The gentlemen working up front, Wanye, was so so nice! Very nice to speak to as he checked me out and no issues whatsoever. Ive had other good cashiers in the past as well with good attitudes. Props to them!

Amazing service and very patient kind people. Had a issue that took a bit but was treated great all the way through and can't say enough about the staff here. Ten out of ten and I'll always go here. Thank you to the hard working staff for your patience and kindness

I had an appointment to receive the latest COVID-19 immunization. On the day of the appointment I came in and was told by Laura that they were out of the immunization and should have more the next day. That was no problem. I said I couldn't come that day but could the day after that. Laura said that was alright and that I didn't need to make an appointment (since I already had had one). They would work me in. I came back two day's later as I said I would, and this time I spoke with Laura again. She said that things had changed; and, not only did they still not have any supply in, but that I would now have to make a new appointment a couple of weeks out from my original one (or perhaps longer depending on their supply/shipping issues). I asked if I could just come back again whenever they thought they might get it in to be worked into the daily schedule as this is what I was promised previously. Laura became unprofessional at this point. Although I was calm in explaining the situation and why I was upset (no call made to let me know the first day they didn't have it, promises not kept afterwards, no willingness to work with me to at least get a nearer appointment, and having to make extra road trips/take time to go to this location), Laura acted like she didn't understand. She also told me that I could "keep ranting" at her, but she "had other things to do." She was quite rude and unwilling to let me speak with anyone else or even give a general apology of "sorry for the inconvenience" or "this is what I can do." I plan to follow up with corporate. I did not raise my voice, curse, or do anything other than express my frustration calmly and ask to be accommodated. Laura also told me that if I had some type of transportation issue that I should have called them first, but I said I didn't think most reasonable people would do that since it was the Pharmacy's responsibility to reach out to me (not the other way around). This isn't the first time I've been treated poorly here or even the first time by this person, but it will be the last. If Walgreens doesn't hire people with basic customer service skills then I feel sorry for everyone that has no choice but to go here. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. The workers here have no desire to help people or give any understanding to the fact that you made your appointment well in advance because you are quite at-risk for complications. You will have your appointment continually pushed back and all the while being treated in the most callous, unprofessional way imaginable.

I used to love Walgreens. I switched from my old pharmacy because they were so much better. What happened? Came in yesterday from ER they said there was an issue but they fixed it and it’s be ready later. Was never notified. Went to my dr today got two new scripts. They didn’t receive them, fine. But then told me the one from the ER was invalid and could not be filled. What? Not to mention the girl who waited on me was rude and no empathy at all. This is health care customer service! I wouldn’t have a job if I acted that way.

My wife went yesterday to pick up my son's behavioral medicine and waited in mind for 10 minutes and then was told that they had to fill it and to come back in about 20 so then she left drove around for 20 minutes came back waited in line for another 10 minutes just for them to tell her that they do not have that in stock right now but they will have it tomorrow well it is tomorrow now and they do not have it and I was just told it it takes at least two days for this medicine to come in from when they order it we are switching to a different pharmacy. Very disappointing

Went through the drive-thru to get a prescription that I got from the walk-in clinic because I am sick. Pharmacist asked if I needed it today.. I asked “yes please” she said it would be ready at 4 o’clock. That’s fine, but when I come back at 4 o’clock I’m told it’ll be 2 more hours. Meanwhile people are waiting a half hour at the drive-thru window because they refuse to leave without their medication but I have to wait 4 hours. This is pathetic service especially for a PHARMACY. DO NOT GO HERE

Today I received my Covid-19 booster shot from Walgreens in Marquette. I was impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of every staff member I saw. They are as understaffed and overwhelmed as everyone else in the health care industry, so it’s important to remember that they are part of the heroes. The people that I met today came to work with smiles on their faces. It was very busy with the vaccination line, the drive up pharmacy window, phone calls, and the pickup line indoors. Maybe some people had to wait a few minutes for service, but everything moved along very smoothly. Bravo to the pharmacy staff, and know that you are very much appreciated 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Absolutely horrible customer service. This place and the people working there are tense and awkward almost every time I stop by. Would recommend avoiding as I will be doing in the future. If you're employed here, might I recommend running far far away.

I like Walgreens since they fill my prescriptions from my doctors office from Internal medicine .they filled my prescription for a 2nd inhaler on May 4th so I could feel better .while my mom and I were there I got a bag of the Parmesan Garlic pretzels and they were really good , I also got a bag of the Baked lays chips they were good to .

If I could give 0 stars that would be more appropriate! This is the absolute WORST pharmacy I have ever experienced! They never have monthly medications despite calling each month and being told they were ordered! The pharmacist is very cold and unconcerned about customer needs! The rest of the pharmacy staff is incompetent! Avoid this place at all costs! There is no accountability for constant mistakes!!

It’s a busy pharmacy and sometimes takes a while to get meds. But if you have the app, it helps because they notify you when it’s ready. The pharmacists are always friendly.

I stopped in to pick up a prescription for my wife on my way home from work on Thursday,February 6th, 2020. I was shocked to see that I was the tenth person standing in line. I observed three employees working, but only one waiting on customers, while the other two on the phone. There were cars also waiting in the drive through as well. When I did get to the front of the line and request the prescription after a half hour wait, I was told the prescription would not be ready until Saturday the 8th. I called my wife and she received a text from Walgreens that it was ready for pick up. I told the pharmacist that I will go else where for my prescriptions and I proceeded to the front of the store to find a manager. I asked an employee if I could speak to the manager, but the lady said unfortunately the manager wasn’t available and asked if she could help. I told her that the pharmacy is totally understaffed and that I waited a half an hour and I still could not get a prescription because it wasn’t ready. I told her that I won’t be back.

would never use the pharmacy here again based on recent horrible experience. The female pharmacist I interacted with yesterday (don't recall her name) was younger than me, maybe in her 20s or 30s, and yet extremely disrespectful, rude, temperamental, condescending, and beyond gave me the impression she was incompetent and untrustworthy. Her attitude, speech, and action was far from professional or humane. Her displacement of anger onto a random stranger isn't right nor deserved. After what seemed like a trial of exercising polite patience with this extremely unpleasant person, she didn't entirely fill my prescription. I told her she had not filled it correctly according to the doctor's instructions, and she tried to argue with me about it, asking me if she wanted me to call the doctor (obviously, that's part of her job), she claimed the doctor was unavailable right then, couldn't leave a message or wait or anything, and there was nothing she could do now that it was filled incorrectly. Never had an issue like that with a pharmacist. Seemed she was trying to make every little thing as difficult as it could be. Waiting forever in excruciatingly obnoxious caterwauling pop music made the experience even worse.

I've been traveling all over the USA, and this is the first time I've had a problem getting a prescription refill. I have spoken to someone on the phone as well as in person, and answers regarding the delay are inconsistent and vague. Even the online status has seemed to change back and forth throughout the day! Can't wait to get to the next town....

Called in a prescription for some pain medication when I broke my big toe. Got a text saying "reply YES" to receive notification when it's ready to be picked up. Did that, and didn't receive anything by the end of the day. It was a pretty standard prescription, Motrin 800 basically giant ibuprofen for pain and swelling. Went in the next day, 24 hrs later and asked if they had it ready and they told me no, their pharmacist is backed up on emails and I'd receive a text when it's ready. Well that was on the 4th and here it is, the 21st and nothing. I'm just glad it wasn't a prescription for something that was critical to my health!

I don’t even know why I gave them the chance for over two years to get better. This is hands-down the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever encountered with. No compassion, horrible customer service and no knowledge of any medication or anything you may need to know from a pharmacy. Won’t give me my psych medication’s even after the doctor told him too. They are just a mess and have no idea what they’re doing. 0/10

Never going back for prescription fill or anything. I gave Walgreens steady monthly business for over 3 years. Every single time I came in it took longer to fill my script regardless of how busy it was. It took an hour and a half last time I got it filled and no other customers were in the store at 8am. Then last time I went they didn't even have the medication in stock. Congratulations Walgreens. You just lost 1200 dollars a year not including other stuff I bought while I was there. Go to the Campus Pharmacy instead on 3rd St.

If I could do no stars I would!! I usually have great experiences with walgreens. Unfortunately I cant say that for this one. The pharmacy has the rudest most judgmental staff I've ever encountered. They discriminate also.From the pharmacist down to the regular staff. They lied about walgreens policy also.horrinle service. Horrible people.

Honestly terrible staff. I haven't met a single nice worker there, and Everytime I have a question they act like it's not their job to help. Secondly, when they don't have something, and you ask when it will be in next, they get angry. A lady told me "listen, I don't know ask someone else." Alright, I did and I got a similar response.

My wife and I just moved all of our perscriptions to Walgreens because:1. The past two years experience with the local Marquette store and the new store on SW 13th Street in downtown Miami has been without flaw.2. We have discovered that the shelf medicines and copay prescriptions are cheaper.3. The in-store and telephone response has been friendly, efficient, and timely.4. The stores are spotless, well stocked, and feel wholesome and safe and5. The follow up and follow through has exceeded expectations.Thank you!

Called over the phone! COVID19 Vaccination is not available for international people unlike Meijer where vaccination is available for everyone. My Dad was not accepted to take the vaccination here. I thought it was that all humans are fighting together against the global pandemic.

Horrible service you're just a number to them. Be very careful you'll pick things up and if you have a copay and have a coupon they're too lazy torun the coupon .. they charge your accounts and once you leave with it there's no way to fix

I went to pick up my prescription Monday 12/23 at 5:30 pm the Pharmacist was very rude and impolite; she should not be working with the public. I will take my business to Walmart or Meijer’s going forward.

Tried calling to refill my meds. After waiting for awhile I finally hung up. Even if your busy it shouldn’t take as long as I had to wait. Couldn’t schedule a refill and their machine would say “I’m sorry” every 20 sec..customer service is terrible.

Waited in the drive through to pick up my cats medication for 30 MINUTES. people were just walking past the window ignoring me and I could see them just joking around. So frustrating, especially because I was trying to get this done on my lunch break 🙄

I won’t go into great detail, but this is one of the most poorly ran pharmacy’s Iv been too. They’ve failed to notify me when there was an issue filling a script and know little to nothing about billing insurance.
