Probably the last time I buy anything from Lowe's In store or online! I don't know what happened to this company? And online order from here I purchased about 25' of a Armor for a Gas line they sent it to me Cut up in 1' sections making it useless, today I needed a Table Saw bad , I ordered it for pickup because I needed it before Monday, so I drove out there and as soon as I turned towards the lot one of there Semi Drivers thought they could just pull out in front of me forcing me to turn into the first entrance! I have a dashcam video of this driver's bad driving! (FYI he was a lot closer than it seemed because the dashcam had a 180° fisheye lens making things look further away, I was 3'-4' from hitting him!!) I'm posting it to this review, also when I picked up my saw I asked where the saw blades were , I don't use the blades that come with the saws they are usually junk. As I was walking towards them a young employee decided I needed his help and wouldn't take no for an answer, I didn't need a escort i just needed to grab and 10" blade pay and get out, it was a 2 1/2 hour drive home towards Wisconsin raining like crazy across the entire UP , I don't like driving in the dark but this kid thought wasting my time was part of his job. I decided not to buy the blade and picked one up at Ace hardware instead to save time.

I love Lowes. They are great for pick up and lumber. The employees inside are so helpful. Just out of the world helpful. But Lowes is a bad place to buy appliances.This time the delivery guys pretended they don't know any English and didn't know they need to bring the fridge into the kitchen and plug it in to see if it works. As you can see this is not the correct place to deliver and leave a fridge. The cat is helping more than the delivery guys did.In contrast to Lowe's, when I bought a fridge at Household appliance the men came into kitchen to see where the fridge would go and then brought it up and plugged it in to see that it works. They also fix problems with your appliances if they break or have issues.

I just want to preface that I’ve been a Lowe’s loyalist since moving to the area in 2017, but after my experience today I’ll be doing business with companies like Menards or Harbor Freight. Every update (appliances, lumber, chemicals, tools) I’ve done for my home has been through Lowe’s and they haven’t always been great experiences.When I bought and had a dishwasher installed, it took like two months for Lowe’s to get the dishwasher I paid for even though they quoted me two weeks. When the dishwasher did come in, the tech didn’t properly attach the hose and within a few weeks I had flooding underneath my cabinetry. Even then I didn’t leave a negative review and I still stuck with them because I enjoyed coming to the store and it was an honest mistake.But this whole review is over $15, because it’s completely avoidable and the worst way to handle customer service. I came in looking to return some merchandise that was unused, undamaged and doesn’t expire that I had misplaced and forgot about. I had the receipts for the product and eventually find out I’m outside of the “90 day return window”. They flat out refused to do any sort of return on it.If I had come in without a receipt they would have at least offered to do a return for half of the sticker price (basically a restocking fee) which isn’t great, but is at least something. But because I had kept my receipts, not only did they treat me like an idiot (“our return policy is up there”), but now I’m stuck with a product that is still good that I can’t use.As someone that has managed for big box stores, I can tell you there is always a way to help the customer and that not all decisions “come down from corporate”. So I guess enjoy your $15 sale that you refuse to budge on due to poor training and an ego trip. This young homeowner, with thousands more in repairs to make, will be doing their shopping elsewhere.

Very disappointed in Lowe's services. And it is not the first time they are at fault . I scheduled delivery for a fridge and a freezer, I took the day off to be home and wait for the delivery. Nobody showed up, nobody bothered to call. I went to the store and was told the delivery was cancelled. I spoke with the shipping manager who made quite an effort to explain to me that it is their subcontractor (shipping)s fault , not Lowe's fault. He was determined not to apologize, because this is what Lowe's managers are trained to do, right? Anyway, most of the employees are confused and do not know much about the store they're working in(which says a lot about the local management)Too bad, Lowes's has generally a good reputation, but not the one in Marquette. Their customer service -not good. Their managers need to go back to school and learn what customer service is. Be responsible and take care of your clients, if you want them to come back. Not sure I will.

Very happy to have had Nikki and Ciji help with a BIG issue we are having. We ordered glass doors back in November and it was not delivered yet and it is the 20th of January. Thank you for your help and we hope it will be resolved soon... The door was paid for and almost $1,000. Ready for Lowe's to deliver it

I ordered my kitchen and and laundry appliances through Lowes in Marquette MI. This is the third house that I'd ordered appliances from Lowes, and expected the same good service I'd had in the past from other locations. Boy was I wrong! From the very start this experience has been a sh*tshow. They delivered the refrigerator, washer and dryer (the invoice said the stove was supposed to be on the truck, but it wasn't.) The delivery was a mess, with only ONE person sent to lug the appliances up 2 flights of stairs with a small dolly. My ex-husband had to help the guy bring everything up. The stove I ordered was MIA, with the delivery dates changed two more times before I canceled the order completely. I processed a return of the refrigerator, washer and dryer however they have yet to pick them up (hence I have yet to see any money refunded.) MEANWHILE, I happened to go over my Lowe's invoice - be VERY VERY careful with their appliance department. They tacked on extended warranties on every item I ordered, even though I'd specifically told them I did not want extended warranties on anything - $414 in warranty charges!! That's downright sneaky and quite frankly I'm disgusted with the whole experience. I cannot wait for them to pick up the appliances sitting in my kitchen. They're in the way, and I want my money back so I can put this experience behind me. I'll not be ordering appliances from Lowe's ever again.

Tell whoever it was driving your truck at 3:44 p.m. on April 2nd to stay off their phone while they are driving and pay attention to the road. I had to slam on my brakes because they turned out in front of me. And I do have a dash cam. Probably be sharing that with a few YouTube channels.

Recently went into the store to purchase a new washer and dryer to be delivered and installed. Two weeks later we get a couple of guys that didn't speak one word in English coming in to install our washer and dryer and trying to explain that Lowes didnt put one of the parts on the truck. My wife speaks 4 languages and is also an immigrant and she couldnt believe her eyes. Then once they were finally done we read the manual and put our first load through our brand new washer and dryer. The washer kept skipping the spin cycle, or just doing a terrible job of it. I am no more expert. All I know is we had to ring twist put all the water on our clothes. We call a few days later and Lowes won't replace the brand new washer. Stay away from this place. Do not buy any appliances there. If you don't believe my experience read the other 1-2 star reviews. Consistently bad service and terrible logistics.

Most of the people are nice. Half of them don't know what they are doing. Teenagers are working the pro desk. Special orders never seem to come in - and sometimes they get annoyed when I call. It's too bad. I really do not like Menards quality but Lowe's just can't seem to get it done. Last time I was in the store I bought $1500 worth of decking, it took 9 employees to figure out how to special order the trim. It's been 3 weeks and it's still not shipped and tomorrow I am taking all the decking back and going to Menards

What I love about Lowes: they have everything Menards has (Memards happens to be one of my favorite stores) but...they ALSO match price with Menards, give you the same 11% off rebate, give you a 10% military discount AND give you front row parking as a veteran. Outstanding!

I had purchased a new lawn mower, it got delivered, and hadn’t even gotten a full circle around the yard and the mower deck belt broke. Pretty frustrating after a $4k purchase. But these things happen.I live an hour away. After speaking with an associate over the phone, I drove all the way there, to find out that what I was told over the phone was incorrect.Aaron, is the or one of the sales managers (I do believe) is awesome. He sorted it out for me quickly, and was super polite. Thanks for saving me a trip Aaron.

Update: Great. This issue is getting kicked back to the store where they lost the refrigerator. They are making things up to cover themselves and laying blame on s 74-year-old woman on a fixed income. She has no refrigerator and no refund and nobody is taking responsibility for this rogue store manager. If they can't do better than this, I'd advise you stay away from this store at all costs.I am writing on behalf of my 74-year-old mother, who purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator in June 2022.After a few months, the refrigerator and freezer were both malfunctioning. They could not get cold enough, no matter what the temperature was set on. Food in the freezer was thawing and items in the refrigerator were spoiling.She tried to schedule a repair visit, but it was taking so long, in November she had to purchase a second refrigerator to keep food cold while awaiting repairs.A Frigidaire tech finally made a service call on Dec. 5. He replaced some parts, but the unit still wouldn’t get cold. She scheduled another service call, but it was rescheduled several times. A tech finally visited on May 11, a full 11 months after the purchase. He ordered some parts and returned on May 22 to install them. The tech returned on June 16 to declare the unit unrepairable.At that point, Frigidaire contacted Lowe’s to authorize them to take the refrigerator back and to authorize a credit. (Authorization #86430277.)On June 30 at 9 a.m., two men arrived in a Lowe’s vehicle. They had paperwork from Lowe’s authorizing the return of the refrigerator. They put it in the back of the van, asked Lynn for her signature and told her it could take up to a week before she sees a credit on the card she used to make the purchase.Several weeks later, there was still no credit, so she called Lowe’s to inquire about its status. She was told they had no record of the refrigerator returning to the store. Without proof and the serial number from the returned refrigerator, they could not issue a credit.On Aug. 9, Frigidaire said they would contact Lowe’s again and tell them to authorize a refund.To date, nothing has happened. Lowe’s maintains they don’t have the refrigerator and, therefore, can’t issue a refund.This customer service is disgraceful. It should have never taken this long to take care of an appliance that was not functioning. It is not her responsibility to keep track of their contractors and merchandise once it leaves her house. They need to make this right.

If I could give a negative star I would. The way I have been treated by the managers at Lowe's Marquette is unbusinesslike and rude. First off, I had purchased 5 appliances for a condo that was under construction so I had to delay delivery/installation. Finally, when the washer/dryer was installed there was a large dent and damage to the machine. Lowe's Marquette proceeded to tell me that there was nothing that could be done because it was passed the 48 hours to return. The GE technician informed me that that damage is frequently done to appliances by Lowe's and they are not taking responsibility for it. The damage is not covered under manufacturer's warranty so now I am left with a non-functioning washer/dryer because Lowe's is not taking responsibility. I have gone 6 weeks without a washer/dryer because it is one unit and not two separate machines. I have contacted the Lowe's store in Marquette as well as corporate and they all say there is nothing that can be done which is absolutely ridiculous. The installers were arranged by Lowe's not me so how can this not be their responsibility? Do not shop there because if something goes wrong they imply it is your fault.

We purchase a gazebo cover from Lowes. We don't have the card it was bought with or the receipt. We have bought our washing machine, dryer, all 4 kitchen appliances with Lowe's. We tried to do a return with no receipt or card just to get I store credit. We were told no that the company is coming down on the employees. We have been a long time returning customer and when I showed the return policy off the Lowe's website, the manager didn't care. It was her decision. It is brand new and never taken out of the box. I'm extremely disappointed in the customer. I know I'm one person and Lowe's has many customers. So my feedback probably won't even get to the right person.

I purchased a refrigerator from Lowes on July 4th. The store associate that helped me stated that the refrigerator was in stock at the store and that it could be delivered on the 8th (I even offered to pick it up so I knew I would have it in time). I took the day off of work and confirmed the delivery time between 11-3. On the 8th the fridge never arrived. I waited until after the delivery window to call and the store associate said the refrigerator is on a truck and would still be delivered that day. I had family coming into town the next day and all of our food was in coolers. On Sunday there was still no fridge or phone call/email letting me know where the fridge actually was. Meanwhile, I am trying to feed 10 people out of coolers while tossing out food from the freezer that couldn't be kept cold on ice for over 24 hours.On Sunday I called and they told me the delivery would be there on the 12th. I requested to speak to a manager at this point. They stated a manager would call us the following day (Monday). On Monday I was at work and missed the call. I attempted to reach the manager within the next hour of missing her phone call and no one answered. I called 3 more times between yesterday and today and either no one answered or I was placed on hold for 5 minutes. I called one last time and was placed on hold while they let the manager know I was on the phone. They came back on the line after several minutes and stated she was "busy", and that I could TRY to call her later. I refuse to take another day off of work for a delivery that MIGHT show up on its scheduled day.We have purchased all of our appliances from Lowes in the past. I have worked in customer service/retail for a majority of my life, so I am very patient; I understand that things happen. I will say that the associate who helped me pick out the fridge was patient with me and very friendly/easy going. Kudos to him. Unfortunately, this refrigerator ended up setting me back substantially, and I still don't have it.Edit: Huge shoutout to Al for rescheduling my delivery and making this situation right.

We ordered a walkin shower with doors. Had a contractor come in to install it and the shower doors did not fit. They were too small. Called there and nobody answered in Bath and Shower so we just asked for lumber associate to be told the bath associate was out to lunch. Nobody could help us. This store in marquette is a joke for customer service. Hopefully when we talk to someone we will get the issue resolved with a new door delivered to us.

Lowe's was horrible. I bought a fridge last November, returned item with a three yr Lowe's protection plan. It's now not working correct. Whirlpool will not cover the warranty because Lowe's "scrapped" it. Instead of covering the fridge Lowe's say they are just canceling the protection plan and I'm on my own. Currently waiting on a store manager to call me. As you can see Lowe's responded but I called back and and had to explain the situation all over again and they still won't cover anything but they say if I pay for the service out of pocket they would reimburse me. After all this how can I trust them. That's why you buy a warranty...so you don't have to pay out of pocket.
