disgusting store when it rains water pours in the store over meat dept. moldy ceiling tiles, bugs! check the Feed section that's not dust that's mites. reminds me of a horror movie grocery store lol Also most good reviews are for Ben's great outdoors which is owned by someone else no affiliation if I could give a worse rating I would. didn't go to the Stihl dept. dude is a joke

Their hot deli could use some work. Food is greasy and not hot. Potato wedges looked like they were cooked in old grease and tasted really bad.

Not a local but have heard about the store and was in the area so I stopped. The parking lot was not very friendly and the prices were not worth my drive. They do have a selection of products but could use an update.

I'm not sure what has changed with their meat dept.... but come on guys I bought burger one night the next morning it was brown. Ur not even putting reduce stickers on meat thatAre on the shelf on the day they are suppose to sold by..... the meat in general as been nasty everything on the shelves expires in a day or two even the color has been bad on it all from beef pork and chicken...... ur pop aisle when entering by where the pharmacy is absolutely STINKS!!!!! and that smell has been there since I started going and that was almost 3 years ago........ I'm always finding moldy pita bread and not like a spot like it's a thick green mold. The fruit like the berries in the containers u have to watch cause throughout the middle its moldy..... its bad enough the prices with the inflation. But it's getting to the point I will start making the trip outside the area to get my grocerys...

I enjoy going into this store. Before COVID, they offered a fantastic carry out salad bar with a huge selection!! I hope they'll bring it back in the future. As you walk in the door, the specials are right there. Good produce, great deli, try the rotisserie chicken, best I've had, seasoned perfectly. This is a place you want to spend some time in to get acquainted with what they carry. If you're use to a mega-store, they might not have all the variety but you'll find lots of interesting items. Happy shopping in a small town grocery store.

Its good for food in a pinch, but everyone who lives near a Ben's Supercenter knows that they are pricey. The bottle returns are nice tho and their bathrooms are pretty clean too. I love the staff here too they're good for a laugh if you talk to the right ones! 😀

Check the expiration dates on anything you buy from here. I stopped shopping here after I was sold multiple things on multiple different occasions that were expired. I see maybe once or twice but it seemed like every time I went in there, something was bad. I was 8 months pregnant and was sold food that was 5 months past the expiration date. Ridiculous. Not to mention the workers are rude. I met 1 nice worker there and that's it.

Workers are very friendly and offer help when they see people may require it. Store is well organized and items are easy to find. And it's just great over if you live in town and dont have time to drive to a bigger store

Stopped buying meats from here cause they have spoiled a day after purchasing 3 times now. Everything else is good though. Pricing is a little on the high side but still reasonable. They could benefit to expand their shampoo and body wash aisle to more brands though.

Friendly hometown staff, decent selection of tools, hardware, lawn and garden supply. Not a huge fan of the grocery department but their craft beer selection isn't bad. Champ's Chicken was better when it was Chester's and everyone knows it.

This store has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I went there to buy a stihl trimmer and there was no one there to help me. I finally after 10 minutes found someone to help me. They unlocked the display model and told me told me that l could go check out. When I went to check out the cashier informed me that there Stihl salesperson was not there and they would not sell it to me. There was no sign any where near or on the stihl equipment displays letting me know this. This was a total waste of an hour of my time. Also they lost out on a loyal customer (I bought my my previous Stihl Trimmer there and was also thinking about buying a chainsaw) who was willing to pay over 500 dollars for a stihl trimmer and accessories. I traveled over an hour to buy from them based on past experience. After my experience today they have lost a loyal customer. I will never go back.

Had to flag an employee down to go get in the dairy cooler to get coffee creamer that was in the very back of the shelf. Realize they have a staff shortage, but shelves should always be faced for easy access for customers.

Bens is almost a daily stop for my husband and I. Prices on some stuff is pricey compared to other stores. But it is a local business. Never jammed packed can get my shopping done fast. And like how u can buy anything for home repairs to pet needs and tools. Very friendly employees.

Well to start I bought a gallon of milk that was curdled 2 days after purchase. I never had any luck buying any frozen food in the past 3 years! Its always freezer burnt. The prices are always high, I get that we are so far from other stores but come on freezer burnt food? I bought drum sticks and the cones are soft, I have to chew on the cones gummy texture... I bought chicken rolls you literally had to break them off each other because they were so iced over..cooked them an turned into a soggy mush. Thanks ill pass.

They have a bank, groceries, deli, delicious fried chicken, and a hardware store. The staff is always so helpful and nice. I love stopping by for lunch, and then I get to pick up any groceries I may need for the week.

This is an Ace hardware store, grocery store and pharmacy all in one. Frontage was confusing for first time visitor. Couldn't figure out by signage which door was the grocery store. However, it's all connected inside. Generous parking. The Ace folks were very nice. I was picking up an online purchase delivered to store. Asked about an additional item and the young man walked me there. A nice older man carried a heavy item out and loaded it for me.

Best meat department around, steaks are fantastic and service is second to none. I have had steaks from all the online(mail order) companies, and they cannot compare to the price and choice cuts that Daryl and his team provide. Highly recommend these guys!
