Very big construction and outdoor store. Lots to choose from. Prices on hunting stuff are pretty good and they have a wide variety of items and brands. They also have a great reward systems and deals runnning all the time. Only bummer is it’s 25+ miles from where I live. Highly recommended checking out the store, especially if you looking for outdoors, hunting, fishing, hiking stuff.

Been there a few times while under construction for the addition in the back. Thought it was a cool place back then. Went today for their spring days and was mind blown on how much selection of anything and everything you want or need. Enjoyed myself and got some good deals, the gentlemen behind the gun counter made my purchase easy and had some jokes 😃

I enjoy your store, but your website needs serious work. The website is a disservice to the amount of goods you actually have available. There is no way to search for a particular item you carry. There is no category for tools, although we know you carry a wide variety of manual as well as power tools. Please fix your website!

drove from northern michigan to visit this store. purchased an AR15 from the ad. great experience, super knowledgeable staff. it was worth the 2.5 hour drive for the price and amazing staff.

Went in to buy my 3rd handgun from them over the weekend. I asked the gentleman behind the counter if they bought used handguns and he asked what I had. I told him and he chuckled and said, uh no. We wouldn't buy that. I said, really? He went on how they don't even sell those and it's not what they sell there. Again I said, really? I bought it here. Well his fa e turned every shade of red. He realized what an idiot he just was.Then he told me, well if you bring it in, we will look at it. Jerk, I had it on me. I left with my old one and my money. Bought the new elsewhere.

Some of the floor staff need help in customer service. They couldn't answer simple questions that I asked without acting like I didn't know what I was doing.....OBVIOUSLY if I'm asking if this will work in my situation I don't know what I was doing. Help I guy out answer questions like it's your family asking. Mine was a safety issue with my crossbow and bolts. If only I wasn't 80 miles away from my proshop by home.

I live an hour South of Ben’s Great Outdoors, but it’s well worth the drive! Huge selection on nearly anything you’ll need for enjoying your outdoor fun. Every employee was very helpful and friendly to me…Very much appreciate that!

The guys in the bow shop are second to NONE. The whole building is full of amazing people that treat you with respect and as if you are family. My son got his first bow ever, and the guys were great for us getting it outfitted and tuned in! Ammo prices are great too. Certainly OUTDOOR Heaven on Earth!! Great people in a great place.

Honestly go out of my way to go here. They have treated me unbelievably. Had to take my crossbow in for the 4th time yesterday ( didn't purchase it from them) the gentlemen isn't charging me for the labor since I've had such bad luck with the bow. Really appreciate these guys and how they treat their customers!

This is my heaven what else can I say EVERYONE is very experienced in the area that they're working! From the hunting side, crossbows compound bows, rifles, pistols and ammunition to the construction side. Bens lumber actually sells Lumber 2 hours south from their area. What that means to me is they have very competitive pricing!

Decent selection and fair prices. However, with the exception of the cashier no one was helpful. Lines didn't matter, if you were a regular you were golden but a new face, good luck. Stood in line for 45 minutes to buy a gun and literally no one would help me so i took my money elsewhere.

This place is so worth it as far as gun prices and ammo. And theres always a knowledgeable person to explain my questions and i do test their knowledge sometimes so they are spot on. I drive over an hour away to come here. This place beats cabelas and dunhams by a landslide in every wich way. Highly recommended!!

Got a really great deal on some new chainsaw blades! Only $9 a blade, nearly $28 off! Also got some great ideas about going about saddle hunting and crossbow hunting. Lots of resources and tools for sale for practically any outdoor occasion!

Love this place. Great prices and great customer service. Im over an hour away but its worth the drive every time. They have a great selection of hunting and fishing gear. Had a bow shop tell me $110 dollars for Mathews draw length mods. Bens was $35 installed and they changed my draw weight and checked timing. Most shops would charge $20 just for their 10 minutes of time. Every time I walk out of this store I question ever going to any hunting and fishing store ever again.
