Terrible pharmacy experience.Was told for 5 days straight that my refill would be available the next day.Finally told i would have to go to a different store location to get it filled .That it was my only optionThe Marshall pharmacy completely fails in providing good customer service.Their negative reviews are well earnedI HAVE WAITED TWO DAYS FOR A CALL BACK, HASN”T HAPPENED YETThis is in response to your suggestion that I call customer care!

Orders never ready, called in from dentist day before, went to picking up, and wasn't done, lady in front of me order was sent in Monday and they didn't have it ready, you need to get someone who knows what there doing, never had any problem with you before, Marshall Michigan rite aid, will be going to a different pharmacy,

The majority of the pharmacy staff is very rude and not the least bit accommodating. I have yet to find anyone who works there willing to provide good customer service and is willing to find a simple billing solution.

The female pharmacist with brown hair and ponytail, I believe her name is Sarah, is phenomenal! She is always very pleasant but most importantly she is very knowledgeable about medications and the workings of insurance companies. She has been very helpful and I am always thankful when I see her behind the counter.

They do not answer the phone. They promise a certain time to pick up a script and they lie about it. It is not ready. They would rather stay on the phone instead of helping customers at the front. Most of the prices in the store are double the prices of wal mart or even other drug stores.

Terrible service. Rude workers. I'll NEVER go here again. Woman at the counter is a complete Karen. Hates everything and everyone, including customers.. older man is a joke and didn't even tell me how to use my medication.. and he even selected on the pin pad when u sign that the pharmacist did go over everything.. so that was a lie.. they make You wait extra long and then they try to rush people out of their. NEVER GOING BACK HERE. Corporate needs to send some people in that act like customers,, just Soo they can see first hand how terrible there employees are at this location in Marshal Michigan

The lady at the front cashier desk is lovely. The staff who work at the pharmacy are appalling and I don’t use that word often.I’ve given them more than three chances to fill my scripts or ask some simple questions. They are so stand offish like my very existence is an imposition.Their “bedside manner” of care is non existent.Rude doesn’t even cover it. I always leave feeling down and empty handed.These people need training on customer care and treating people with respect and attention.

Tonight, my wife waited an HOUR for her meds that were already filled. The only person that was working there at the time, an older white man, sent my wife to the back of the line, not once, but TWICE, because it was too complicated to charge insurance for her medications. He told my wife, "Well, I can't do this right now, go sit down, I have other people to serve." Insurance has always covered it, but because he was unable to figure out how to charge the secondary insurance, we had to pay an extra $30 out of pocket. Won't return, will be going to a better, more professional pharmacy. I hope that Rite Aid corrects their employee, or that he finds a place of employment more suitable for him, one where he doesn't have to interact with the public. We've generally had good experiences here in the past, but, as they say, one bad apple ruins the batch.

I will give them one more try. Twice I have gone here and been treated rudely. They act like it is an imposition if you ask questions. I had taken a script in a few days before picking it up. When I was there I only received two of the 3. When I asked about the third the female pharmacist said it must not be available for refill. I asked when the refill date was and that triggered a bunch of dirty looks and curt answers. I guess looking that up was above and beyond.I had another encounter during COVID with a vaccine but I will spare you the details.Everyone has a bad day so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. One more time and I will go to any of the several other pharmacies in the area.

Wow, and I thought Walgreens was rude. Expect no one to say a word to you when you walk in.Rite Aid, don't bother replying to this review like you care about anything other than your reputation. Just teach your employees about BASIC customer service. You know......saying hello. Not ignoring your customers, etc.Or is that asking too much?

Thursday April 15 3:30 was my appointment for my 2nd Moderna Vaccine. The Pharmacy Staff were amazing and the sweet lady that gave me my vaccine did a great job! I shopped in the store and the lady (cashier) was very helpful and nice. Thank you all for your PEACE AND KINDNESS.

It would be helpful if you update your store hours online. What’s worse than having a sick kid? Having a sick kid and checking on Google Maps to confirm if Rite Aid is open, it says it is, then you drive all the way to the store to get some medicine and when you arrive you find the doors are locked and a piece of paper taped to the door showing updated hours.

Not happy at all with your COVID vaccine program. I am a senior citizen eligible for the vaccine. With a great deal of difficulty, I was able to schedule an appointment for the first vaccine on Wednesday, February 24 @ 10:15. Today, I received a text message and subsequent phone call noting my appointment was changed to Sunday at 10:15 ( with NO input as to whether or not I was available). I explained to the clerk on the phone why that date/time wouldn’t work (death in the family) and was told that was the ONLY date/time I could have. I totally understand why the appointment was cancelled (weather created delays), but there was no option to have another date/time that would work with my emergency. I was told I would have to go on line (AGAIN) and re-register. Guess what? I checked Allegan, Battle Creek, Caledonia, Howell, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, and Jackson to try and get scheduled. No appointments! Very, very, very disappointing process!

Cassie has been amazing! She has remembered my husband every time and always asks how I am feeling. After a nightmare experience dealing with insurance and CVS we transferred a new med here and Cassie dealt with CVS for 40 minutes on the phone, located and entered a discount for us, bringing the total cost for today to less than $20 when we might have paid around $250.00 Seriously, going on 4 days with CVS and only took Cassie a few hours to get us our medication!

Went to their site online and found some good prices on vitamins. One in particular D3 5000IU for $10.99. Same thing in the store was $24.99. Manager g the old me I had to order on line to pick up on store??? A dozen sale signs in the vitamin isle offered BOGO so 2 for $25 bucks would work. Took them to the register and could get that price because I wasn’t a rite aid member. Nothing on the sale signs mentioned this. The manager was polite enough which is the only thing that saved her from an asschewing. Do you know how cold it will be in hell the day I shop at roye aid again?

Not a trustworthy pharmacy. Make them count your prescription in front of you so you can verify that you are getting the correct amount in your prescription. Do not leave the building without doing this or they will short you prescription and call you a liar when you catch it.

I call my refills in 2-3 days before I plan to pick them up and they either still are not ready or they need to order one and had no idea because they never get them ready until I get there. Very frustrating especially when I'm stopping on my way to work and have to wait around for something that should have already been ready.

Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. The pharmacies took to time to check my insurance and he got me a no cost flu shot when my insurance had been rejected everywhere else!

Pharmacist lies over to you over the phone, makes promises to hold a prescription for you a extra day but puts it back when you come in as agreed to. Terrible waiting times poor customer service.

Do not get your prescriptions filled here. I just waited an hour and I still walked out without any prescriptions. Apparently there was a problem with one of the prescriptions, but they didn't tell me that until I had been waiting for so long. So infuriating. I would recommend that you go anywhere else but here.

Poor attitude I gave multiple tries I understand people have bad day's but every day also medications going up in price not tiny amounts hundreds of dollars there excuse insurance I checked insurance always payed the same went to different pharmacy cost was less than quarter I handed them bottles from rite aid same medications will never return to rite aid
