I really enjoyed this thrift store. They had a tent sale going on when we were there. Lots of great deals and lots of rooms to go through looking for treasures. Staff were friendly

A very nice place to visit! I’m always welcomed with a warm smile and amazing conversation. The employees here are extremely knowledgeable about all of the items in the building and have a wide variety of awesome items. This store is my first go to on thrifting weekends. I always walk out with amazing treasures and a smile. I would recommend stopping here before your regular goodwill. You will definitely find way better items AND customer service.

Pathway Senior Movers was amazing in helping me 1) move my mom and her needed items to Porter Hills in Grand Rapids (from Grand Haven) and then 2) coming back a few weeks later and packing up all the remaining items for the all house clean out. The staff was professional, friendly, and I highly recommend them. One thing I love about this company is they came in at 50% less than another senior moving company in town AND they have a consignment program where they take her items of any worth and put them in their 40,000 square foot warehouse (in Marne) and online and she gets a percentage of anything sold! That may help recoup some of the moving costs. I highly recommend this company!

Pathway assisted with my Grandpas move from independent living to memory care & they unfortunately received some incorrect information from one of their team members. which led us to a bad impression in regard to pathway. We thankfully were put in touch with the owner Jeanne, who went out of her way to resolve any and all concerns we had and also went into her passion for seniors & assisting them in their most vulnerable times. I appreciate her hearing us out and allowing us to explain our reaction to the situation.

I’ve been to pathway market a few times & they have an excellent selection of vintage decor & quality furniture. We had an unfortunate misunderstanding about our Grandpas move & their moving company but thankfully Pathways owner, Jeanne, went above and beyond to address our concerns. We apologize for the miscommunication and are so happy with how the situation was resolved. Thanks Jeanne & Pathway.

Sara was an amazing person to work with and coordinated everything with my Dad’s new assisted living facility directly. Steve and Marquise were excellent movers and very gentle and thoughtful with my Dad’s things. Then Sara even came to the drop off site personally to make sure everything went well! 10/10!

This is my 4th time using Pathway, and my 2nd time with this crew. Joe and his partner were excellent, very skilled and experienced at moving big and small items. I would definitely recommend Pathway for moving services.

Neat space with lots to look at. But the better items should be sold at auction, not at a thrift store. Prices were too high for me, so I didn't purchase anything.

This place is packed full of great stuff and it’s all very organized and clean. They have everything from clothes to kitchen items, and rooms of furniture. At reasonable prices and with friendly staff.

Attempted to contact this store multiple times by both phone and email/texts. Received zero response. Considering they called me claiming to be interested in purchasing my store stock, I do not understand why they did not respond. I certainly would not recommend dealing with this business.

Pathway aided me in downsizing and moving from the Chicago, IL area to the Grand Rapids, MI AREA. They respected me and my belongings, and kept me moving forward.

Every Pathways employee was cheerful and helpful. I purchased a very big set of old dishes. They provided papers and extra boxes and gave me room (and help!) packing up my treasure. Highly recommend.

This supposed thrift store does have lots of merchandise, it’s situated in an old church which is kind of cool. However their prices are higher than retail on new items. Total waste of time! You won’t be able to afford to shop here.

I visited today for the first time. While I love the idea of this store and the location in a church is fun, I found the prices to be very high. I was told it was a thrift store. It is not! Furniture at other stores like Changing Thymes or Not So Shabby are cheaper and already updated. A lot of the items here need redoing and updating on top of the already high prices. I'm surprised at the reviews that say the prices are low, as I didn't see that at all. Used towels for $4.00 - crazy. I guess I'm used to thrifting or going to estate sales, which are much more reasonable for the most part. The sales staff were very friendly, though. I might try again. Maybe I went on the wrong day.

Lots of cool stuff. Didn't buy anything this trip so I can't give a full review. Will definitely update when appropriate.Edit: fantastic selection of used but well loved goods and furniture with a high turnover. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great place to check out weekly as new stuff comes in. My latest purchase was a record cabinet I am using for a microwave stand and kitchen storage. Thank you to the helpful staff that helped me get this loaded!

This is a beautiful old church filled to the brim with amazing treasures. The upstairs is furniture and the downstairs is organized into different rooms filled with things: glassware in one room, lamps in one room, plates and cups in another. An endless assortment of old, gorgeous, well made items. I got a really pretty desk, cut glass dishes, hand mixer, enamel mixing bowls, and some pots for plants. All for around $100!!! Highly recommend, but be ready to spend some time browsing cause there is a lot to see. :)

Pathway damaged a very valuable piece of furniture. Initially, they shared how it was damaged and said they would take care of the necessary repairs.. As time went on, they refused to do anything about it. We contacted the Better Business Bureau. Then the lies started. Apparently, they aren’t a member of the Better Business Bureau so we were unable to find resolution there. They refused to file a claim with their insurance company. Not sure they have insurance. As a last resort, we had to revert back to the retirement community that recommended them. No integrity. No honesty! Hustlers! Beware! Ask around! They have a long list of complaints.!

Absolutely incredible! The staff there are ridiculously kind and helpful; and there's so many beautiful pieces that are reasonably priced (and I'm a college student). There isn't a better place to buy furniture & other household items imo!

During a very difficult time, the incredible staff at Pathway Movers helped me pack, move, store, and ultimately get my stuff moved from one state to another. They are always willing to help and truly went above and beyond to help me when some of the other better known movers either didn't text me back with an estimate (Powell Moving), no-showed (northAmerican) or wanted to charge much more. Special shout-out to Hayden, Sara and Ty who make an incredible team and truly have my unending gratitude.

Many quality items. Priced very resonable. Lots to look through so allow yourself time. I always get lost in the vinyl section. Do yourself a favor and ask an employee about their story. Such a cool place!

Reviewing this place is bittersweet... the bitter is I know more people will go with my positive review. The sweet is they deserve all of the attention and praise for what they do and how well they do it (I can only speak toward the sales side).I visited them because someone posted a shelving unit they had on FB marketplace. I called up and offered a different price and they took it without hesitation. Literally an immediate yes - and this unit is AMAZING and is the PERFECT room divider. I had been looking for one for so long and its just so amazing for my space.(sorry in advance if there are any name spelling mistakes - I've only heard the names not read them, and as you can tell by my name I try to be aware of that lol)Further and more importantly, the staff is amazing. Genuinely amazing. Christina was my first impression and she was insanely kind and fun to talk to. And still is everytime I call or visit! I find often in many resale stores, especially as I stray from downtown, I face some weird looks and less than warm interactions if my tattoos or colored hair (while natural now, it won't be soon) are exposed. I don't mind because I love the way I look, but being able to be treated exactly the same as others is something I don't forget in any resale shop. There was one other woman there that first visit as well but I didn't catch her name. She was also very nice, I just didn't talk to her as much because she was up at the register only when I was there. The next visit I met Russ and Mitchell. Both are amazing as well. When I went back to pick up the shelf I bought they were so SO helpful. Not only did they bring it to the car for us, but they strapped it in and wrapped it up so that it would get home safely. I'm so used to having to do these things myself when I buy that it just caught me by surprise and is so appreciated. They're super careful too. I bought a lot (no, really, A LOT - almost $300 in glassware between my two visits before their 1/2 off sale discount) of glass and they wrapped it all very well so that it got home safe. And the same with my lamps from my first trip. While unrelated to their store itself, their mission/goal is super commendable. If you haven't read their website and are instead reading my essay of a review, I'll tell you what they're around for. They help seniors make the transition/moving experience as seamless and comfortable as possible when downsizing (from what I gather usually moving with relatives, a senior living community, etc). All items from the move are brought to Pathway and consigned for the person so that they can have the extra money to live their best life and not have to stress about storing or selling them.I personally think that's amazing and wish they were around when we had to do the same for my grandma. Reflecting on my family's experience with that (and my grandma wasn't a collector, but liked to hold onto whatever she had bought. She was very careful and tidy so all of her stored and displayed vintage treasures were in PERFECT condition - and the estate sale just didn't give what we would have hoped to pay for her memory care after). Not to give a sob story, but my grandma wasn't fully aware during this process. It all fell on my dad and aunt, and they were stressed and busy beyond belief during the time they took care of it. If I knew a place like Pathway could have helped them transition my grandma and also give them extra money to pay her living expenses I would have been so happy.Another unrelated note, but I really love to see unused buildings repurposed. They converted a church into this business and that's amazing to me (I'm biased too - while not religious I really admire church architecture and seeing them converted when not in use makes me extra happy).I'm out of characters. Just go visit them. It's more than worth your time.
