Went for a new coat for the puppy. Though they didn't have much at all at the time the toys, food, treats and human prizes were abundant. They even have the cutest bakery of pup goodies. Definitely worth a trip!

Just looking around and I love the setup. Not crowded with tons of dog toys and shirts. When you come to this place, it is to treat your dog with exquisite comfort. Prices may be a little high but this isnt your ordinary pet store. Felt very comfortable being there and had great service. We also asked questions about our dog and the lady knew exactly what we needed to do. Thank you for the kind service. We will be shopping here in the near future.

The owner is super nice and extremely helpful as well as knowledgable. I'm as cheap as they come but a $60 harness that we purchased is well worth the buy. Our dog is very friendly but has leash anxiety and even with lots of training tends to be very excited around other dogs. I have to say thank you for stocking and recommending quality products to your customers. My wife and I live in Charlotte and would drive here for the experience vs. Lansing for cookie-cutter businesses like PetSmart.
