1 overworked staff was trying to help me & several others & asking for the woman pretending to stock shelves in the back of the store to come help & she never bothered to walk to the front of the store.....feel bad for the 1 staff & hoping they get self checkouts working & get better staff.Omg Martin needs another store 😞

The update is nice. but they close early now because no one knows how to work. self checkout is what they couldn't find people to work. why don't you just leave the store open and let people use the self serve sense no one is ever their anyway

Disrespectful of service dogs. Employees were trying to distract and touch my service dog. I'll drive further so I do not need to deal with that.

They made it new and improved and it's really really bad. It is I understand they put food in there cuz Martin really don't have a place to buy anything but the people don't know what they're doing you can't walk through half the aisles it's so crowded with stuff waiting to go on the shelves it's the cash register area is just not working they didn't know what they were doing I ended up walking out I got so flustered

Decent place - definitely convenient for locals of Martin as we didn’t have a proper grocery store for years after Boysen grocery was shut down when we were kids and eventually demolished around 2014. So DG was somewhat of a blessing to our small town and definitely seems to have helped bring in some activity to our small, sleepy town. The only complaint I have is that it’s very tightly packed and not very open in the store. Was my first ever job and I was the second line of employees that ever worked there when it first opened.

This Dollar General is usually packed and has a lot of people. I don't think I've ever been here without waiting in the checkout line. But what they lack in convenience they make up for in hearty smiles, easy to converse with employees, relaxing atmosphere, and other normal things one would find in a small town business.

Have always been able to find what I need and want here. Everyone has always been very nice here to. This Dollar General is a lot cleaner an organized to, better then most. And of course love the prices.

Shelves are always stocked and the cashiers are always busy, not just standing around not doing anything. I usually pick up Core water here and it is always in stock. Store is clean, if a little cluttered.

You can't go wrong for inexpensive home cleaning products, seasonal home decorations and useful home items. Also need school supplied or a card - it's a quick trip in and out.

Kudos to DG for helping senior citizens through this crisis we are having! Thank you for changing the shopping hours to accommodate them. I hope more stores follow!

They have most of their products in stock, and are friendly MOST of the time... except when it comes to returning a product to the store. The store manager acts like the customer is trying to "pull a fast one" even if they have the receipt.

Best Name Brand Cat Food Prices compared to Everywhere!!! Big bags average apx $8.50, instead of $9.50 or more... They have an idle that has everything for a $1 if you need that too. 😸

Great place to stop for those quick shopping trips. They also have bags of ice and propane tanks. Perfect for summer time grill outs.

store is brand new but dumpy, aisle only wide enough for carts to one way if someone comes into aisle the opposite end then you're stuck unless you back up, boxes of product everywhere.

Rude and unfriendly staff. Too much product out on the floor in U-Boats. I understand orders come in, but does everything need to be out in the way of customers trying to shop???

I like them because they have almost anything you need and it is usually a fast in and out if you want it to be!!! I needed Thanksgiving plates, napkins, and tablecloth, and they had them all!!

They have a lot of different things and the parking lot is easy to get in and out of however. The iles inside are very small
