Had a nice selection of Bata fish, lots of different colors and patterns. There were just a small selection of none pets. Just a couple of hamsters and one Guinea pig. They had a couple reptiles but most had recently been sold. They had a variety of other fish. They had cages for cats from the local shelter, but did not have any in when I was there.

The PetSmart located off of HWY 41 in Marquette, Michigan is a very good store. The location is very convenient. They have plenty of parking. The employees are helpful. The store is clean and smells good.

Very thankful for Kella in training/grooming! She is amazing with our new, very uneasy shelter dog. She really took to Kella quick and has been learning quickly ever since. She also was able to care for her in the grooming facility! If you know shelter dogs, you know it's very hard building trust in the first 3 months. Which speaks volumes to a new owner, not only having a place to train, but also groomed! Thank you Kella and Petsmart

Glad we still have at least one pet store in our area however they do not have many supplies to choose from. Also the fish die shortly after you get them I don't recommend you get them from here.

Just brought my dog in with a groomer we hadn't used before and since my dog isn't the most behaved while being groomed I was a little nervous but there was no need. He was well taken care of by Myranda. He looks great and she handled him very well. Would recommend Myranda or just about anyone here.

Traveling across countryand not familiar with area. I called the store in advance asking if they carried a specific brand dog food . The clerk was friendly and accommodating on the phone she went out of her way to go look in shelf . She asked specifics on type , flavor ,bag size. The store was smaller than most but ,had a great variety and inventory and the type of dog food I needed.

Always a must stop with the side kick. MJ was due for a new hiking leash. Easier out on the trails to let her have some extra room to help in navigating the trails.

I’ve been taking my baby girl here to get groomed for several years. I have to give a shout out to Miranda S. Who has been taking care of my girl for the last solid year and more. I use the app to complete the service, and I love they offer veteran discount on tuesdays as I’m a vet and I will always take advantage. They really take their time here, and I adore how they put a bow or handkerchief on her before I pick her up, and sometimes they wait for me to pick her up to see what color bow I would like by her ear! All the employees here are amazing. I think it’s wonderful they help out our local pounds and are able to sell their animals, I purchased a kitten from here named Gracie and had a wonderful experience, a forever customer, oh and I can always bring my dog in here to shop, win win!

great experience at the Marquette petsmart! An amazing worker named sara was kind enough to help me with everything I needed when it came to purchasing my first bearded dragon and showed me everything she deems helpful to ensure my new baby is comfortable and happy! sara was very experienced in reptiles and so very cheerful! apart from amazing customer service the store was in great condition. stocked and cleaned through and through!

Prime example of a well managed store! Employees are super friendly, the store is always clean, well stocked, and organized. Never had a bad experience shopping here. I will be back, that red beta fish has my name on it LOL.👏🐠😁

Good friendly staff cute animals a very good selection of animal products and supplies plus dog cats grooming dogs training when getting a cat he or she is spayed and neutered they have scaly critters furry critters and winged feather critters and a big assortment of animal feed of every kind loved this store

We've had nothing but good experiences with the grooming, until the last time we went to have our 3 year old GSD groomed before our wedding in October of 2021. Well, it's been 17 months since that appointment. He is STILL petrified to have anyone get near his paws let alone trim his nails and this was not an issue at all before that grooming appointment. It's so bad that we now have to pay hundreds of dollars to have him sedated every time he needs his nails trimmed. Wish I could give negative stars. If you value your money and your pet's emotional well-being, then do yourself a favor and RUN from this place.

The grooming department and staff are phenomenal! They recognize my dog when I drop in to get her nails trimmed, and they’re so so friendly! My dog is very shy, and they take all the time they need to keep her comfortable. All around a great place for grooming. My dog Roxy loves them.

Clean store but was not able to find anyone in the grooming department. The cashier was unable to leave the register to find someone. He did call for assistance a few times but no one came. As we were walking the aisles, we were approached by 2 females who asked what we needed for our pet. This was about 15minutes later.. We let them know it was time for his haircut, they stated for us to come tot he front to get him set up. As we proceeded to follow them to the desk to get our pet a haircut, they stated they did not have a groomer today.

We used Pets Mart several times over the course of a couple of years. When they first opened it was great. They seemed to really care and do a great job. Then about a year ago the salon changed managers. And it went down hill big time. The prices are a al cart and they charged for things not even ask to be done. And when my husband complained, the store manager even had an attitude. So I called the the corporate number. They refunded me my over charged amounts for express grooming which we did not not asked for. Then the Marquette store blocked our use because we complained about their attitude. They also seem to go through a great number of groomers. It’s so sad. They are supposed to be the best. But their attitude says differently.

After buying fish that died before I got home I was told to come by the next day with a receipt and it would be replaced. The staff next day said they weren't selling any fish and asked if I had the body. As I was trying to explain that I was told to bring a receipt she interrupted me. And said they would not honor a receipt but for this time she would refund me. After I told her that her attitude was unprofessional she scowled at me and apologized and then repeated herself again. The staff need to be trained on customer service. Period it's not worth losing business because your staff don't know how to talk to people.

I got help with my fish shopping from two wonderful ladies. My daughter wanted a fish and they helped me every step along the way, as I have no idea about fish. I came from Houghton and will travel back for pet needs because or the customer care. Thank you! 10/10
